Ê-xê-ki-ên 23
1 Chúa Hằng Hữu truyền sứ điệp này cho tôi:
And the word of the Lord was maad to me,
2 “Hỡi con người, có hai người nữ là hai chị em ruột.
and he seide, Thou, sone of man, twei wymmen weren the douytris of o modir, and diden fornycacioun in Egipt;
3 Chúng làm gái mãi dâm tại Ai Cập. Khi còn trẻ, chúng cho phép những đàn ông vuốt ve ngực mình.
in her yonge wexynge age thei diden fornicacioun; there the brestis of hem weren maad low, and the tetis of the tyme of mariage of hem weren brokun.
4 Người chị tên là Ô-hô-la, và người em tên là Ô-hô-li-ba. Ta cưới chúng, và chúng sinh cho Ta con trai và con gái. Ta đang nói về Sa-ma-ri và Giê-ru-sa-lem, Ô-hô-la là Sa-ma-ri và Ô-hô-li-ba là Giê-ru-sa-lem.
Forsothe the names of hem ben, Oolla, the more sistir, and Ooliba the lesse sistir of hir. And Y hadde hem, and thei childiden sones and douytris; certis the names of hem ben Samarie Oolla, and Jerusalem Ooliba.
5 Tuy nhiên, Ô-hô-la bỏ Ta để đi theo các thần khác, nó phải lòng các quan chức A-sy-ri.
Therfor Oolla dide fornicacioun on me, and was wood on hir louyeris, on Assiriens neiyinge,
6 Chúng đều là trai tráng xinh đẹp, làm thủ lĩnh và tướng lãnh, mặc quân phục màu xanh đẹp đẽ, cưỡi ngựa oai phong.
clothid with iacinct, princes, and magistratis, yonge men of coueytise, alle kniytis, and stieris of horsis.
7 Nó bán thân cho những người ưu tú nhất của A-sy-ri, thờ lạy thần tượng của chúng, làm ô uế bản thân.
And sche yaf hir fornicaciouns on hem, on alle the chosun sones of Assiriens; and in alle on whiche sche was wood, sche was defoulid in the vnclennessis of hem.
8 Khi ra khỏi Ai Câp, nó không từ bỏ thói mãi dâm. Nó vẫn dâm dục như khi còn trẻ, người Ai Cập ngủ với nó, vuốt ve ngực nó, và dùng nó như một gái điếm.
Ferthermore and sche lefte not hir fornicaciouns, whiche sche hadde in Egipt; for whi and thei slepten with hir in the yongthe of hir, and thei braken the tetis of the tyme of mariage of hir, and thei scheden out her fornicacioun on hir.
9 Vậy, Ta nạp nó cho A-sy-ri, là tình nhân của nó, là những kẻ mà nó khao khát.
Therfor Y yaf hir in to the hondis of hir louyeris, in to the hondis of the sones of Assur, on whos letcherie sche was wood.
10 Chúng lột trần nó, bắt con cái nó làm nô lệ, và rồi giết nó. Sau khi nó nhận hình phạt mình, nó trở thành câu tục ngữ cho mỗi phụ nữ trong xứ.
Thei diskyueriden the schenschipe of hir; thei token awei the sones and the douytris of hir, and killiden hir with swerd; and the wymmen weren maad famouse, that is, sclaundrid, and thei diden domes in hir.
11 Dù Ô-hô-li-ba đã thấy tất cả việc xảy ra cho chị nó là Ô-hô-la, thế mà nó vẫn chạy theo con đường nhơ nhuốc của chị mình. Nó lại còn trụy lạc hơn, buông thả mình trong sự thèm khát và dâm dục hơn nữa.
And whanne hir sistir Ooliba hadde seyn this, sche was wood in letcherie more than that sistre, and yaf vnschamefastli hir fornicacioun on the fornicacioun of hir sistre,
12 Nó phải lòng các quan chức A-sy-ri—là những thủ lĩnh và tướng lãnh trong những bộ đồng phục đẹp đẽ, cưỡi ngựa oai phong—tất cả đều là những trai tráng quyến rũ.
to the sones of Assiriens, to duykis and magistratis comynge to hir, that weren clothid with dyuerse cloth, to knyytis that weren borun on horsis, and to yonge men with noble schap, to alle men.
