Giê-rê-mi-a 25

1 Nầy là lời phán cùng Giê-rê-mi về cả dân Giu-đa, trong năm thứ tư đời Giê-hô-gia-kim, con trai Giô-si-a, vua của Giu-đa; ấy là năm thứ nhất đời Nê-bu-cát-nết-sa, vua nước Ba-by-lôn.

The word which it came to Jeremiah on all [the] people of Judah in the year fourth of Jehoiakim [the] son of Josiah [the] king of Judah it [was] the year first of Nebuchadnezzar [the] king of Babylon.

2 Đấng tiên tri Giê-rê-mi rao truyền những lời nầy trước mặt dân Giu-đa và hết thảy dân cư Giê-ru-sa-lem rằng:

Which he spoke Jeremiah the prophet to all [the] people of Judah and to all [the] inhabitants of Jerusalem saying.

3 Từ năm thứ mười ba đời Giô-si-a, con trai A-môn, vua của Giu-đa, cho đến ngày nay có hai mươi ba năm, lời của Đức Giê-hô-va phán cùng tôi. Từ lúc đó, tôi dậy sớm nói cùng các ngươi; nhưng các ngươi chẳng khứng nghe tôi.

Since thir-teen year of Josiah [the] son of Amon [the] king of Judah and until - the day this this three and twenty year[s] it has come [the] word of Yahweh to me and I have spoken to you rising early and speaking and not you have listened.

4 Đức Giê-hô-va đã sai các đầy tớ Ngài, là các tiên tri, đến cùng các ngươi, dậy sớm mà sai đến, nhưng các ngươi không nghe lời, không để tai mà nghe.

And he sent Yahweh to you all servants his the prophets rising early and sending and not you listened and not you inclined ear your to listen.

5 Các đấng ấy nói rằng: Mỗi người trong các ngươi hãy từ đường dữ mình trở lại; hãy bỏ điều ác của việc làm mình, và ở trong đất mà Đức Giê-hô-va đã ban cho các ngươi và tổ phụ các ngươi từ xưa cho đến đời đời.

Saying turn back please everyone from way his evil and from [the] wickedness of deeds your and dwell on the land which he gave Yahweh to you and to ancestors your from antiquity and until perpetuity.

6 Chớ theo các thần khác đặng hầu việc và thờ lạy, chớ lấy việc tay mình làm ra mà chọc giận ta nữa, thì ta sẽ không làm hại chi các ngươi.

And may not you walk after gods other to serve them and to bow down to them and not you must provoke to anger me by [the] work of hands your and not I will do harm to you.

7 Đức Giê-hô-va phán: Nhưng các ngươi chẳng nghe ta, mà lấy việc làm của tay mình chọc giận ta, và chuốc lấy tai hại cho mình.

And not you have listened to me [the] utterance of Yahweh so as (to provoke to anger me *Q(K)*) by [the] work of hands your for harm of you.

8 Vậy nên, Đức Giê-hô-va vạn quân phán như vầy: Vì các ngươi đã chẳng nghe lời ta,

Therefore thus he says Yahweh of hosts because that not you have listened to words my.

9 nầy, ta sẽ sai đòi mọi họ hàng phương bắc cùng đầy tớ ta là Nê-bu-các-nết-sa, vua Ba-by-lôn, đến nghịch cùng đất nầy, nghịch cùng dân cư nó, và các nước ở chung quanh. Ta sẽ diệt hết chúng nó, làm chúng nó nên sự gở lạ, chê cười, và hoang vu đời đời. Đức Giê-hô-va phán vậy.

Here I [am] about to send and I will fetch all [the] clans of [the] north [the] utterance of Yahweh and to Nebuchadnezzar [the] king of Babylon servant my and I will bring them on the land this and on inhabitants its and on all the nations these round about and I will totally destroy them and I will make them into a waste and into a hissing and into ruins of perpetuity.

10 Vả, ta sẽ làm cho trong vòng chúng nó hết tiếng reo vui và kêu-mừng, hết tiếng của rể mới và dâu mới, hết tiếng ầm ầm của cối xay và ánh sáng của đèn.

And I will destroy from them [the] sound of joy and [the] sound of gladness [the] sound of a bridegroom and [the] sound of a bride [the] sound of a hand-mill and [the] light of a lamp.

11 Cả đất nầy sẽ trở nên hoang vu gở lạ, các nước nầy sẽ phục sự vua Ba-by-lôn trong bảy mươi năm.

And it will become all the land this a desolation a waste and they will serve the nations these [the] king of Babylon seventy year[s].

12 Đức Giê-hô-va phán: Khi bảy mươi năm ấy sẽ mãn, ta sẽ phạt vua Ba-by-lôn và dân người, vì cớ tội ác chúng nó. Ta sẽ phạt xứ người Canh-đê và biến thành một nơi hoang vu đời đời.

