< Hebrews 5 >
1 Bila kadika pfumu yi ziganga Nzambi wunsobolongo va khatitsika batu, wumbiekongo mu diambu di batu mu kuba sadisa mu mambu ma Nzambi, muingi katambikanga makaba ma batu ayi makaba mayoko mu diambu di masumu.
For every high priest taken from among men, is ordained for men in things [pertaining] to God, that he may offer both gifts and sacrifices for sins:
2 Niandi wulenda sudika bumboti batu bobo bakambulu diela ayi batu bobo banzimbala bila niandi veka widi wulebakana.
Who can have compassion on the ignorant, and on them that are out of the way; for that he himself also is compassed with infirmity.
3 Bila mamvandi, mu diambu di lebakana kuandi, diawu kafueti tambikilanga makaba mu diambu di masumu mandi veka ayi mu diambu di masumu ma batu.
And by reason of this he ought, as for the people, so also for himself, to offer for sins.
4 Mutu kalendi kukivana nzitusu wowo ko enati Nzambi kasia kuntela mbila ko banga bu bela Aloni.
And no man taketh this honor to himself, but he that is called by God, as [was] Aaron:
5 Bobuawu Klisto mamvandi kasia kiniemisa ko mu bieko pfumu yi zinganga Nzambi. Vayi mutu wuna wunniemisa, niandi wutuba ti: Ngeyo widi Muanꞌama, lumbu kiaki ndibutidi.
So also Christ glorified not himself to be made a high priest; but he that said to him, Thou art my Son, to-day have I begotten thee.
6 Bosi mu nzila yinkaka: ngeyo widi nganga Nzambi mu zithangu zioso banga buididi kinganga ki Meleshisedeki. (aiōn )
As he saith also in another [place], Thou [art] a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec. (aiōn )
7 Mu bilumbu bi luzingu luandi lu kintoto, niandi wutambika zitsambulu ayi zindombolo mu yamikina ayi mu matsuela mu meso kuidi mutu wowo wulenda kumvukisa mu lufua. Mu diambu di kinzikanga Nzambi, niandi wubaka mvutu.
Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears to him that was able to save him from death, and was heard, in that he feared;
8 Ka diambu ko wuba Muana, vayi wulonguka tumama mu ziphasi ziozi kamona.
Though he was a Son, yet he learned obedience by the things which he suffered;
9 Bu kamana kitulu mutu wufuana, wuyika tho yi phulusu yi kayimani kuidi bobo beti kuntumukina. (aiōnios )
And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation to all them that obey him; (aiōnios )
10 Niandi wubieko kuidi Nzambi pfumu yi zinganga Nzambi banga buididi Meleshisedeki.
Called by God a high priest after the order of Melchisedec.
11 Mambu mawombo madi yeto matuba mu diambu di nsamu wawu vayi phasi madi mu sudikisa bila luyikidi miolo mu sudika.
Of whom we have many things to say, and hard to be uttered, seeing ye are dull of hearing.
12 Nganu thama luyika minlongi mu mambu ma Nzambi; vayi nate buabu lukidi moni mfunu balulonga malongi ma thonono mu mambu ma Nzambi. Luyikidi banga batu bobo beti mona tsatu miliki vayi bika tsatu bidia bingolo.
For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need of one to teach you again which [are] the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong food.
13 Bila woso kuandi mutu wunsadilanga miliki kasi zaba ko Mambu ma busonga, bila wukidi muana lezi.
For every one that useth milk, [is] unskillful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe.
14 Vayi bidia bingolo bidi mu diambu di bakulutu; bila bawu bayuku sadilanga diela diawu mu tulanga luviakunu mu mamboti ayi mu mambimbi.
But strong food belongeth to them that are of full age, [even] those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