13 Ta đã thấy con đường nó đi, nó tự làm cho bản thân nó ra ô uế như chị nó.
And Y siy that o weie of both sistris was defoulid,
14 Thật ra, nó còn dâm đãng hơn cả chị, vì phải lòng cả những bức tranh vẽ trên tường—là bức tranh của các quan chức của quân đội Canh-đê, mặc quân phục màu tía.
and sche encreesside hir fornycaciouns. And whanne sche hadde seyn men peyntid in the wal, the ymagis of Caldeis expressid with colouris,
15 Nai nịt gọn gàng, đầu vấn khăn sặc sỡ. Chúng trang phục như các quan viên từ xứ Ba-by-lôn.
and gird on the reynes with kniytis girdlis, and cappis peyntid in the heedis of hem, the foormes of alle duykis, the licnesse of the sones of Babiloyne, and of the lond of Caldeis, in which thei weren borun;
16 Khi nó thấy những hình vẽ này, dục tình nó nổi dậy, nó muốn hiến thân cho chúng nên sai người qua Ba-by-lôn mời mọc chúng đến với nó.
sche was wood on hem bi coueitise of hir iyen, and sche sente messangeris to hem in to Caldee.
17 Vậy, chúng kéo đến và giao hoan với nó, làm nhơ bẩn nó trên giường tình ái. Sau khi đã bị ô uế, nó đã loại bỏ chúng trong kinh tởm.
And whanne the sones of Babiloyne weren comun to hir, to the bed of tetis, thei defouliden hir in her letcheries of virgyns; and sche was defoulid of hem, and the soule of hir was fillid of hem.
18 Cũng vậy, Ta ghê tởm Ô-hô-li-ba và loại bỏ nó như Ta đã ghê tởm chị nó, vì nó lẳng lơ hiến thân cho chúng để thỏa mãn thú tính của chúng.
Also sche made nakid hir fornicaciouns, and diskyuered hir schenschipe; and my soule yede awei fro hir, as my soule hadde go awei fro hir sistir.
19 Thế mà nó vẫn chưa chán, còn tưởng nhớ những ngày còn trẻ hành dâm tại Ai Cập.
For sche multiplied hir fornicaciouns, and hadde mynde on the daies of hir yongthe, in whiche sche dide fornicacioun in the lond of Egipt.
20 Nó si mê những kẻ yêu mình là những kẻ tình dục thể xác mạnh như lừa và dâm như ngựa.
And sche was wood in letcherie on the liggyng bi of hem, whos fleischis ben as the fleischis of assis, and as the membris of horsis ben the membris of hem.
21 Và vì thế, Ô-hô-li-ba, ngươi mơ ước những ngày xưa khi còn là thiếu nữ trong Ai Cập, khi ngươi để cho ngực mình bị vuốt ve.”
And thou visitidist the grete trespas of thi yongthe, whanne thi brestis weren maad low in Egipt, and the tetis of the tyme of thi mariage weren brokun.
22 “Vì thế, hỡi Ô-hô-li-ba, đây là điều Chúa Hằng Hữu Chí Cao phán: Ta sẽ xúi các tình nhân của ngươi chống nghịch ngươi từ mọi phía—đó là những dân tộc mà ngươi đã trở mặt trong kinh tởm.
Therfor, thou Ooliba, the Lord God seith these thingis, Lo! Y schal reise alle thi louyeris ayens thee, of whiche thi soule was fillid, and Y schal gadere hem ayens thee in cumpas;
23 Vì người Ba-by-lôn sẽ đến với quân Canh-đê từ Phê-cốt, Soa, và Cô-a. Và tất cả người A-sy-ri cũng sẽ kéo đến với chúng—là những thủ lĩnh, tướng lãnh, quan viên kỵ mã, và quan tướng cao cấp, tất cả đều trẻ đẹp và đều cưỡi ngựa.
the sones of Babiloyne, and alle Caldeis, noble and miyti men, and princes, alle the sones of Assiriens, and yonge men of noble foorme, duykis, and magistratis, alle princes of princes, and named stieris of horsis.
24 Chúng sẽ kéo đến chống nghịch ngươi từ phương bắc, với chiến xa, quân xa, cùng đội quân hùng hậu sẵn sàng cho cuộc tấn công. Chúng sẽ trấn giữ tại mỗi phía, chung quanh ngươi đầy những chiến binh trang bị khiên và mũ sắt. Ta sẽ bỏ mặc ngươi cho chúng trừng phạt ngươi cách nào tùy thích.
And thei araied with chare and wheel schulen come on thee, the multitude of puplis schulen be armed with haburioun, and scheeld, and basynet, ayens thee on ech side; and Y schal yyue doom bifor hem, and thei schulen deme thee bi her domes.
25 Ta sẽ nổi cơn ghen giận dữ chống nghịch ngươi, và chúng sẽ hành hạ ngươi. Chúng sẽ cắt mũi và tai ngươi, và những kẻ sống sót của ngươi cũng bị lưỡi gươm tàn sát. Con cái các ngươi sẽ bị bắt làm tù nhân, mọi thứ còn lại đều bị thiêu hủy.