And it will be when are completed seventy year[s] I will visit [judgment] on [the] king of Babylon and on the nation that [the] utterance of Yahweh iniquity their and on [the] land of [the] Chaldeans and I will make it into desolations of perpetuity.

13 Phàm lời ta đã phán nghịch cùng đất ấy, tức lời chép trong sách nầy, là lời Giê-rê-mi đã nói tiên tri nghịch cùng muôn nước, thì sẽ xảy đến cho đất ấy.

(And I will bring *Q(k)*) on the land that all words my which I spoke on it every [thing] written in the book this which he prophesied Jeremiah on all the nations.

14 Vả, sẽ có nhiều nước và vua lớn bắt chính người Canh-đê làm tôi mọi, và ta sẽ báo chúng nó theo việc làm của chúng, và theo việc bởi tay chúng làm ra.

For they will work by them also they nations many and kings great and I will repay to them according to deed[s] their and according to [the] work of hands their.

15 Giê-hô-va Đức Chúa Trời của Y-sơ-ra-ên có phán cùng tôi như vầy: Hãy lấy chén rượu của sự giận khỏi tay ta, khá cho các dân mà ta sai ngươi đến đều uống lấy.

For thus he said Yahweh [the] God of Israel to me take [the] cup of wine the rage this from hand my and you will make drink it all the nations which I [am] sending you to them.

16 Chúng nó sẽ uống, sẽ đi xiêu tó, và điên cuồng, vì cớ gươm dao mà ta sẽ sai đến giữa chúng nó.

And they will drink and they will stagger to and fro and they will act like mad people because of the sword which I [am] about to send between them.

17 Vậy tôi lấy chén khỏi tay Đức Giê-hô-va, và khiến cho mọi nước mà Đức Giê-hô-va sai tôi đến đều uống lấy:

And I took the cup from [the] hand of Yahweh and I made drink all the nations which he sent me Yahweh to them.

18 cho Giê-ru-sa-lem và cho các thành của Giu-đa, cho các vua các quan trưởng nó, làm cho chúng nó hoang vu, gở lạ, bị chê cười, chịu rủa sả như ngày nay;

Jerusalem and [the] cities of Judah and kings its officials its to make them into a ruin into a waste into a hissing and into a curse as the day this.

19 cho Pha-ra-ôn, vua nước Ê-díp-tô, cho những đầy tớ người, cho các quan trưởng và dân sự người;

Pharaoh [the] king of Egypt and servants his and officials his and all people his.

20 cho mọi dân lộn, cho mọi vua xứ Uùt-xơ, cho mọi vua xứ Phi-li-tin: tức vua của Aùch-ca-lôn, của Ga-xa, của Eùc-rôn, và những kẻ còn sống sót ở Aùch-đốt;

And every foreigner and all [the] kings of [the] land of Uz and all [the] kings of [the] land of [the] Philistines and Ashkelon and Gaza and Ekron and [the] remnant of Ashdod.

21 cho Ê-đôm, cho Mô-áp, cho con cái Am-môn;

Edom and Moab and [the] people of Ammon.

22 cho các vua Ty-rơ, cho mọi vua ở Si-đôn, và cho mọi vua ở cù lao ngoài biển;

And all [the] kings of Tyre and all [the] kings of Sidon and [the] kings of the coastland which [is] on [the] other side of the sea.

23 cho Đê-đan, cho Thê-ma, cho Bu-xơ, cho những kẻ cạo tóc chung quanh đầu;

And Dedan and Tema and Buz and all [those who] are cut off of [the] corner.

24 cho mọi vua A-ra-bi, cho các vua của các nước thuộc về các giống lộn ở đồng vắng;

And all [the] kings of Arabia and all [the] kings of the Arab[s] who dwell in the wilderness.

25 cho mọi vua của Xim-ri, cho mọi vua của Ê-lam, cho mọi vua của Mê-đi;

And - all [the] kings of Zimri and all [the] kings of Elam and all [the] kings of Media.

26 cho mọi vua phương bắc, ở gần hoặc ở xa, cho vua nầy cùng với vua kia; sau lại, cho mọi nước thế gian ở trên mặt đất. Vua của Sê-sác cũng sẽ uống chén sau các vua kia.

And - all [the] kings of the north near and far each to brother his and all the kingdoms of the earth which [are] on [the] surface of the ground and [the] king of Sheshach he will drink after them.

27 Ngươi khá bảo họ rằng: Đức Giê-hô-va vạn quân, Đức Chúa Trời của Y-sơ-ra-ên, phán như vầy: Hãy uống đi hãy say, mửa, ngã xuống, đừng dậy nữa, vì cớ gươm dao mà ta sẽ sai đến giữa các ngươi!

