Luuka 21
1 uYesu akalila akavagha avakinhaata vamofu valyale vivika amatekelo ghave muvutile
And he looked up and saw the rich men casting their gifts into the treasury.
2 akamwagha unfwile jumonga nkotofu ivika isenti sake ivili. pe
And he saw also a certain poor widow casting in thither two mites.
3 akati,”kyang'haani nikuvavula unfwile uju unkotofu ivikile indalama nyinga kukila avange voooni.
And he said, In truth I say to you, that this poor widow hath cast in more than they all.
4 ava vooni vahumisie ilitekelo ili kuhuma mufinga fino valinafyo. neke unfwile uju mu vukotofu vwake ahumisie indalamasooni sino avele naso vwimila uvwumi vwake”
For all these out of their abundance cast in to the offerings; but she out of her penury cast in all the living that she had.
5 ye avange valyale vijova isa nyumba inyimike ja kufunyila, ndavule jilyavikilue na mavue amanono na matekelo, akati,
And as some were saying of the temple, that it was adorned with goodly stones, and sacred gifts, he said,
6 mu mhola isa mbombo sino mukusagha, ifighono fikwisa fino nakwekuliva nilivue limo lino lililekua nkyanya ja livue ilinge lino nalilighua.
As for these things which ye behold, the days will come, in which there will not be left here one stone upon another, that will not be throw down.
7 pe vakamposia vakati, Mbulanisi isi sooni silihumila lighi? kwe kiliku kino kiliva kye kivalilo kuuti agha ghalipipi kuhumila?
And they asked him, saying, Teacher, when then will these things be? and what will be the sign when these things are about to come to pass?
8 uYesu akamwamula, “muvisaghe maaso kuuti namungasyanguaghe. ulwakuva vingi vikwisa ku litavua lyango viti,”une nene, nu nsiki ghulipipi. namungavavingililaghe.
And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived. For many will come in my name, saying, I am He, and the time is at hand. Go not after them.
9 mungapulike ivuluguvulugu namungoghwopaghe, ulwakuva isi sooni sinoghile sihumile taasi. neke uvusililo navulihimila ng'hani ng'hani”
And when ye hear of wars and tumults, be not terrified; for these things must first come to pass; but not immediately is the end.
10 pe pano akavavula,” iisi jilikwima na kutovana ni jinge, uvutwa ku vutwa uvunge.
Then he said to them, Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom;
11 kuliva ni finsenyena ifikome, injala ni nhamu isa kwambukila siliva papinga. kwe kuliva ni finu fya kwoghofia ni fivalilo fya kwoghofia kuhuma kukyanya.
and there will be great earthquakes, and in divers places famines and pestilences; and there will be fearful sights and great signs from heaven.
12 neke isio sooni ye sikyale kuhumila, tiko avaanhu vilikuvakoola umue na kukuvapumusia. vilikuvawala kukuahigha mu nyumba isa kufunyila, na kukuvadindila mu ndinde. kange mulitwalua ku vatwa na ku vanya vutavulilua kuuti muhighue ulwakuva umue muli vavvulanisivua vango.
But before all these things they will lay their hands on you and persecute you, delivering you up to synagogues, and into prisons, and bringing you before kings and governors on account of my name.
13 neke kulyumue aghuo ghuva ghwe nsiki ghwa kwoleka ulwitiko lwinu.
It will turn out to you an opportunity for bearing testimony.
14 pe lino mwamulaghe mu moojo ghinu ku ling'ania avimilisi viinu ye lukyale.
Settle it therefore in your hearts not to meditate l beforehand what ye shall answer.
15 ulwakuva nikuvapela amasio agha vukoola vuno avalugu viinu voni vikunuagha kusigha na kukujikana.
For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries will not be able to withstand or gainsay.
16 neke mulikanwa na vapafi vinu, avanyalukolo vinu, avapipi vinu na vamanyani vinu, kange vilikuvabuda vamonga mu lyumue,
And ye will be delivered up both by parents and brothers and kinsmen and friends; and some of you will they put to death.
17 vilikunkalalila umuunu ghweni ku litavua lyango.
And ye will be hated by all on account of my name.
18 neke nakwelule nambe ulunyele lumo lwa matu ghinu luno lulisova.
But not a hair of your head will be lost.
19 ku lugudo mukusisosia inumbula sinu.
By your constancy secure your lives.
20 kyale muvoona ilikaaja lya Yelusalemu lisyungutilue navalua lilugu pe mukagulaghe kuuti unsiki ughwa kutipulua ghuli pipi.
But when ye see Jerusalem encompassed by armies, then know that her desolation is at hand.
