II Các Vua 8
1 Ê-li-sê nói với người đờn bà, là mẹ của đứa trai mà người đã khiến sống lại, rằng: Hãy chổi dậy, đi với người nhà ngươi, ở ngụ nơi nào ngươi ở được vì Ðức Giê-hô-va đã định dẫn cơn đói đến; kìa nó sẽ đến trong xứ bảy năm.
and Elisha to speak: speak to(wards) [the] woman which to live [obj] son: child her to/for to say to arise: rise and to go: went (you(f. s.) *Q(K)*) and house: household your and to sojourn in/on/with in which to sojourn for to call: call to LORD to/for famine and also to come (in): come to(wards) [the] land: country/planet seven year
2 Vậy, người đờn bà ấy đứng dậy, vâng theo lời của người Ðức Chúa Trời, cùng người nhà mình đi kiều ngụ bảy năm trong xứ Phi-li-tin.
and to arise: rise [the] woman and to make: do like/as word man [the] God and to go: went he/she/it and house: household her and to sojourn in/on/with land: country/planet Philistine seven year
3 Cuối bảy năm, người đờn bà ấy ở xứ Phi-li-tin trở về, đi đến kêu nài vua về việc nhà và đồng ruộng mình.
and to be from end seven year and to return: return [the] woman from land: country/planet Philistine and to come out: come to/for to cry to(wards) [the] king to(wards) house: home her and to(wards) land: country her
4 Vả, vua đương nói chuyện với Ghê-ha-xi, tôi tớ của người Ðức Chúa Trời, mà rằng: Ngươi hãy thuật cho ta hết các công việc lớn mà Ê-li-sê đã làm xong.
and [the] king to speak: speak to(wards) Gehazi youth man [the] God to/for to say to recount [emph?] please to/for me [obj] all [the] great: large which to make: do Elisha
5 Ghê-ha-xi đang thuật cho vua hay thế nào Ê-li-sê đã khiến một kẻ chết sống lại, kìa có người đàn bà là mẹ của đứa con trai mà Ê-li-sê đã khiến cho sống lại, đến kêu nài vua về việc nhà và đồng ruộng mình. Ghê-ha-xi tâu rằng: Ôi vua chúa tôi! kìa là người đờn bà ấy, và này là con trai nàng mà Ê-li-sê đã làm cho sống lại.

