Thánh Thi 49
1 (Thơ của con cháu Cô-ra, soạn cho nhạc trưởng) Hãy nghe đây, tất cả các dân tộc! Hỡi những ai sống trên đất hãy chú ý!
To the choirmaster - of [the] sons of Korah a psalm. Hear this O all the peoples give ear O all [the] inhabitants of [the] world.
2 Người sang hay hèn, Người giàu hay nghèo—hãy lắng nghe!
Both [the] children of humankind as well as [the] children of man alike [the] rich and [the] needy.
3 Miệng tôi sẽ nói lời khôn ngoan, từ tâm hồn tôi sẽ ban tri thức.
Mouth my it will speak wisdom and [the] meditation of heart my [will be] understanding.
4 Tôi sẽ lắng tai nghe nhiều châm ngôn, và giải câu đố bí hiểm qua tiếng đàn hạc.
I will incline to a proverb ear my I will open with a harp riddle my.
5 Tại sao ta còn sợ ngày tai nạn khi kẻ thù lừa đảo vây quanh?
Why? will I fear in days of trouble [the] iniquity of heels my it surrounds me.
6 Họ là người đặt lòng tin nơi của cải mình và khoe khoang về sự giàu có dư tràn.
Those relying on wealth their and in [the] greatness of rich[es] their they boast.
7 Không ai chuộc được sinh mạng của người khác, hay trả tiền chuộc mạng người cho Đức Chúa Trời.
A brother not certainly he will ransom anyone not he will give to God ransom his.
8 Tiền chuộc mạng quá đắt, biết giá nào trả đủ
So it may be costly [the] ransom of life their and he will cease for ever.
9 để người ấy được sống mãi mãi, và không thấy cái chết.
So he may live still to perpetuity not he will see the pit.
10 Con người sẽ nhận thấy người khôn chết, người ngu dại và khờ khạo cũng chết như nhau, để tài sản lại cho người khác.
For anyone will see - wise [people] they die alike a fool and a stupid [person] they perish and they leave to other [people] wealth their.
11 Mồ mả sẽ là nhà ở của họ mãi mãi, nơi cư trú cho nhiều thế hệ. Dù đã lấy tên mình đặt cho tài sản ruộng đất,
Inner being their houses their - for ever dwelling places their to a generation and a generation they called with names their on lands.
12 nhưng con người, dù vinh hoa cũng chẳng lâu dài. Họ sẽ đi mất chẳng khác gì loài dã thú.
And humankind in honor not he remains he is like like the animals [which] they are destroyed.
13 Đó là số phận của những người tự phụ, và những ai theo họ, vì chấp nhận lý thuyết của họ.
This [is] way their stupidity [belongs] to them and after them - in mouth their they take delight (Selah)
14 Họ như đàn chiên bị định xuống âm phủ, sự chết sẽ chăn giữ họ. Buổi sáng, người công chính sẽ quản trị họ. Thân xác họ sẽ rữa nát trong nấm mồ, xa khỏi những cung đền lộng lẫy. (Sheol h7585)
Like sheep - for Sheol they have been appointed death it will shepherd them and they ruled over them upright [people] - to the morning (and form their *Q(K)*) [is] for [the] consuming of Sheol from lofty abode of him. (Sheol h7585)
Surely God he will redeem life my from [the] hand of Sheol for he will take me (Selah) (Sheol h7585)
16 Đừng kinh sợ khi một người trở nên giàu có khi vinh hoa phú quý hắn cứ gia tăng
May not you fear if he will become rich anyone if it will increase [the] honor of house his.
17 Vì khi người ấy xuôi tay nhắm mắt, chẳng đem theo được gì. Vinh hoa cũng chẳng theo người xuống mồ;
For not in death his he will take anything not it will go down after him honor his.
18 Dù khi còn sống tự coi mình là hạnh phúc, vì hưng thịnh, nên được đời ca tụng.
For self his in life his he blessed and people praise you if you will do well to yourself.
19 Nhưng người sẽ về với các thế hệ đi trước và mãi mãi không thấy được ánh sáng.
It will go to [the] generation of ancestors his until perpetuity not they will see light.
20 Người được vinh hoa, lại thiếu hiểu biết; người cũng sẽ chết như loài cầm thú.
Humankind with honor and not he understands he is like like the animals [which] they are destroyed.
