Ma-thi-ơ 7
1 “Đừng lên án ai, các con sẽ khỏi bị lên án.
Not do judge that not you may be judged;
2 Vì các con đối với người ta cách nào, họ sẽ đối với các con cách ấy. Các con lường cho người ta mức nào, họ sẽ theo mức ấy lường lại cho các con.
With whatever for verdict you judge, you will be judged; and with whatever measure you measure, (it will be measured *N(k)O*) to you.
3 Sao các con nhìn thấy cái dằm trong mắt người khác mà không biết có cả khúc gỗ trong mắt mình?
Why now do you look at the splinter that [is] in the eye of the brother of you, and in your [own] eye a beam not notice?
4 Sao các con dám nói: ‘Này anh, để tôi lấy cái dằm trong mắt cho anh’ khi chính các con không thấy khúc gỗ trong mắt mình?
Or how will you say to the brother of you; do permit that I may cast out the splinter (from *N(k)O*) the eye of you; and behold the beam [is] in the eye of you?
5 Hạng đạo đức giả! Trước hết phải lấy cái dằm ra khỏi mắt mình, mới có thể thấy rõ và giúp đỡ người khác.
Hypocrite! do cast out first from the eye of you the beam, and then you will see clearly to cast out the splinter from the eye of the brother of you.
6 Đừng đưa vật thánh cho người trụy lạc, đừng trao châu ngọc cho heo vì họ sẽ chà đạp rồi quay lại tấn công các con.”
Not shall give that which [is] holy to the dogs nor shall cast the pearls of you before the pigs otherwise otherwise (they will trample upon *N(k)O*) them with the feet of them, and having turned they may tear to pieces you.
7 “Hãy xin, sẽ được. Hãy tìm, sẽ gặp. Hãy gõ cửa, cửa sẽ mở ra.
do ask and it will be given to you; do seek and you will find; do knock and it will be opened to you.
8 Vì bất kỳ ai xin, sẽ được, ai tìm, sẽ gặp và cửa sẽ mở cho người nào gõ.
Everyone for who is asking receives, and the [one] seeking finds, and to the [one] knocking (it will be opened. *NK(o)*)
9 Có người cha nào khi con mình xin bánh mà cho đá,
Or which is of you a man whom (if *K*) (he will ask for *N(K)O*) the son of him bread, surely not a stone will he give to him?
10 hay xin cá, lại cho rắn chăng?
Or also (if *K*) a fish (he will ask for, *N(K)O*) surely not a serpent will he give to him?
11 Các con vốn là người xấu xa còn biết cho con mình vật tốt, huống chi Cha các con trên trời chẳng ban vật tốt cho người cầu xin Ngài sao?”
If therefore you yourselves evil being you know gifts good to give to the children of you, how much more the Father of you who [is] in the heavens will give good things to those asking Him?
12 “Hãy làm cho người khác điều các con muốn người ta làm cho mình. Câu này đúc kết tất cả sự dạy của luật pháp và các sách tiên tri.”
All things therefore as much as (maybe *N(k)O*) you shall desire that they shall enact for you the men, so also you yourselves do enact for them; This for is the law and the prophets.
13 “Vào Nước Đức Chúa Trời chỉ bằng cửa hẹp, vì cửa rộng và đường thênh thang dẫn xuống địa ngục; quá nhiều người chọn lối đi dễ dãi đó! (questioned)
do enter through the narrow gate, For wide [is] the gate and broad the way which is leading to destruction, and many are those entering through it.
14 Còn cửa hẹp và đường chật dẫn vào nguồn sống, lại có ít người tìm thấy.”
(Which *N(K)O*) small [is] the gate and compressed the way which is leading to life, and few are those finding it.
15 “Phải đề phòng các tiên tri giả đội lốt chiên hiền lành trà trộn vào hàng ngũ các con, kỳ thực chỉ là muông sói hay cắn xé.
do beware (now *ko*) of the false prophets who come to you in clothing of sheep, inwardly however they are wolves ravenous.
16 Cứ nhìn vào hành động mà nhận ra chúng nó, chẳng khác nào xem quả biết cây. Bụi gai độc chẳng bao giờ sinh quả nho; gai xương rồng không hề sinh quả vả.
By the fruits of them you will know them. surely not ever do they gather from thorns (grapes, *N(k)O*) or from thistles figs?
17 Vì cây lành sinh quả lành; cây độc sinh quả độc.
thus every tree good fruits good produces, but the bad tree fruits bad produces.
18 Loại cây lành trong vườn chẳng bao giờ sinh quả độc; còn loại cây độc cũng chẳng sinh quả lành.
Not is able a tree good fruits bad (to produce *NK(o)*) nor [is able] a tree bad fruits good to produce.
19 Cây nào không sinh quả lành đều bị chủ đốn bỏ.
Every tree not producing fruit good is cut down and into fire is thrown.
20 Vậy, các con có thể nhận ra bọn giáo sư giả nhờ xem hành động của chúng.”
Then surely by the fruits of them you will know them.
21 “Không phải người nào gọi Ta: ‘Chúa! Chúa!’ cũng được vào Nước Trời, chỉ những người vâng theo ý Cha Ta trên trời mới được vào đó.
Not everyone who is saying to Me; Lord Lord, will enter into the kingdom of the heavens, but the [one] doing the will of the Father of Mine who [is] in (the *no*) heavens.
22 Trong ngày phán xét sẽ có nhiều người phân trần: ‘Thưa Chúa! Chúa! Chúng tôi đã giới thiệu Chúa cho nhiều người, đã dùng Danh Chúa để đuổi quỷ và làm nhiều phép lạ.’
Many will say to Me in that [very] day; Lord Lord, surely in Your name we did prophesy and in Your name demons cast out and in your name miracles many perform?
23 Nhưng Ta sẽ đáp: ‘Ta không hề biết các ngươi. Lui ngay cho khuất mắt Ta, vì các ngươi chỉ làm việc gian ác.’”
And then I will declare to them that Never knew I you; do depart from Me you who [are] working lawlessness.
24 “Ai nghe lời Ta và thực hành mới là người khôn ngoan, giống như người xây nhà trên vầng đá vững chắc.
Everyone therefore whoever hears My words these and does them, (he will be like *N(K)O*) a man wise who built his house upon the rock.
25 Đến mùa mưa nước lũ, gió bão thổi mạnh tàn phá, nhưng ngôi nhà không sụp đổ vì đã xây trên vầng đá.
And came down the rain and came the torrents and blew the winds, and (beat *N(k)O*) that house upon, and not it fell; it had been founded for upon the rock.
26 Còn ai nghe lời Ta mà không thực hành là người khờ dại, chẳng khác gì xây nhà trên bãi cát.
And everyone who is hearing My words these and not doing them he will be likened to a man foolish who built of him the house upon the sand.
27 Đến mùa mưa nước lũ, gió bão thổi tới tàn phá, ngôi nhà sụp đổ, hư hại nặng nề.”
And came down the rain and came the torrents and blew the winds, and beat that house upon, and it fell; and was the fall of it great.
28 Dân chúng nghe xong đều ngạc nhiên về lời dạy của Chúa.
And it came to pass when (finished *N(k)O*) Jesus words these, were astonished the crowds at the teaching of Him;
29 Vì Ngài giảng dạy đầy uy quyền, khác hẳn các thầy dạy luật của họ.
He was for teaching them as authority having and not as the scribes (of them. *NO*)
