I-sai-a 59
1 Nầy, tay Đức Giê-hô-va chẳng trở nên ngắn mà không cứu được; tai Ngài cũng chẳng nặng nề mà không nghe được đâu.
Here! not it is [too] short [the] hand of Yahweh for saving and not it is [too] heavy ear his for hearing.
2 Nhưng ấy là sự gian ác các ngươi làm xa cách mình với Đức Chúa Trời; và tội lỗi các ngươi đã che khuất mặt Ngài khỏi các ngươi, đến nỗi Ngài không nghe các ngươi nữa.
For except iniquities your they have been separating between you and between God your and sins your they have hidden face from you from hearing.
3 Vì tay các ngươi đã ô uế bởi máu, ngón tay các ngươi đã ô uế bởi tội ác; môi các ngươi nói dối, lưỡi các ngươi lằm bằm sự xấu xa.
For hands your they are defiled with blood and fingers your with iniquity lips your they have spoken falsehood tongue your injustice it mutters.
4 Trong các ngươi chẳng có ai lấy lẽ công bình mà kêu rêu; chẳng có ai lấy điều chân thật mà đối nại. Hết thảy đều cậy sự hư không, nói lời dối trá, cưu mang điều ác và đẻ ra tội trọng.
There not [is one who] calls in righteousness and there not [is one who] enters into judgment in truth [they are] trusting on emptiness and they speak worthlessness they conceive mischief and they bring forth wickedness.
5 Họ ấp trứng hổ mang và dệt màng nhện; ai ăn những trứng đó sẽ chết và nếu một cái trứng giập ra, sẽ nở thành rắn lục.
Eggs of a viper they have hatched and webs of a spider they weave the [one who] eats any of eggs their he will die and the pressed [egg] it is hatched a snake.
6 Những màng họ không dùng làm áo được, không thể mặc được hàng họ đã dệt ra; công việc họ là công việc đáng tội, tay họ làm những việc hung tàn.
Webs their not they will become clothing and not people will cover themselves with products their products their [are] products of wickedness and deed[s] of violence [is] in hands their.
7 Chân họ chạy đến điều ác, nôn nả làm đổ máu vô tội; tư tưởng họ là tư tưởng gian tà, sự phá hại diệt vong là ở trên đường lối họ.
Feet their to evil they run and they may hasten to shed blood innocent thoughts their [are] thoughts of wickedness devastation and destruction [are] on highways their.
8 Họ không biết đường bình an, trong đường họ đi không có sự công nghĩa. Họ tự làm những lối quanh queo: ai đi trong đó thì chẳng biết sự bình an!
A way of peace not they know and there not [is] justice on tracks their paths their they have made crooked themselves any [one who] treads on it not he knows peace.
9 Vậy nên sự công bình đã cách xa chúng ta, sự nhân nghĩa cũng không theo kịp chúng ta. Chúng ta trông mong sự sáng, mà sự tối tăm đây nầy, trông mong sự sáng láng, mà đi trong u ám.
There-fore it is far justice from us and not it reaches us righteousness we wait eagerly for the light and there! darkness for gleams of light in gloom we walk.
10 Chúng ta đi dọc theo tường như người mù; rờ rẫm như người không có mắt; đúng trưa mà vấp chân như chạng vạng; giữa những kẻ mạnh mẽ mà mình như người chết.
We grope for like blind [people] a wall and like there not [are] eyes we grope we have stumbled at noon like the twilight among the fat people like dead [people].
11 Chúng ta cứ rên siếc như con gấu, và rầm rì như chim bò câu; trông sự công bình, mà nó không đến, đợi sự cứu rỗi, mà nó cách xa!
We growl like bears all of us and like doves certainly we moan we wait eagerly for justice and there not for deliverance it is far from us.
12 Phải, sự phạm phép chúng tôi đã thêm nhiều trước mặt Ngài, tội lỗi chúng tôi làm chứng nghịch cùng chúng tôi. Vì sự phạm phép chúng tôi ở cùng chúng tôi, và chúng tôi biết sự gian ác mình.
For they are many transgressions our before you and sins our it has testified against us that transgressions our [are] with us and iniquities our we know them.
13 Chúng tôi đã bạn nghịch, chối Đức Giê-hô-va, và trở lòng chẳng theo Đức Chúa Trời mình. Chúng tôi nói sự bạo ngược và phản loạn, cưu mang những lời giả dối trong lòng và nói ra!
We have transgressed and we have denied Yahweh and we have turned back from after God our we have spoken oppression and rebellion we have conceived and we have uttered from [the] heart words of falsehood.
14 Cho nên sự công bình trở lui lại, sự nhân nghĩa đứng xa; vì lẽ thật vấp ngã giữa đường phố, và sự ngay thẳng chẳng được vào.
And it has been driven back backwards justice and righteousness from a distance it stands for it has stumbled in the open place truth and honesty not it is able to enter.
15 Lẽ thật đã không còn, ai lánh điều dữ thì phải cướp bắt. Đức Giê-hô-va thấy không có sự công bình thì chẳng đẹp lòng,
And it was truth lacking and [one who] turned aside from evil [was] plundered and he saw Yahweh and it was displeasing in view his that there not [was] justice.
16 thấy không có người, chẳng ai cầu thay, thì lấy làm lạ lùng. Ngài bèn dùng chính cánh tay mình đem sự cứu rỗi đến; lấy sự công bình mình mà nâng đỡ.
And he saw that there not [was] anyone and he was appalled that there not [was one who] interposed and it gave victory to him own arm his and own righteousness his it it sustained him.
17 Ngài mặc sự công bình làm giáp, đội sự cứu rỗi trên đầu làm mão trụ; lấy sự báo thù làm áo mà bận, lấy sự sốt sắng làm áo tơi mà choàng mình.
And he put on righteousness like body armor and a helmet of salvation on head his and he put on garments of vengeance clothing and he wrapped himself like robe zeal.
18 Ngài báo trả cho người ta tùy việc họ làm: sự thạnh nộ cho kẻ đối địch Ngài, sự báo oán cho kẻ thù nghịch; Ngài sẽ báo trả các cù lao.
As on deeds as on he will repay rage to opponents his recompense to enemies his to the islands recompense he will repay.
19 Người ta sẽ kính sợ danh Đức Giê-hô-va từ phương tây, và sự vinh hiển Ngài từ phương mặt trời mọc lên; vì Ngài sẽ đến như sông tràn dẫy bởi hơi Đức Giê-hô-va thổi giục.
And they may fear from [the] setting place [the] name of Yahweh and from [the] rising of [the] sun glory his for he will come like river narrow [which] [the] wind of Yahweh it will drive it.
20 Đấng Cứu chuộc sẽ đến Si-ôn, đến cùng những kẻ thuộc về Gia-cốp, là kẻ bỏ tội lỗi, Đức Giê-hô-va phán vậy.
And he will come to Zion a redeemer and to [those who] repent of transgression in Jacob [the] utterance of Yahweh.
21 Đức Giê-hô-va phán: Về phần ta, nầy là giao ước ta đã lập với họ. Thần ta ở trên ngươi, cả đến những lời ta đã đặt nơi miệng ngươi, sẽ chẳng lìa khỏi miệng ngươi, miệng dòng dõi ngươi, và miệng dòng dõi của dòng dõi ngươi, từ bây giờ cho đến đời đời! Đức Giê-hô-va phán vậy.
And I this [is] covenant my with them he says Yahweh spirit my which [is] on you and words my which I have put in mouth your not they will depart from mouth your and from [the] mouth of offspring your and from [the] mouth of [the] offspring of offspring your he says Yahweh from now and until perpetuity.
