2 Timothy 2
1 Diawu ngeyo muanꞌama, bika wukikindisa mu nlemvo wowo widi mu Klisto Yesu.
Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace of our Lord Jeshu Meshiha.
2 Mambu momo wuwa kuidi minu va meso ma bambangi bawombo, longa mawu kuidi batu bakuikama bobo babeki bu kumalongila kuidi batu bankaka.
And those (doctrines) which thou hast heard from me by many witnesses, them commit to faithful men, who are also able to teach others.
3 Bika wumona ziaku ziphasi banga disodi dimboti di Yesu Klisto.
And endure evils as a good soldier of Jeshu Meshiha.
4 Bila kuisi ko mutu wunkuendanga ku mvita wumbelanga mayindu mu bima bi luzingu lualu mu diambu kamonisa khini mutu wowo wunsonika.
No man serveth as a soldier, and entangleth himself with the affairs of the world, that he might please him who hath chosen him.
5 Bobuawu, mutu wunsalanga zitsaka (bipa) kalendi vuiku budu ki ndungunu ko enati kakadi nuana boso buididi mina.
And if one contendeth, he is not crowned, unless according to his law he contend.
6 Nkuni zitsola kafueti tuama sala theti tuamina katambula mimbutu.
It becometh the husbandman who laboureth that he should first eat of his fruits.
7 Sudika bumboti mambu mama thubidi bila niandi veka Pfumu wela kuvana diela mu mambu moso.
Understand what I say to thee. Our Lord give thee wisdom in all things.
8 Tebukilanga Yesu Klisto moyo, wutotukila mu nkuna Davidi, wufuluka mu bafua boso buididi Nsamu wumboti wundieti longa.
Remember Jeshu Meshiha, that he arose from among the dead, he who is of the seed of David, according to my gospel;
9 Bila mu diambu di Nsamu wumboti beni wawu ndilembo monina ziphasi ayi ndididi wukangama banga mvangi mambimbi. Muaki mambu ma Nzambi masi makangama ko.
for which I endure evils unto bonds, as an evil-doer: but the word of Aloha is not bound.
10 Diawu ndilembo kangila ntima mu diambu di batu bobo basobolo muingi bawu mamvawu batambula phulusu yidi mu Yesu Klisto va kimosi ayi nkembo wu kawumani. (aiōnios g166)
Therefore I endure every thing on account of the elect, that they also may find salvation in Jeshu Meshiha, with the glory that is eternal. (aiōnios g166)
11 Mambu mama madi ma kuikama: Enati tufuidi va kimosi ayi niandi, buna tuela zinga va kimosi ayi niandi.
Faithful is the word: For if we be dead with him, With him also we shall live;
12 Enati tumvibidila buna tuela yadila va kimosi ayi niandi; vayi beto kuntunuka, niandi mamvandi wela kututunuka.
And if we endure, We shall also reign with him; But, if we deny him, He also will deny us!
13 Enati tuisi ko bakuikama, vayi niandi widi wukuikama, bila niandi veka kalendi kukitunuka ko.
And if we believe him not, He in his faithfulness abideth; For deny himself he cannot.
14 Tebula batu moyo mu mambu momo; wuba lubula va meso ma Nzambi ti babika ziphaka mu mambu ma phamba makambulu mfunu. Vayi mannatanga ku mbivusu batu bobo banwanga mawu.
Of these (truths) remind them, and testify before our Lord, that they contend not with unprofitable words, to the overturning of those who hear them.
15 Nuana mu monika va meso ma Nzambi banga mutu wufuana, banga kisadi kikambu mona tsoni; kinlonga mu busonga mambu ma kiedika.
And be careful to establish thyself perfectly before Aloha, a workman without shame, preaching rightly the word of truth.
16 Tina ziphaka zi mambu ma phamba ayi makambu dedakana ayi minu bila batu bobo bantubanga mawu beti luta kuendanga mu zithangu zioso ku kambu kinzikanga mambu ma Nzambi
From vain words which have no utility in them withdraw; for they add greatly to the wickedness of those who are occupied with them.
17 ayi mambu mawu madi banga phuta yindianga nsuni wu nitu. Mu bawu muidi Imene ayi Filete.
And their words as an eating cancer will lay hold upon many: but one of them is Hymeneos, and another Philetos,
18 Bawu bamana vengama mu kiedika bu beti tubanga ti mfulukulu yimana vioka thama; balembo zimbisa minu ki batu bankaka.
who have erred from the truth, saying, that the resurrection of the dead hath been, and the faith of some overturning.
19 Muaki fundasio yi ngolo yi Nzambi yidi kaka yitelama ayi yibeki ayi dimbu kiaki: “Pfumu zebi batu bandi, ayi woso mutu weti tangunanga dizina di Pfumu, bika katina mambu mambimbi.”
But the true foundation of Aloha standeth; and it hath this signature: And the Lord knoweth them who are his. And, Let every one who invoketh the name of the Lord depart from iniquity.
20 Bika sia ti mimvungu mivangulu mu nolo ayi mu palata, ziawu kaka mimmonikanga mu nzo yinneni vayi muidi ayi miomi mivangulu mu minti ayi mu tuma. Miomi mivangulu mu nolo ayi mu palata midi mi luzitu bosi miomi mivangulu mu minti ayi mu tuma miawu minsadulungu kadika lumbu.
But in a great house there are not vessels of gold only or of silver, but also of wood, also of clay: of them (some are) to honour, and of them (some) to dishonour.
21 Enati mutu wukikebidi wuvedila mu kambu vanga mambu mama, buna niandi wela kituka mvungu wu luzitu, wunlongo, widi mfunu kuidi vuidi wawu; wawu widi wukubama mu diambu di mavanga moso mambote.
If a man then purify himself from these, he will be a pure vessel unto honour, fitted for the use of his Lord, and prepared for every good work.
22 Tina zinzinunu zi bumuana vayi tomba busonga, minu, luzolo, ndemama va kimosi ayi batu bobo bansambilanga Pfumu mu ntima wuvedila.
From all the lusts of youth escape; and pursue after righteousness, and faith, and charity, and peace, with them who call upon the Lord with a pure heart.
23 Tina biuvu bi buvungisi, ayi bikambulu mfunu bila bizabikini ti biawu bieti totula ziphaka.
From foolish controversies which are without instruction withdraw; for thou knowest that they beget strifes.
24 Bila kisadi ki Pfumu kasi fuana findananga ziphaka ko vayi kafueti ba mutu wulembama kuidi batu boso, mutu widi diela mu longa ayi mu zebi vibidila.
But a servant of the Lord oweth not to strive, but to be gentle towards every man, and teaching, and long-suffering,
25 Kafueti teminanga mu malembi batu bobo bankakidilanga bila nani zebi mananga Nzambi lenda kuba vana diela di baludila mavanga ayi tula ku nzayilu yi mambu ma kiedika;
that he may instruct them who would contend against him with meekness, if by any means Aloha may give them conversion, and they may acknowledge the truth,
26 ayi diela diawu divutukisa mu diambu babaka busionukina mu mintambu mi Satana, wuba kanga mu kuba kuika mu diambu bavanga luzolo luandi.
and be mindful of themselves, and remove from the snare of Satana, by whom they have been entrapped at his will.
