Ephesians 1
1 Polo, mvuala wu Yesu Klisto mu luzolo lu Nzambi, fidisidi nkanda kuidi banlongo badi ku Efeso ayi kuidi bobo badi bakuikama mu Yesu Klisto.
Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, to the saints who are at Ephesus, and to the faithful in Christ Jesus:
2 Bika Nzambi Dise dieto ayi Pfumu eto Yesu Klisto baluvana nlemvo ayi ndembama.
Grace [be] to you, and peace from God our Father, and [from] the Lord Jesus Christ.
3 Bika Nzambi kakemboso, niandi Dise di Pfumu eto Yesu Klisto! Niandi wutusakumuna mu zitsakumunu zioso zi phila mu phila zi kipheve mu Diyilu mu Klisto.
Blessed [be] the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly [places] in Christ:
4 Tuamina tula zifundasio zi ntoto, Nzambi wutusobula mu niandi mu diambu tuba banlongo ayi batu bakambulu tsembolo va ntualꞌandi
According as he hath chosen us in him, before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
5 Bu didi ti niandi wutuzola, wutukubika tona thama muba bana bandi mu Yesu Klisto; boso buididi luzolo luandi.
Having predestinated us to the adoption of children to himself by Jesus Christ, according to the good pleasure of his will,
6 Mu diambu tusanisina Nkembo wu nlemvo wu katuvanina mu kiluzolo kiandi.
To the praise of the glory of his grace, in which he hath made us accepted in the beloved:
7 Mu niandi, beto tukudulu mu menga mandi; tutambudila nlemvo mu masumu meto boso buididi kimvuama ki nlemvoꞌandi.
In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
8 Wowo Nzambi kadukula mu buwombo, mu beto, mu nzila yi nzayulu ayi diela di phila mu phila.
In which he hath abounded towards us in all wisdom and prudence;
9 Niandi wutuzabikisa matsueki ma luzolo luandi boso bubela lukanu luandi lumboti lukakitezila mu niandi.
Having made known to us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself:
10 Mu diambu di dedikisa luawu zithangu bu ziela fuana: kutikisa va kimosi bima bioso mu Klisto biobi bidi ku diyilu ayi biobi bidi va ntoto
That in the dispensation of the fullness of times he might collect in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; [even] in him:
11 Mu diambu diandi beto tutambudi kuku kieto ki phulusu boso buididi lukanu lu mutu wowo wumvanganga bima bioso mu luzolo luandi veka.
In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:
12 Mu diambu tusanisina nkembo andi, beto tuba batheti mu tula diana dieto mu Klisto.
That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.
13 Mu niandi beno mamveno, bu lumana wa mambu ma kiedika, Nsamu wumboti wu phulusu eno, mu niandi luwilukila ayi lutudulu dimbu, pheve yinlongo yoyo yivanunu tsila.
In whom ye also [trusted], after ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
14 Pheve yinlongo yidi dimbu mu kutumonisa ti tuela tambula kiuka kieto mu diambu di khudulu yi batu bobo Nzambi, kakibakila mu diambu di sanisina nkembo andi.
Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of his glory.
15 Diawu tona mamvama bu ndiwilu buididi minu kieno mu Pfumu Yesu ayi luzolo luidi yeno mu banlongo boso;
Wherefore I also, having heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus, and love to all the saints,
16 ndivonganga ko mu kuluvutudilanga matondo kuidi Nzambi. Ndieti kulutebukilanga moyo mu zitsambulu ziama;
Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers;
17 mu diambu Nzambi yi Pfumuꞌeto Yesu Klisto, dise di nkembo kaluvana pheve yi nzayulu ayi yi tsongolo muingi lunzaba bumboti,
That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:
18 muingi kakienzula diela dieno ayi lusudika boso buididi diana diodi Nzambi kalutedila ayi boso buididi kimvuama ki nkembo wu kiuka kiandi va khatitsika banlongo;
The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
19 ayi boso buididi bunneni bu lulendo lolo luidi mu beto tuwilukila; boso buididi lulendo lu zingolo ziandi.
And what [is] the exceeding greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,
20 Wumonisa lulendo beni bu kafulukisa Klisto mu bafua ayi bu kamvuandisa va koko kuandi ku lubakala, mu Diyilu;
Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set [him] at his own right hand in the heavenly [places],
21 va yilu luyalu loso, kikulutu kioso, lulendo loso, kipfumu kioso ayi va yilu dizina dioso dizabikini; bika sia ti mu tsungi yayi kaka vayi nate mu tsungi yela kuiza. (aiōn g165)
Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: (aiōn g165)
22 Wutula bima bioso ku tsi bitambi biandi ayi wumbieka Pfumuyi bima bioso mu Dibundu.
And put all [things] under his feet, and gave him [to be] the head over all [things] to the church,
23 Dibundu diawu nitu andi, fuluka ku mutu wowo wumfulusanga bima bioso mu bibuangu bioso.
Which is his body, the fullness of him that filleth all in all.