6 Vua bèn hỏi nàng, thì nàng thuật công việc cho người. Ðoạn, vua cắt một quan hoạn theo nàng, mà rằng: Hãy bắt trả lại cho nàng mọi món nào thuộc về nàng, và hết thảy huê lợi của đồng ruộng nàng từ ngày nàng lìa khỏi xứ cho đến ngày nay.
and to ask [the] king to/for woman and to recount to/for him and to give: put to/for her [the] king eunuch one to/for to say to return: rescue [obj] all which to/for her and [obj] all produce [the] land: country from day to leave: forsake [obj] [the] land: country/planet and till now
7 Ê-li-sê đi đến Ða-mách. Bấy giờ, Bên-Ha-đát, vua Sy-ri, đau. Có người nói với vua rằng: Người của Ðức Chúa Trời mới đến đây.
and to come (in): come Elisha Damascus and Ben-hadad Ben-hadad king Syria be weak: ill and to tell to/for him to/for to say to come (in): come man [the] God till here/thus
8 Vua bảo Ha-xa-ên rằng: Hãy lấy đem theo một lễ vật, đi đón người của Ðức Chúa Trời, cậy người cầu vấn Ðức Giê-hô-va rằng: Ta sẽ được lành bịnh này chăng?
and to say [the] king to(wards) Hazael to take: take in/on/with hand: themselves your offering: gift and to go: went to/for to encounter: meet man [the] God and to seek [obj] LORD from [obj] him to/for to say to live from sickness this
9 Vậy, Ha-xa-ên đi đón người của Ðức Chúa Trời, dẫn theo mình bốn mươi lạc đà, chở mọi món tốt nhất có tại Ða-mách, đặng làm của lễ cho người của Ðức Chúa Trời. Người đến ra mắt Ê-li-sê, mà thưa rằng: Con trai ông là Bên-Ha-đát, vua Sy-ri, đã sai tôi đến ông đặng hỏi rằng: Tôi sẽ được lành bịnh này chăng?
and to go: went Hazael to/for to encounter: meet him and to take: take offering: gift in/on/with hand: to his and all goodness Damascus burden forty camel and to come (in): come and to stand: stand to/for face: before his and to say son: child your Ben-hadad Ben-hadad king Syria to send: depart me to(wards) you to/for to say to live from sickness this
10 Ê-li-sê đáp rằng: Hãy đi nói với người rằng: Vua sẽ được lành bịnh. Dầu vậy, Ðức Giê-hô-va đã tỏ cho ta biết người hẳn sẽ chết.
and to say to(wards) him Elisha to go: went to say (to/for him *Q(K)*) to live to live and to see: see me LORD for to die to die
11 Người của Ðức Chúa Trời ngó chăm Ha-xa-ên lâu đến đỗi người phải hổ thẹn, rồi cất tiếng lên khóc.
and to stand: stand [obj] face his and to set: consider till be ashamed and to weep man [the] God
12 Ha-xa-ên hỏi rằng: Cớ sao chúa tôi khóc? Ê-li-sê đáp rằng: Bởi ta biết ngươi sẽ làm thiệt hại cho dân Y-sơ-ra-ên. Ngươi sẽ châm lửa các thành kiên cố của chúng nó, giết các kẻ trai trẻ bằng gươm, chà nát con nhỏ, và mổ bụng đờn bà có nghén của chúng nó.
and to say Hazael why? lord my to weep and to say for to know [obj] which to make: do to/for son: descendant/people Israel distress: evil fortification their to send: burn in/on/with fire and youth their in/on/with sword to kill and infant their to dash in pieces and pregnant their to break up/open
13 Ha-xa-ên tiếp: Nhưng kẻ tôi tớ ông là ai, chẳng qua là một con chó đó thôi; sao làm nổi công sự lớn dường ấy? Ê-li-sê đáp rằng: Ðức Giê-hô-va đã tỏ cho ta biết rằng ngươi sẽ làm vua Sy-ri.
and to say Hazael for what? servant/slave your [the] dog for to make: do [the] word: thing [the] great: large [the] this and to say Elisha to see: see me LORD [obj] you king upon Syria
14 Ha-xa-ên bèn lìa khỏi Ê-li-sê, và trở về cùng chủ mình; chủ hỏi rằng: Ê-li-sê nói với ngươi sao? Ngươi thưa: Ê-li-sê nói với tôi rằng chúa chắc sẽ lành mạnh.
and to go: went from with Elisha and to come (in): come to(wards) lord his and to say to/for him what? to say to/for you Elisha and to say to say to/for me to live to live
15 Ngày mai, Ha-xa-ên lấy cái mền nhúng nước, đắp trện mặt Bên-Ha-đát, thì người chết. Rồi Ha-xa-ên làm vua thế cho người.
and to be from morrow and to take: take [the] cloth and to dip in/on/with water and to spread upon face his and to die and to reign Hazael underneath: instead him
16 Năm thứ năm về đời Giô-ram, con trai A-háp, vua Y-sơ-ra-ên, thì Giô-ram, con trai Giô-sa-phát, vua Giu-đa, lên ngôi làm vua Giu-đa đương khi Giô-sa-phát còn trị vì.
and in/on/with year five to/for Joram son: child Ahab king Israel and Jehoshaphat king Judah to reign Jehoram son: child Jehoshaphat king Judah
17 Lúc lên ngôi, người đã được ba mươi hai tuổi; người cai trị tám năm tại Giê-ru-sa-lem.

18 Người đi theo con đường của các vua Y-sơ-ra-ên, y như nhà A-háp đã làm; vì con gái của A-háp là vợ người. Vậy, người làm điều ác trước mặt Ðức Giê-hô-va.

