< 2 Corinthians 2 >

1 Diawu ndibakila lukanu mu kambu buela kuiza kuidi beno muingi ndibika kulumonisa diaka kiadi.
But I have judged this with myself, not to come back to you in grief.
2 Bila enati ndilumonisini kiadi buna nani wukumbonisa khini enati ka beno ko bobo ndimonisa kiadi e?
For if I grieve you, who also [is] it that gladdens me, if not he that is grieved through me?
3 Enati ndilusonikina mambu momo, banga bu ndituama kulusonikina mu diambu mu thangu ndiela kuiza kuidi beno, ndibika monoso kiadi kuidi batu bobo bafueti kumbonisa khini. Ayi tsidi diana mu diambu dieno beno boso ti khini ama yidi khini eno beno boso.
And I have written this very [letter] [to you], that coming I may not have grief from those from whom I ought to have joy; trusting in you all that my joy is [that] of you all.
4 Ku tsi maniongo ayi kiadi kingolo mu ntima ndiba boso ndilusonikina nkanda beni ayi matsuela mu meso. Bika sia ti mu diambu di kulumonisa kiadi vayi mu diambu luzaba boso buididi luzolo luama mu beno.
For out of much tribulation and distress of heart I wrote to you, with many tears; not that ye may be grieved, but that ye may know the love which I have very abundantly towards you.
5 Enati wumosi mu beno wulumonisini kiadi, buna bika sia ti minu kamonisini kiadi vayi beno boso, voti buna ndambu mu beno mu kambu viokikisa tezo.
But if any one has grieved, he has grieved, not me, but in part (that I may not overcharge [you]) all of you.
6 Thumbudulu yoyi kabeki kuidi batu bawombo, mu beno yifueni kaka.
Sufficient to such a one [is] this rebuke which [has been inflicted] by the many;
7 Vayi buabu bufueni mu kunlemvukila ayi kunkindisa mu diambu kabika ba mu kiadi kiwombo.
so that on the contrary ye should rather shew grace and encourage, lest perhaps such a one should be swallowed up with excessive grief.
8 Ndikululeba mu diambu lummonisa ti lueti kunzola.
Wherefore I exhort you to assure him of [your] love.
9 Bila ndilusonikini bobo mu diambu di kulutota muingi ndizaba enati bulemvo luidi mu mambu moso.
For to this end also I have written, that I might know, by putting you to the test, if as to everything ye are obedient.
10 Beno lemvukila mutu, mamvama ndinlemvukidi. Enati minu ndemvukidimutu buna ndinlemvukidi mu diambu dieno va ntuala Klisto
But to whom ye forgive anything, I also; for I also, what I have forgiven, if I have forgiven anything, [it is] for your sakes in [the] person of Christ;
11 muingi Satana kabika kutuyadila bila tuzebi mboti mabanza bandi.
that we might not have Satan get an advantage against us, for we are not ignorant of his thoughts.
12 Bu ndiyenda ku Tolowasi mu diambu di samuna Nsamu Wumboti wu Klisto, buna ndimona ti Pfumu wunzibudila muelo.
Now when I came to Troas for the [publication of the] glad tidings of the Christ, a door also being opened to me in [the] Lord,
13 Vayi ntima mbazu ndiba; bu ndikambu mona khombꞌama Tite. Diawu ndisia bikila basi Tolowasi ayi ndiyendila nsualu ku Maseduani.
I had no rest in my spirit at not finding Titus my brother; but bidding them adieu, I came away to Macedonia.
14 Vayi matondo kuidi Nzambi! Niandi wukutunungisanga mu zithangu ziosomu Klisto ayi beto keta sadila mu tembikisa, mu bibuangu bioso, bioso nzayilu yi Klisto banga malasi ma tsudi yi kitoko.
But thanks [be] to God, who always leads us in triumph in the Christ, and makes manifest the odour of his knowledge through us in every place.
15 Bila beto tuidi malasi ma tsudi yi kitoko ma Klisto kuidi batu bobo bamana vuka ayi kuidi bobo banzimbala.
For we are a sweet odour of Christ to God, in the saved and in those that perish:
16 Kuidi bankaka tsudi beni yidi tsudi yi lufua, yinnatanga ku lufuavayi kuidi bankaka, tsudi beni yidi tsudi yi luzingu yinnatanga ku luzingu. Buna nani fueni mu sala kisalu kioki e?
to the one an odour from death unto death, but to the others an odour from life unto life; and who [is] sufficient for these things?
17 Beto tuisi ko banga batu bankaka bobo bankitilanga mu mambu ma Nzambi. Vayi beto tueti tubanga, mu Klisto, mambu ma kiedika va meso ma Nzambi, banga batu bobo kafidisa.
For we do not, as the many, make a trade of the word of God; but as of sincerity, but as of God, before God, we speak in Christ.
