1 Loài người bởi người nữ sanh ra, sống tạm ít ngày, Bị đầy dẫy sự khốn khổ.
A human being born of a woman [is] short of days and surfeited of turmoil.
2 Người sanh ra như cỏ hoa, rồi bị phát; Người chạy qua như bóng, không ở lâu dài.
Like a flower he comes forth and he withered and he fled like shadow and not he remains.
3 Dầu vậy, Chúa còn để mắt trên người dường ấy, Và khiến tôi đến chịu Chúa xét đoán sao?
Indeed? on this do you open eyes your and me do you bring? in judgment with yourself.
4 Ai có thể từ sự ô uế mà lấy ra được điều thanh sạch? Chẳng một ai!
Who? will he make a clean [thing] from an unclean [thing] not one [person].
5 Nếu các ngày của loài người đã định rồi, Nếu số tháng người ở nơi Chúa, Và Chúa đã định giới hạn cho người, mà người không qua khỏi được,
If [are] determined - days his [the] number of months his [is] with you (limits his *Q(K)*) you have appointed and not he will pass.
6 Thì xin Chúa hãy xây mắt Ngài khỏi người, để người đặng yên nghỉ, Cho đến khi mãn ngày mình như kẻ làm mướn vậy.
Look away from on him so he may cease until he takes pleasure in like a hired laborer day his.
7 Vì cây cối dẫu bị đốn còn trông cậy Sẽ còn mọc lên nữa, Không thôi nức chồi.
For there for a tree [is] hope if it will be cut down and again it will sprout afresh and young shoot[s] its not it will fail.
8 Dẫu rễ nó già dưới đất, Thân nó chết trong bụi cát,
Though it will grow old in the ground root its and in the dust it will die stump its.
9 Vừa có hơi nước, nó sẽ mọc chồi, Và đâm nhành như một cây tơ;
From [the] scent of water it will show buds and it will produce shoot[s] like a plant.
10 Nhưng loài người chết, thì nằm tại đó, Loài người tắt hơi, thì đã đi đâu?
And a man he dies and he was weak and he expired a person and where [is]? he.
11 Nước hồ chảy mất đi, Sông cạn và khô:
They disappear waters from [the] sea and a river it dries up and it is dry.
12 Cũng vậy, loài người nằm, rồi không hề chổi dậy: Người chẳng hề thức dậy cho đến khi không còn các từng trời, Và chẳng ai sẽ khiến cho người tỉnh lại khỏi giấc ngủ mình.
And a person he lies down and not he will arise until [is] not heaven not they will awake and not they will be roused from sleep their.
13 Oâi! Chớ gì Chúa giấu tôi nơi âm phủ, che khuất tôi cho đến khi cơn giận Chúa đã nguôi, Định cho tôi một kỳ hẹn, đoạn nhớ lại tôi! (Sheol h7585)
Who? will he give - in Sheol you will hide me you will conceal me until turns back anger your you will set for me a limit and you will remember me. (Sheol h7585)
14 Nếu loài người chết, có được sống lại chăng! Trọn ngày giặc giã tôi, tôi đợi chờ, Cho đến chừng tôi được buông thả,
If he will die a man ¿ will he live all [the] days of service my I will wait until comes relief my.
15 Chúa sẽ gọi, tôi sẽ thưa lại; Chúa sẽ đoái đến công việc của tay Chúa;
You will call and I I will answer you for [the] work of hands your you will long.
16 Nhưng bây giờ, Chúa đếm các bước tôi, Chúa há chẳng xem xét các tội lỗi tôi sao?
For now steps my you will count not you will watch over sin my.
17 Các tội phạm tôi bị niêm trong một cái túi, Và Chúa có thắt các sự gian ác tôi lại.
[will be] sealed up In a bag transgression my and you have smeared over iniquity my.
18 Song núi lở tan thành ra bụi, Và hòn đá bị nhắc dời khỏi chổ nó.
And but a mountain [is] falling it crumbles away and a rock it moves from place its.
19 Nước làm mòn đá, Lụt trôi bụi đất: Cũng một thể ấy, Chúa hủy sự hy vọng của loài người.
Stones - they rub away waters it washes off overflowings its [the] dust of [the] earth and [the] hope of humankind you destroy.
20 Chúa hãm đánh và thắng hơn loài người luôn, đoạn nó đi qua mất; Chúa đổi sắc mặt nó, và đuổi nó đi.
You overpower him to perpetuity and he went [you are] changing face his and you sent away him.
21 Các con trai người được tôn trọng, còn người nào biết đến; Chúng bị hạ xuống, nhưng người cũng chẳng để ý vào.
They are honored sons his and not he knows and they may be insignificant and not he perceives it.
22 Thịt người chỉ đau đớn vì một mình người, Và linh hồn người chỉ buồn rầu vì chính mình người mà thôi.
Only own flesh his on himself it is in pain and self his on himself it mourns.