And you will say to them. Thus he says Yahweh of hosts [the] God of Israel drink and become drunk and vomit and fall down and not you will rise because of the sword which I [am] about to send between you.

28 Nếu họ không khứng lấy chén ở tay ngươi đặng uống, thì ngươi khá bảo rằng: Đức Giê-hô-va vạn quân phán như vầy: Chắc các ngươi phải uống!

And it will be that they will refuse to take the cup from hand your to drink and you will say to them thus he says Yahweh of hosts certainly you will drink.

29 Vả, nầy, ấy là thành kia là thành được xưng bằng danh ta, mà ta bắt đầu xuống tai vạ; còn các ngươi, há khỏi hình phạt được cả sao? Không! các ngươi sẽ không khỏi hình phạt đâu; vì ta sẽ sai gươm dao đến trên mọi dân cư trên đất, Đức Giê-hô-va vạn quân phán vậy.

For here! on the city which it is called name my on it I [am] beginning to do harm and you certainly will you be exempt from punishment? not you will be exempt from punishment for a sword I [am] calling on all [the] inhabitants of the earth [the] utterance of Yahweh of hosts.

30 Cho nên ngươi khá lấy mọi lời nầy nói tiên tri nghịch cùng họ, và bảo rằng: Đức Giê-hô-va quát tháo từ nơi cao; phát tiếng từ chỗ ở thánh Ngài; quát tháo to nghịch cùng chuồng chiên; trổi tiếng kêu như những kẻ đạp trái nho, nghịch cùng hết thảy dân cư trên đất.

And you you will prophesy to them all the words these and you will say to them Yahweh from a high place he will roar and from [the] dwelling of holiness his he will give forth voice his certainly he will roar on habitation his a shout like [those who] tread he will sing to all [the] inhabitants of the earth.

31 Tiếng om sòm sẽ vang ra đến cùng đất; vì Đức Giê-hô-va tranh cạnh cùng các nước, phán xét mọi xác thịt, phó những kẻ dữ cho gươm dao, Đức Giê-hô-va phán vậy.

It has come an uproar to [the] end of the earth for a controversy [belongs] to Yahweh on the nations [is] about to enter into judgment he to all flesh the wicked [people] he has delivered up them to the sword [the] utterance of Yahweh.

32 Đức Giê-hô-va vạn quân phán như vầy: Nầy, tai vạ sẽ từ một dân nầy qua một dân khác; một trận bão lớn dấy lên từ các nơi đầu cùng đất.

Thus he says Yahweh of hosts there! calamity [is] about to go forth from nation to nation and a storm great it will be roused from [the] remotest parts of [the] earth.

33 Thây của những kẻ mà Đức Giê-hô-va đã giết trong ngày đó, sẽ đầy trên đất từ đầu nầy đến đầu kia; chẳng ai khóc, chẳng thâu liệm, chẳng chôn, sẽ làm phân trên mặt đất!

And they will be [those] slain of Yahweh on the day that from [the] end of the earth and to [the] end of the earth not they will be mourned and not they will be gathered and not they will be buried dung on [the] surface of the ground they will become.

34 Hỡi những kẻ chăn, hãy than khóc, cất tiếng than van! Hỡi những kẻ dẫn bầy chiên, hãy lăn trong tro bụi! Vì ngày các ngươi bị giết, kỳ các ngươi bị tan lạc đã đến hạn; các ngươi sẽ ngã xuống như bình quí giá.

Wail O shepherds and cry out and roll in ashes O noble [ones] of the flock for they have been completed days your to slaughter and dispersions your and you will fall like a vessel of desire.

35 Kẻ chăn không bởi đâu trốn tránh, kẻ dẫn bầy chiên không bởi đâu thoát ra.

And it will be lost a place of escape from the shepherds and escape from [the] noble [ones] of the flock.

36 Kẻ chăn phát tiếng kêu, kẻ dẫn bầy chiên than khóc; vì Đức Giê-hô-va phá hoang đồng cỏ họ,

[the] sound of [the] cry of distress of The shepherds and [the] wailing of [the] noble [ones] of the flock for [is] destroying Yahweh pasture their.

37 và những chuồng chiên yên ổn đã bị bắt phải nín lặng bởi sự nóng giận của Đức Giê-hô-va.

And they will be devastated [the] pastures of peace because of [the] burning of [the] anger of Yahweh.

38 Ngài như sư tử đã ra khỏi chỗ kín mình. Đất chúng nó đã trở nên gở lạ bởi sức mạnh rất hung đè nén, và cơn giận rất mãnh liệt.

He has left like young lion lair his for it has become land their a waste because of [the] anger of the oppressor and because of [the] burning of anger his.