And Y schal sette my feruour in thee, which thei schulen vse with thee in woodnesse; thei schulen kitte awei thi nose and thin eeris, and thei schulen sle with swerd tho thingis that weren left; thei schulen take thi sones and thi douytris, and thi laste thing schal be deuourid bi fier.
26 Chúng sẽ tước đoạt những chiếc áo đẹp và nữ trang của ngươi.
And thei schulen make thee nakid of thi clothis, and thei schulen take awei the vessels of thi glorie.
27 Như thế, Ta sẽ chấm dứt thói dâm đãng và nghề mãi dâm ngươi đã học từ xứ Ai Cập. Ngươi sẽ không còn mơ ước Ai Cập và các tà thần Ai Cập nữa.
And Y schal make thi greet trespasse to reste fro thee, and thi fornicacioun fro the lond of Egipt; and thou schalt not reise thin iyen to hem, and thou schalt no more haue mynde on Egipt.
28 Vì đây là điều Chúa Hằng Hữu Chí Cao phán: Chắc chắn Ta sẽ nạp ngươi cho quân thù, tức là những kẻ ngươi đã chán ghét.
For the Lord God seith these thingis, Lo! Y schal yyue thee in to the hondis of hem whiche thou hatist, `in to the hondis of hem of whiche thi soule was fillid,
29 Chúng sẽ đối xử với ngươi với cả mối hận thù thâm độc và bóc lột tất cả của cải áo xống ngươi, để ngươi trần truồng. Nỗi sỉ nhục vì sự mãi dâm của ngươi sẽ bị phơi trần cho mọi người đều thấy.
and thei schulen do with thee in hatrede. And thei schulen take awei alle thi trauels, and thei schulen leeue thee nakid, and ful of schenschipe; and the schenschipe of thi fornicaciouns schal be schewid. Thi greet
30 Ngươi phải gánh chịu tất cả hình phạt ấy vì ngươi đã thông dâm các tà thần của các dân tộc, làm cho thân mình hoen ố với tất cả thần tượng.
trespas and thi fornycaciouns han do these thingis to thee; for thou didist fornicacioun aftir hethene men, among whiche thou were defoulid in the idols of hem.
31 Ngươi đã đi theo vết xe đổ của chị ngươi, nên Ta sẽ buộc ngươi uống chén thịnh nộ mà chị ngươi đã uống.
Thou yedist in the weie of thi sister, and Y schal yyue the cuppe of hir in thin hond.
32 Phải, đây là điều Chúa Hằng Hữu Chí Cao phán: Ngươi sẽ uống chén thịnh nộ của chị ngươi, là một chén lớn và sâu. Đó là chén đầy tràn sự khinh miệt và chế giễu.
The Lord God seith these thingis, Thou schalt drinke the cuppe of thi sistir, the depthe, and the broodnesse; thou that art most able to take, schalt be in to scornyng, and in to mouwyng.
33 Ngươi sẽ bị say khướt và khổ não, vì chén ngươi đầy nỗi đau thương và phiền muộn như chén của chị ngươi là Sa-ma-ri đã uống.
Thou schalt be fillid with drunkenesse and sorewe, with the cuppe of mourenyng and of heuynesse, with the cuppe of thi sister Samarie.
34 Ngươi sẽ uống chén khủng khiếp đến tận đáy chén. Rồi ngươi sẽ bị nghiền nát từng mảnh và đấm ngực ngươi trong đau đớn. Ta, Chúa Hằng Hữu Chí Cao, đã phán vậy!
And thou schalt drynke it, and thou schalt drinke of til to the drastis, and thou schalt deuoure the relifs therof, and thou schalt to-reende thi brestis, for Y the Lord spak, seith the Lord God.
35 Vì ngươi đã quên Ta và xoay lưng lại với Ta, đây là điều Chúa Hằng Hữu Chí Cao phán: Ngươi phải gặt lấy hậu quả của thói bỉ ổi và dâm dục của ngươi.”
Therfor the Lord God seith these thingis, For thou hast foryete me, and hast cast forth me bihynde thi bodi, bere thou also thi greet trespas and thi fornicaciouns.
36 Chúa Hằng Hữu phán với tôi: “Hỡi con người, con phải tố cáo Ô-hô-la và Ô-hô-li-ba về những tội ác ghê tởm của chúng.
And the Lord God seide to me, and spak, Sone of man, whether thou demest Ooliba and Oolla, and tellist to hem the grete trespassis of hem?
37 Chúng đã phạm tội gian dâm và giết người—gian dâm bằng cách thờ lạy thần tượng và giết người bằng cách dâng sinh tế là chính con cái mà chúng đã sinh cho Ta.
