1 Amasiki ghano ghakakilile uNguluve alyajovile navasehe vitu kukilila avavili unsiki ghoni musila inginga.
GOD, who spake to the fathers of old at various times, and in different manners by the prophets,
2 Looli mufighono ifi fino tulinafyope, uNguluve ajovile nusue vwimila u Mwana, juno akam'bikile kuva vuhaasi vwa fiinu fyoni, kukilila umwene alyapelile ilisi. (aiōn g165)
in these last days hath spoken to us by a Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; (aiōn g165)
3 Umwanake lwe lumuli lwa vwimike kwa mwene, uluvelo lwa mwene lwa mukisina kya mwene, ighendelesia ifinu fyoni kungufu sa lisio lya mwene. ye aling'anisie uluvalasivuo lwa nyivi, alikalile pasi paluvoko lwa ndiyo ulwa vutwa ku kyanya.
who being the splendour of his glory, and the very impress of his substance, and upholding all things with his powerful word, by himself having effected the cleansing of our sins, he sat down at the right hand of Majesty on high;
4 Nofu kukila umunyamhola, ndavuli ilitavua lino akalihasile vule linofu kukila ilitavua livanave.
made as much superior to the angels, as he hath inherited a more distinguished name than they.
5 Ulwakuuti unyamhola veeni aghelile pijova kuti, “Uve ulimwanango, umusyughu nili nhaata ghwako?” Kange, “Niva nhaata kwa mwene, ghwope iva mwana kulyune?”
For to which of the angels ever said he, “My Son art thou, I have to-day begotten thee?” And again, “I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son?”
6 Kange, unsiki ghuno akamuletile umolua kwa kwasia mu iisi, akatisagha, “Avanyamola vooni ava Nguluve vanoghile pikufunya.”
And again, when he introduces the first-begotten into the world, he saith, “Let all the angels of God also worship him.”
7 Vwimila Unyamhola ajove, “Umwene juno ivomba avanyamhola vamwene kuva mhepo, navavombi va mwene kuva mili sa mwooto.”
And concerning the angels indeed he thus speaks: “Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministering servants a flame of fire.”
8 Looli ulwakuuti uMwana ijova, “Ikitengo kyako ikya vutua, Nguluve, kya kyavusila kusila. Ulukongoja lwa vutua vwako lwe lukongojo lwa vugholofu. (aiōn g165)
But to the Son, “Thy throne, O God, is unto eternity; a sceptre of rectitude is the sceptre of thy kingdom. (aiōn g165)
9 Ughanilue uvugholofu nhh lusukunalo uvunangi vwa ndaghilo, lino Nguluve, Nguluve ghwako, akupelile amafuta gha lukelo kukila avanino.”
Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of exultation above those who partake with thee.”
10 Pavutengulilo, uMutwa, alya vikile ulwalo lwa iisi. Uvulanga mbombo sa mavoko ghako.
“And thou from the beginning, O Lord, hast founded the earth, and the heavens are the works of thine hands.
11 Silivuka, looli uve ghu ghendelelagha. soni sisakala hwene mwenda.
They will be destroyed, but thou remainest; and they all will grow old as a garment,
12 Ghukusikunjagha hwene likoti, sope sihambuka ndavule umwenda. looli uve ghwe julajula, na maka ghako naghilidugha.”
and as a cloak thou wilt wrap them up, and they will undergo a change: but thou art the same, and thy years will never end.”
13 Neke ghwe nyamhola juliku uNguluve akajovagha unsiki ghwe ghwoni, “Ikale paluvoko lwango ulwa ndiyo hadiniliva nikuvavomba avalugu vako kuva kitengo kya pamaghulu ghako”?
Unto which indeed of the angels said he ever, “Sit at my right hand until I put thine enemies for a footstool of thy feet?”
14 Asi, avanyamhola vooni na se mhepo sino sisung'ilue kuvavombelela na pikuvavika vunofu vala vano viliva vihasi uvupoki?
Are they not all ministerial spirits, sent to perform service on account of those who are about to inherit salvation?
