1 Hỡi Ðức Giê-hô-va, Ngài đã làm ơn cho xứ Ngài, Ðem những phu tù của Gia-cốp trở về.
For the chief musician. A psalm of the sons of Korah. Yahweh, you have showed favor to your land; you have restored the well-being of Jacob.
2 Chúa đã tha gian ác cho dân sự Chúa, Và khỏa lấp mọi tội lỗi của họ.
You have forgiven the sin of your people; you have covered all their sin. (Selah)
3 Chúa đã thâu lại sự giận dữ Chúa, Nguôi sự nóng nảy về thạnh nộ Chúa.
You have withdrawn all your wrath; you have turned back from your hot anger.
4 Hỡi Ðức Chúa Trời về sự cứu rỗi chúng tôi, xin hãy đem chúng ta trở lại, Và dứt sự tức giận về chúng tôi.
Restore us, God of our salvation, and let go of your displeasure with us.
5 Chúa sẽ giận chúng tôi mãi mãi ư? Cơn thạnh nộ Chúa há sẽ còn đời đời sao?
Will you be angry with us forever? Will you remain angry throughout future generations?
6 Chúa há chẳng khứng làm cho chúng tôi sống lại, Hầu cho dân Chúa vui vẻ nơi Chúa sao?
Will you not revive us again? Then your people will rejoice in you.
7 Hỡi Ðức Giê-hô-va, xin cho chúng tôi thấy sự nhơn từ Ngài, Và ban cho chúng ta sự cứu rỗi của Ngài,
Show us your covenant faithfulness, Yahweh, grant us your salvation.
8 Tôi sẽ nghe điều Giê-hô-va Ðức Chúa Trời phán: Vì Ngài sẽ phán bình an cho dân sự, và cho người thánh của Ngài. Nhưng họ chớ nên trở lại sự ngu dại nữa.
I will listen to what Yahweh God says, for he will make peace with his people, his faithful followers. Yet they must not turn again to foolish ways.
9 Sự cứu rỗi của Ngài thật ở gần những kẻ kính sợ Ngài, hầu cho sự vinh hiển được ở trong xứ chúng ta.
Surely his salvation is near to those who fear him; then glory will remain in our land.
10 Sự thương xót và sự chơn thật đã gặp nhau; Sự công bình và sự bình an đã hôn nhau.
Covenant faithfulness and trustworthiness have met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other.
11 Sự chơn thật nứt mộng từ dưới đất; Sự công bình từ trên trời ngó xuống.
Trustworthiness springs up from the ground, and righteousness looks down from the sky.
12 Phải, Ðức Giê-hô-va sẽ ban vật tốt, Xứ chúng ta sẽ sanh sản hoa lợi nó.
Yes, Yahweh will give his good blessings, and our land will yield its crops.
13 Sự công bình sẽ đi trước mặt Ngài, Làm cho dấu chơn Ngài thành con đường đáng theo.
Righteousness will go before him and make a way for his footsteps.