For thei diden auowtrie, and blood was in the hondis of hem, and thei diden fornicacioun with her idols; ferthermore and thei offriden to tho the sones whiche thei gendriden to me, for to be deuourid.
38 Cùng trong ngày đó, chúng làm nhơ bẩn Đền Thờ và xúc phạm các ngày Sa-bát mà Ta đã đặt!
But also thei diden this to me, thei defouleden my seyntuarie in that dai, and maden vnhooli my sabatis.
39 Chúng giết các con cái mình trước các thần tượng, rồi cũng trong ngày đó, chúng vào Đền Thờ Ta để thờ phượng! Chúng vào đó và làm ô uế nhà Ta.
And whanne thei sacrifisiden her sones to her idols, and entriden in to my seyntuarie in that dai, that thei schulden defoule it, thei diden also these thingis in the myddis of myn hous.
40 Chị em ngươi lại còn sai sứ giả đến các nước xa xôi để tìm người. Khi chúng đến, ngươi tắm rửa cho mình, tô điểm mí mắt, đeo các nữ trang đẹp nhất để đón chúng.
Thei senten to men comyng fro fer, to whiche thei hadden sent messangeris. Therfor lo! thei camen, to whiche thou waischidist thee, and anoyntidist thin iyen with oynement of wymmen, and thou were ourned with wymmens atier.
41 Ngươi ngồi với chúng trên chiếc giường trải tấm khăn thêu tuyệt đẹp, xông hương và bày dầu của Ta trên chiếc bàn trước mặt.
Thou satist in a ful fair bed, and a boord was ourned bifor thee; thou settidist myn encense and myn oynement on it.
42 Từ phòng ngươi vọng ra tiếng chè chén say sưa của bọn đàn ông. Chúng dâm dật và say túy lúy đã từ hoang mạc kéo đến đây, chúng đeo vòng ngọc vào tay ngươi và đội vương miện xinh đẹp lên đầu ngươi.
And a vois of multitude makynge ful out ioye was ther ynne; and in men that weren brouyt of the multitude of men, and camen fro desert, thei settiden bies in the hondis of hem, and faire corouns on the heedis of hem.
43 Ta đã nói: ‘Nếu chúng thật sự muốn hành dâm với hạng gái điếm kiệt sức già nua như nó, thì cứ mặc chúng!’
And Y seide to hir, that was defoulid in auoutries, Now also this schal do fornycacioun in hir fornicacioun.
44 Và đó là những gì chúng đã làm. Chúng hành dâm với Ô-hô-la và Ô-hô-li-ba, là những gái điếm không biết xấu hổ.
And thei entriden to hir; as to a womman, an hoore, so thei entriden to Oolla and to Ooliba, cursid wymmen.
45 Nhưng người công chính khắp nơi sẽ xử đoán cách công minh hai chị em thành này về những điều nó đã làm—ngoại tình và giết người.
Therfor these men ben iust, these schulen deme thilke wymmen bi the doom of auoutressis, and bi the doom of hem that scheden out blood; for thei ben auoutressis, and blood is in the hondis of hem, and thei diden fornicacioun with her idols.
46 Bây giờ, đây là điều Chúa Hằng Hữu Chí Cao phán: Hãy đưa một đạo quân đông đảo đến đánh chúng và giao nạp chúng để chúng chà đạp, nghiền nát.
For the Lord God seith these thingis, Bringe thou multitudis to hem, and yyue thou hem in to noise, and in to raueyn;
47 Vì quân địch sẽ ném đá và đâm chém chúng. Quân địch sẽ tàn sát con trai con gái chúng và thiêu hủy nhà cửa chúng.
and be thei stoonyd with the stoonys of puplis, and be thei stikid togidere with the swerdis of hem. Thei schulen sle the sones and the douytris of hem, and thei schulen brenne with fier the housis of hem.
48 Như thế, Ta sẽ chấm dứt tội gian dâm và thờ thần tượng trong đất nước này, và cuộc đoán phạt của Ta sẽ là một cảnh cáo cho những ai không theo gương gian ác của chúng.
And Y schal do awei greet trespas fro the lond; and alle wymmen schulen lerne, that thei do not aftir the greet trespas of hem.
49 Các ngươi sẽ bị báo ứng xứng đáng về tất cả tội mãi dâm của ngươi—tội thờ thần tượng. Phải, các ngươi sẽ bị hình phạt đúng mức. Rồi các ngươi sẽ biết rằng Ta là Chúa Hằng Hữu Chí Cao.”
And thei schulen yyue youre grete trespas on you; and ye schulen bere the synnes of youre idols, and ye schulen wite, that Y am the Lord God.
