1 Cái nền Ngài đã đặt trên các núi thánh.

A Psalm of a Song for the sons of Core. His foundations are in the holy mountains.

2 Đức Giê-hô-va chuộng các cửa Si-ôn Hơn những nơi ở của Gia-cốp.

The Lord loves the gates of Sion, more than all the tabernacles of Jacob.

3 ù thành của Đức Chúa Trời, Đã được nói những sự vinh hiển về ngươi.

Glorious things have been spoken of you, O city of God. (Pause)

4 Ta sẽ nói đến Ra-háp và Ba-by-lôn, là những người trong bọn quen biết ta; Kìa là Phi-li-tin, và Ty-rơ, với Ê-thi-ô-bi: Kẻ nầy đã sanh ra tại Si-ôn.

I will make mention of Raab and Babylon to them that know me: behold also the Philistines, and Tyre, and the people of the Ethiopians: these were born there.

5 Phải, người ta sẽ nói về Si-ôn rằng: Kẻ nầy và kẻ kia đã sanh ra tại đó; Chính Đấng Chí cao sẽ vững lập Si-ôn.

A man shall say, Sion [is my] mother; and [such] a man was born in her; and the Highest himself has founded her.

6 Khi Đức Giê-hô-va biên các dân vào sổ, thì Ngài sẽ kể rằng: Kẻ nầy đã sanh tại Si-ôn.

The Lord shall recount [it] in the writing of the people, and of these princes that were born in her.

7 Những kẻ hát xướng và những kẻ nhảy múa sẽ nói rằng: Các suối tôi đều ở trong Ngươi.

The dwelling of all within you is [as the dwelling] of those that rejoice.
