Ê-xê-ki-ên 10
1 Trong khải tượng tôi thấy có vật gì xuất hiện giống như cái ngai bằng đá ngọc bích phía trên mặt thủy tinh trên đầu các chê-ru-bim.
Then I saw, and, behold, on the vault that was above the head of the cherubim, there appeared over them something like a sapphire stone, something similar in appearance to the likeness of a throne.
2 Chúa Hằng Hữu phán với người mặc áo vải gai: “Hãy vào giữa các bánh xe đang quay tít, bên dưới các chê-ru-bim, lấy than lửa đỏ đầy cả hai tay và đem rải khắp thành.” Người ấy vâng lệnh, thi hành trước mặt tôi.
And he said unto the man clothed in linen, and said, Go in between the wheels, under the cherub, and fill thy hands with coals of fire from between the cherubim, and throw [them] over the city. And he went in before my eyes.
3 Các chê-ru-bim đứng về phía nam Đền Thờ khi người ấy vào, và mây vinh quang phủ đầy sân trong.
Now the cherubim were standing on the right side of the house, when the man went in: and the cloud filled the inner court.
4 Rồi vinh quang Chúa Hằng Hữu tỏa ra từ các chê-ru-bim cho đến cửa Đền Thờ. Đền Thờ được phủ đầy mây vinh quang, và sân trong chiếu sáng rực rỡ với vinh quang của Chúa Hằng Hữu.
Then the glory of the Lord rose upward from the cherub, toward the threshold of the house: and the house was filled with the cloud, and the court was full of the brightness of the Lord's glory.
5 Tiếng cánh các chê-ru-bim như tiếng phán của Đức Chúa Trời Toàn Năng, và vang ra đến tận sân ngoài.
And the sound of the wings of the cherubim was heard as far as the outer court, like the voice of the Almighty God when he speaketh.
6 Chúa Hằng Hữu phán bảo người mặc áo vải gai: “Hãy vào giữa các chê-ru-bim, lấy than lửa đỏ giữa các bánh xe.” Vậy, người ấy đi vào đứng bên cạnh một bánh xe.
And it came to pass, when he commanded the man clothed in linen, saying, Take fire from between the wheels, from between the cherubim, that he went in, and stood beside the wheel.
7 Một trong các chê-ru-bim đưa tay vào lửa đang cháy giữa các chê-ru-bim, lấy than lửa bỏ vào tay người mặc áo vải gai, người này nhận lấy và bước ra ngoài.
And the one cherub stretched forth his hand from between the cherubim unto the fire that was between the cherubim, and lifted it up, and placed it into the hands of the one clothed in linen; who took it, and went out.
8 (Dưới cánh các chê-ru-bim có gì giống tay người.)
And there became visible on the cherubim the form of a man's hand beneath their wings.
9 Tôi nhìn thấy mỗi chê-ru-bim có một bánh xe bên cạnh, các bánh xe lóng lánh như lục ngọc thạch.
And I saw, and, behold, there were four wheels by the cherubim, one wheel by the one cherub, and another wheel by the other cherub: and the appearance of the wheels was like the glitter of a chrysolite stone.
10 Bốn bánh xe có hình dạng và được làm giống nhau; mỗi bánh xe có một bánh xe thứ hai lồng bên trong.
And as for their appearances, the whole four had one likeness, as if a wheel were in the midst of another wheel.
11 Các chê-ru-bim có thể tiến tới bất cứ hướng nào của bốn mặt, không cần xoay lại. Bánh xe trước tiến phía nào, các bánh xe khác tiến theo, không cần xoay trở.
In their going, they went toward their four sides, they turned not round in their going; but to the place whither the head was turned they followed it, they turned not round in their going.
12 Cả chê-ru-bim và bánh xe đều có rất nhiều mắt. Các chê-ru-bim có nhiều mắt phủ khắp thân, bao gồm cả tay, lưng, và cánh.
And their whole body, and their back, and their hands, and their wings, as also the wheels, were full of eyes round about, [even] the wheels that belonged to all four of them.
13 Tôi nghe các bánh xe được gọi là “bánh xe quay tít.”
As for the wheels, they were called Galgal before my ears.
14 Mỗi chê-ru-bim có bốn mặt: Thứ nhất là mặt thiên sứ, thứ hai là mặt người, thứ ba là mặt sư tử, và thứ tư là mặt chim ưng.
And every one had four faces: the one face was the face of a cherub, and the second face was the face of a man, and the third face was the face of a lion, and the fourth the face of an eagle.
15 Các chê-ru-bim bay lên khoảng không. Đây là những sinh vật tôi đã thấy bên bờ Sông Kê-ba.
And the cherubim lifted themselves up. This is the living creature that I saw by the river Kebar.
16 Khi chê-ru-bim di chuyển, bánh xe cũng di chuyển theo. Khi chê-ru-bim xòe cánh để bay, bánh xe cũng ở bên cạnh.
And when the cherubim went forward, the wheels went close by them; and when the cherubim lifted up their wings to mount up from the earth, the wheels also did not turn away from beside them.
17 Khi chê-ru-bim dừng lại, bánh xe cũng dừng lại. Khi chê-ru-bim bay lên, bánh xe cũng bay lên theo, vì thần linh của các sinh vật ở trong các bánh xe.
When those halted, these halted; and when those lifted themselves up, these lifted themselves up with them; for the spirit of the living creature was in them.
18 Vinh quang Đức Chúa Trời rời khỏi cửa Đền Thờ và bay lượn bên trên các chê-ru-bim.
And the glory of the Lord went forth from off the threshold of the house, and halted over the cherubim.
19 Trước mắt tôi, các chê-ru-bim xòe cánh bay lên cùng với các bánh xe về hướng cổng phía đông của Đền Thờ Chúa Hằng Hữu. Vinh quang Đức Chúa Trời của Ít-ra-ên bay lượn trên chúng.
And the cherubim lifted up their wings, and mounted up from the earth before my eyes as they went forth, and the wheels at the same time with them, and halted at the entrance of the east gate of the house of the Lord: and the glory of the God of Israel was over them above.
20 Đây là các sinh vật tôi đã thấy ở bên dưới Đức Chúa Trời của Ít-ra-ên khi tôi ở bên bờ Sông Kê-ba. Tôi biết các sinh vật là chê-ru-bim,
This is the living creature that I saw under the God of Israel by the river Kebar; and I understood that they were cherubim.
21 vì mỗi sinh vật có bốn mặt và bốn cánh, dưới cánh có tay giống như tay người.
Every one had four faces apiece, and every one had four wings; and the likeness of the hands of a man was under their wings.
22 Mặt của chúng cũng giống hệt mặt các sinh vật tôi đã thấy bên bờ Sông Kê-ba, và chúng đều đi thẳng tới trước.
And the likeness of their faces was the same as the faces which I had seen by the river Kebar, their appearances and themselves: they went every one in the direction of his face.