21 apuo vano vali ku Yudea vakimbililaghe ku fidunda, na vala vano vali pakate pa mpulo vavukaghe, kange namungavalekaghe vano vali kufikaaja kukwingila.
Then let those who are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let those who are within the city go out of it, and let not those in the open country enter it.
22 ulwakuva ifi fye fighono fya kuhombekesia, neke kuuti ghooni ghano ghalembilue ghiise kuvombeka.
For these are days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.
23 iga ku vala vano vali nuvukunue na vala vano vikwong'esia ku fighono ifio! ulwakuva kuliiva nulupumuko lukome mu iisi, ni ng'halasi ku vaaanhu ava.
But woe to the women with child, and to those having children at the breast, in those days! For there will be great distress in the land, and wrath upon this people;
24 avaanhu avange vilibudua ni bambaavange vilitwalua ku vukamiku iisi isinge, ni Yelusalemu jilikanyua na vaanhu va iisi kuhanga unsiki ghwa vaanhu va iisi pano ghuuva ghufikile.
and they will fall by the edge of the sword, and will be led away captive into all the nations; and Jerusalem will be trodden down by the gentiles, until the times of the gentiles are fulfilled.
25 fili vineka ifivalilo ku lijuva, umwesi ni nhondue, neke pa iisi apa inyanja siliva na mavingo amavaha amanya mughindi, uluo lulipelela avaanhu ava fisina fyonikuuva nulupumuko nu ludwesi.
And there will be signs in the sun and moon and stars; and on the earth distress of nations, in perplexity at the roaring of the sea and waves;
26 isi sooni siliva sikwisa mu iisi, avaanhu ghulifua umwoojovwimila kukwoghopa kyongo. vilisaghagha kuuti lukwisa ulutalamu ulukome, ulwakuva ifinu ifya kukyanya filisukanisivua,
men's hearts failing them from fear, and from looking for those things which are coming on the world; for the powers of the heavens will be shaken.
27 pepano vilikumwagha umwana ghwa muunhu ikwisa kuhuma mumafunde ku ngufu nu vwimike uvuvaha.
And then will they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.
28 neke isio sooni silava sitengula kuhumila, mwimaghe, inulagha amatu ghinu, ulwakuva uvupoki vwinu vuvelelile pavupipi.
And when these things begin to come to pass, look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.
29 uYesu akavavula ku kihwanikisio akati, lolagha umpiki ghwa tini na mapiki ghoni.
And he spoke to them a parable: Behold the fig-tree and all the trees;
30 pano muvona amapiki ghatengwile kulemba, mukujilolela jumue na kukagula kuuti amasiki gha lufuke ghalipipi.
when they have already shot forth, ye see it, and know of yourselves that summer is now nigh at hand.
31 vule vule pano muvona agha ghihumila umue kagulagha kuuti, uvutwa vwa Nguluve vulipipi.
So also, when ye see these things coming to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand.
32 kyang'haani nikuvavula, ikisina iki nakilikila, kuhanga isi sooni sihumile.
Truly do I say to you, that this generation will not pass away, till all shall have taken place.
33 uvulanga ni iisi silikila, neke amasio ghango looli naghilikila.
Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away.
34 neke mujilolelelaghe jumue, neke kuuti, amoojo ghinu naghangalemuaghe nu vuhojofu, uvughasi, nuvukaming'anilua vwa iisi iji. ulwakuva ikighono ikio kilavisila mu lwa ng'enyemukila hwene lutegho.
But take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be weighed down with surfeiting and drunkenness and worldly cares, and that day come upon you unawares.
35 ulwakuva jiiva kwa muunhu ghweni juno ikukala pa maaso gha iisi jooni.
For as a snare will it come on all that dwell on the face of the whole earth.
36 lino muvisaghe maaso unsiki ghwoni, mun'sumaghe uNguluve kuuti muva lukangafu lwa kukwilana kukughaseghuka agha ghoni ghano kyale ghihumila, na kukwima pavulongolo pa mwana ghwa Muunhu”.
But watch at all times, and pray that ye may be able to escape all the things that are about to come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.
37 mu fighono ifio pamwisi, uYesu alyale ivulanisia avaanhu mu luviika ulwa nyumba inyimike ja kufunyila. pakilo akalutagha kughona ku kidunda ikya Miseituni.
And during the daytime he was teaching in the temple; but at night he went out, and lodged in the mount called the Mount of Olives.
38 neke jaatu avaanhu voni vakasisimukagha lulwakilo na kuluta mu nyumba inyimike ja kufunyila kuuti vampulikisie.
And all the people came early in the morning to him in the temple, to hear him.
