< 1 Thessalonians 3 >

1 Diawu, bu tumona ti tukadi buela vibidila, buna tumona ti bufueni kuidi beto mu siala ku Atene;
Wherefore, no longer concealing our anxiety, we were well pleased to be left at Athens alone,
2 ayi tufidisa Timote, khombꞌetoayi kisadi yeto mu Nzambi mu tsamununu yi Nsamu wumbote wu Klisto mu diambu kiza lukindisa mu minuayi kuluvana bufula
and sent Timothy, our brother, and a minister of God, and our fellow-laborer in the gospel of Christ, to establish you, and to exhort you concerning your faith:
3 muingi mutu wumosi mu beno kabika zimbisa minu kiandi mu diambu di ziphasi ziazi; beno veka bu luzebi ti tukubukulu ziawu.
that no one should be moved by these afflictions; for yourselves know that we are appointed to them.
4 Bila mu thangu tuba yeno, tululubula ti tufueti mona ziphasi ziwombo. Ayi luzebi ti buawu buvangama.
For even when we were with you, we foretold you that we were to be afflicted; which also happened as you know.
5 Diawu minu mamvama, bu ndimona ti ndikadi buela vibidila, diawu nditumina Timote mu diambu di zaba kani buevi buekila minu kieno. Bomandimona bila ndibanizla ti mvukumuni wuluvukumuni bila nganu kisalu kioso kitusala ikitukidi kiphamba.
For this reason also, no longer concealing my anxiety, I sent to know your faith; lest by some means the tempter may have tempted you, and our labor have become in vain.
6 Buabu Timote wuvutukidi kuidi beto bu kabedi kuidi beno ayi zitsangu zikatunatini zidi zimboti mu wa buididi minu kieno ayi luzololueno. Wutukembi ti lukutuyindulanga buwombo bu lumonanga tsatu mu kutumona banga beto bu tuididi tsatu mu kulumona.
But now, when Timothy came to us from you, and gave us the good news of your faith and love, and that you have good remembrance of us at all times, ardently desiring to see us, even as we also to see you;
7 Diawu bakhomba, beto tukindusu mu diambu dieno mu nzila yi minu kieno mu ziphasi zieto zioso ayi mayama meto moso
by this, brethren, we were comforted concerning you in all our affliction and necessity, even by your faith.
8 bila buabu tulembo zingi enati luidi bakinda ngolo mu Pfumu.
For now we live, when you stand firm in the Lord.
9 A buna buevi tulenda vutudilanga Nzambi matondo mawombo mu diambu dieno, mu diambu dieno, mu diambu di khini yoso tueti mona mu diambu dieno va meso ma Nzambi eto e?
But what thanksgiving can we return to God concerning you, for all the joy with which we rejoice, through you, in the presence of our God?
10 Bila builu ayi muini tueti sambila ngolo muingi tumonana zizi mu zizi ayi tudukisa mambu makambulu mu minu kieno.
Night and day, most earnestly requesting to see your face, and to supply the deficiencies of your faith.
11 Bika Nzambi eto ayi niandi veka Dise, ayi, Pfumuꞌeto Yesu batuzibudila diluaku di buela kuiza kuidi beno.
Now may God himself, even our Father, and our Lord Jesus Christ, make straight our way to you.
12 Mu diambu dieno bika Pfumu kafunisa ayi kawokisa luzolo lueno mu benona beno ayi kuidi batu boso, banga buididi luzolo lueto kuidi beno.
And may the Lord fill you, and make you overflow with love to one another, and to all, even as we also to you;
13 Bika kakindisa mintima mieno muingi mikambu tsembolo va mesoma Nzambi eto ayi Dise mu thangu Pfumu eto Yesu kela vutuka va kimosi ayi banlongo bandi boso.
that he may establish your hearts unblamable in holiness, before God, even our Father, at the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ, with all his saints.
