< Ephesians 6 >
1 Beno bana, lutumukina bambuta beno mu Pfumu bila buawu bufueni.
Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.
2 Kinzika Dise diaku ayi ngudi aku bila wawu muina wutheti widi ayi tsila. Tala tsila beni yawu yayi:
Honor thy father and mother (which is the first commandment with promise)
3 muingi wumona mamboti ayi wuzinga buwombo va ntoto.
That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.
4 Diawu, beno madisa lubika fuemisanga bana beno vayi luba yundudila mu kuba vananga zindongi ayi zindubu mu Pfumu.
And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.
5 Beno bavika, lutumukina bapfumu zieno zi ntoto mu lukinzu ayi mu lukhuku mu kiedika kioso ki ntima banga kuidi Klisto.
Servants, be obedient to them that are [your] masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as to Christ;
6 Lusala kisalu kieno bika sia ti mu thangu zilembo ku lusungi bangati beno luntomba monisa batu khini, vayi banga bavika ba Klisto miomi mieta vanga luzolo lu Nzambi mu mintima mimboti.
Not with eye-service, as men-pleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;
7 Bika lusala kisalu kieno mu luzolo lumboti banga beno lunsadila Pfumuvayi bika batu.
With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men:
8 Bila luzebi ti Pfumu wela futa kadika mutu mu dioso-dioso diambudi bumboti diela vanga mutu, kaba mvika voti mutu wu kiphuanza.
Knowing that whatever good thing any man doeth, the same will he receive from the Lord, whether [he be] bond or free.
9 Beno bapfumu bobuawu luvangila bavika baeno. Lubika kuba yamisa bila ayi beno ayi bawu Pfumu yimosi kaka yidi yeno, yoyo yidi ku diyilu. Bila niandi katalanga bizizi bi batu ko.
And, ye masters, do the same things to them, forbearing threatening: knowing that your Master also is in heaven; neither is there respect of persons with him.
10 Mu manisa, bika lukikindisanga mu Pfumu ayi mu lulendo lu zingolo ziandi.
Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11 Bila kioki luvuata binduanina bioso bi Nzambi muingi lubakabu telimina va ntuala luvunu lu satana.
Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 Bila mvita yeto yisi yi nsuni ko ayi yi menga ko, vayi tueti nuanisanga bikulutu, bipfumu, batu ba lulendo badi mu tombi ayi tunuanisanga ziphevi zimbimbi zidi mu tsi yi kipheve. (aiōn )
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high [places]. (aiōn )
13 Diawu lubonga binduanina bioso bi Nzambi, mu diambu lubaka bu kukitabila mu lumbu kimbimbi ayi bu lumeni nunga lutelama nanguinate kuna tsuka.
Wherefore take to you the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Diawu, lutelama, lukanga kiedika mu luketo lueno banga sentila ayi bika luvuata busonga bu Nzambi banga kikhutu kisengo.
Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breast-plate of righteousness;
15 Bika bufula bu longa Nsamu wumboti wu ndembama buba zisapatu mumalu meno.
And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 Bika va yilu mambu moso, lubonga minu banga nkaku wowo lulendazimina madionga moso ma mbazu mamfidisanga mutu wu mbimbi.
Above all, taking the shield of faith, with which ye will be able to extinguish all the fiery darts of the wicked.
17 Bika phulusu luba budu kisengo mu mintu mieno ayi mambu ma Nzambi maba mbedi yi Pheve.
And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
18 Mu lusadusu lu Pheve, lusambila zitsambulu zioso zi phila mu philaayi zindombolo mu zithangu zioso. Luvanga buawu mu thatumunu yingoloayi lubika vonga. Lusambidila banlongo boso.
Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching for this purpose with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
19 Bika lutsambidila mu diambu di mu thangu ndinzibula munu, ndibaka mambu mafueni, momo ndilenda tuba mu diambu di samuna mu kibakala matsueki ma Nsamu Wumbote.
And for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel,
20 Mu diambu di Nsamu wumboti beni ndididi mvuala, mvuala wowo widiwukangama mu zisieni. Lusambila mu diambu ndisamuna wawu mu kibakalabanga mu phila mfueti kuwuyolukila.
For which I am an embassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
21 Mu diambu di luzaba phila ndididi ayi mambu ndilembo vangi, buna khombꞌeto wu luzolo Titsike, widi kisadi kikuikama mu kisalu ki Pfumu, wela ku lukamba mambu moso madi mu diambu diama.
But that ye also may know my affairs, [and] how I do, Tychicus, a beloved brother and faithful minister in the Lord, will make known to you all things:
22 Mu bila kioki ndilufidisidi niandi muingi kalukamba zitsangu zieto ayi kabomba mintima mieno.
Whom I have sent to you for the same purpose, that ye may know our affairs, and [that] he may comfort your hearts.
23 Bika Nzambi Tata ayi Pfumu Yesu Klisto bavana bakhomba zioso ndembama, luzolo ayi minu.
Peace [be] to the brethren, and love with faith from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
24 Bika nlemvo wuba kuidi babo bobo banzolanga Pfumu eto Yesu Klisto mu luzolo lu kiedika.
Grace [be] with all them that love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity. Amen.