19 Song Ðức Giê-hô-va nhân vì Ða-vít, tôi tớ của Ngài, không muốn tuyệt diệt Giu-đa, bởi Ngài đã hứa để dành một ngọn đèn cho Ða-vít và cho dòng dõi người mãi mãi.
and not be willing LORD to/for to ruin [obj] Judah because David servant/slave his like/as as which to say to/for him to/for to give: give to/for him lamp to/for son: descendant/people his all [the] day: always
20 Trong đời Giô-ram, dân Ê-đôm phản nghịch cùng Giu-đa, và lập vua lên cho mình.
in/on/with day his to transgress Edom from underneath: owning hand: owner Judah and to reign upon them king
21 Bấy giờ, Giô-ram qua Xai-rơ, đem theo hết thảy xe binh mình. Người chổi dậy ban đêm, hãm đánh quân Ê-đôm, và các quan cai xe lính họ vẫn vây chung quanh người. Quân lính người thoát khỏi về trại mình.

22 Ấy vậy, dân Ê-đôm phản nghịch, chẳng suy phục dân Giu-đa cho đến ngày nay. Ðồng một lúc ấy, Líp-na cũng phản nghịch.
and to transgress Edom from underneath: owning hand: owner Judah till [the] day: today [the] this then to transgress Libnah in/on/with time [the] he/she/it
23 Các truyện khác của Giô-ram, mọi việc người làm, điều đã chép trong sách sử ký về các vua Giu-đa.
and remainder word: deed Joram and all which to make: do not they(masc.) to write upon scroll: book Chronicles [the] day to/for king Judah
24 Giô-ram an giấc cùng tổ phụ mình, được chôn với họ tại trong thành Ða-vít. A-cha-xia, con trai người, kế vị người.
and to lie down: be dead Joram with father his and to bury with father his in/on/with city David and to reign Ahaziah son: child his underneath: instead him
25 Năm thứ mười hai, đời Giô-ram, con trai A-háp, vua Y-sơ-ra-ên, thì A-cha-xia, con trai Giô-ram, vua Giu-đa, lên ngôi trị vì.
in/on/with year two ten year to/for Joram son: child Ahab king Israel to reign Ahaziah son: child Jehoram king Judah
26 A-cha-xia được hai mươi hai tuổi khi người lên làm vua, và cai trị một năm tại Giê-ru-sa-lem. Mẹ người tên là A-tha-li, cháu gái của Ôm-ri, vua Y-sơ-ra-ên.

27 Người đi theo con đường của nhà A-háp, làm điều ác trước mặt Ðức Giê-hô-va, y như nhà ấy đã làm. Vì người là rể của nhà A-háp.
and to go: walk in/on/with way: conduct house: household Ahab and to make: do [the] bad: evil in/on/with eye: seeing LORD like/as house: household Ahab for son-in-law house: household Ahab he/she/it
28 Người đi với Giô-ram, con trai A-háp, đến Ra-mốt tại Ga-la-át đặng giao chiến cùng Ha-xa-ên, vua Sy-ri. Nhưng quân Sy-ri làm cho vua Giô-ram bị thương.
and to go: went with Joram son: child Ahab to/for battle with Hazael king Syria in/on/with Ramoth (Ramoth)-gilead and to smite Syrian [obj] Joram
29 Người bèn trở về Gít-rê-ên đặng chữa lành những vít thương người bị bởi quân Sy-ri tại Ra-mốt, khi đánh giặc cùng Ha-xa-ên, vua Sy-ri. A-cha-xia, con trai Giô-ram, vua Giu-đa, đi xuống Gít-rê-ên, đặng thăm Giô-ram, con trai A-háp, vẫn đau liệt nằm tại đó.
and to return: return Joram [the] king to/for to heal in/on/with Jezreel from [the] wound which to smite him Syrian in/on/with Ramah in/on/with to fight he with Hazael king Syria and Ahaziah son: child Jehoram king Judah to go down to/for to see: see [obj] Joram son: child Ahab in/on/with Jezreel for be weak: ill he/she/it
