Ða-ni-ên 6
1 Vua Đa-ri-út bổ nhiệm 120 tổng trấn cai trị trong toàn đế quốc.
It seemed good before Darius and he appointed over kingdom the satraps the one hundred and twenty who they will be over all kingdom the.
2 Trên các tổng trấn, có ba thượng thư. Tất cả các tổng trấn đều chịu trách nhiệm trước ba vị này, để nhà vua khỏi bị thiệt hại. Đa-ni-ên được cử làm một trong ba vị thượng thư.
And above more than them overseers three whom Daniel [was] one of them whom they will be satraps the these giving to them report the and king the not he will be suffering injury.
3 Đa-ni-ên hơn hẳn hai vị thượng thư kia cũng như các tổng trấn khác. Vua dự định phong Đa-ni-ên nắm quyền lãnh đạo cả nước.
Then Daniel this he was distinguishing himself over overseers the and satraps the as to because that a spirit extraordinary [was] in him and king the [was] planning to appoint him over all kingdom the.
4 Các quần thần và thượng thư cố tìm cách để tố cáo Đa-ni-ên về việc nước, nhưng không tìm thấy một lỗi lầm nào vì Đa-ni-ên liêm khiết và trung tín, không bao giờ phạm lỗi.
Then overseers the and satraps the they were seeking an occasion to find to Daniel from [the] side of kingdom the and any occasion and corruption not [they were] able to find as to because that [was] trustworthy he and any negligence and corruption not it was found concerning him.
5 Cuối cùng họ bảo nhau: “Chúng ta không thể nào tìm ra một lỗi lầm gì để tố cáo Đa-ni-ên, chỉ còn cách dùng luật lệ tôn giáo của nó để hạ nó.”
Then men the these [were] saying that not we will find to Daniel this any occasion except we have found concerning him in [the] law of God his.
6 Các quần thần và thượng thư vào chầu vua và tâu: “Hoàng đế vạn tuế!
Then overseers the and satraps the these they came as a crowd to king the and as follows [they were] saying to him O Darius king the for ever live!
7 Tất cả quần thần, từ quan viên, thượng thư, quân sư, và tổng trấn đều kính cẩn thỉnh cầu vua ra sắc luật tuyệt đối cấm tất cả thần dân không ai được cầu nguyện với thần nào hoặc người nào khác ngoài vua. Cấm chỉ sẽ có giá trị đúng ba mươi ngày. Ai phạm luật sẽ bị ném vào hang sư tử.
They took counsel together all - [the] overseers of kingdom the prefects the and satraps the counselors the and governors the to establish [the] statute of king the and to make stringent a prohibition that every [one] who he will ask a petition from any god and person until days thirty except from you king O he will be thrown to [the] den of lions the.
8 Muôn tâu, xin vua ký tên vào sắc luật đó, và công bố cho toàn dân, để luật được áp dụng nghiêm minh theo pháp luật của người Mê-đi và người Ba Tư, không bao giờ thay đổi, châm chước.”
Now king O you will establish prohibition the so you may sign writing the which not to change according to [the] law of [the] Medes and [the] Persians which not it will pass away.
9 Vậy, Vua Đa-ri-út ký sắc luật đó.
As to because this king the Darius he signed writing the and prohibition the.
10 Đa-ni-ên nghe tin vua đã ký sắc luật ấy, bèn lui về nhà. Trên phòng áp mái nhà, mở các cửa sổ hướng về Giê-ru-sa-lem như thường lệ. Đa-ni-ên tiếp tục quỳ gối cầu nguyện và ngợi tôn Đức Chúa Trời mình mỗi ngày ba lần, như vẫn làm trước nay.
And Daniel as that he knew that it was signed writing the he went in to house his and windows [were] opened to it in upper room his facing Jerusalem and times three in day the he - [was] kneeling on knees his and [was] praying and [was] praising before God his as to because that he was doing from [the] former time of this.
11 Các quan viên tập họp, rình rập quanh nhà Đa-ni-ên, bắt gặp Đa-ni-ên đang cầu nguyện và khẩn nài trước mặt Đức Chúa Trời.
Then men the these they came as a crowd and they found Daniel asking and imploring favor before God his.
12 Họ tức tốc vào triều, nhắc vua về lệnh cấm: “Muôn tâu, có phải vua đã ban hành sắc luật rằng trong ba mươi ngày nếu ai cầu nguyện với thần nào hay người nào khác ngoài vua thì sẽ bị ném vào hang sư tử không?” Vua đáp: “Đúng, sắc luật ấy đã ban hành nghiêm chỉnh, không thể nào thay đổi, theo đúng nguyên tắc lập pháp của nước ta.”

13 Họ báo với vua: “Đa-ni-ên, một tù binh Giu-đa, đã phạm tội khi quân! Nó cả gan cầu nguyện Đức Chúa Trời của nó mỗi ngày ba lần.”
Then they replied and [were] saying before king the that Daniel who [is] one of [the] sons of exile the of Judah not he has set (to you *Q(k)*) king O discretion and to prohibition the which you signed and times three in day the [he is] asking petition his.
14 Nghe báo như vậy, Đa-ri-út tự trách đã mắc mưu bọn gian thần. Vua hết lòng thương Đa-ni-ên nên quyết định cứu người khỏi chết. Vua lo nghĩ mãi đến giờ hoàng hôn, nhưng vẫn chưa tìm được kế nào để cứu Đa-ni-ên.
Then king the as that word the he heard exceedingly it was displeasing to him and concerning Daniel he set mind to deliver him and until [the] goings in of sun the he was striving to rescue him.
15 Các triều thần họp lại để gây áp lực: “Tâu vua, xin vua biết cho rằng, theo pháp luật nước ta, sắc luật hoặc cấm chỉ một khi đã được vua ban hành thì không thể thu hồi hoặc thay đổi.”
Then men the these they came as a crowd to king the and [were] saying to king the know king O that [the] law of [the] Medes and [the] Persians that any prohibition and statute which king the he will establish not to change.
16 Vua buộc lòng ra lệnh bắt Đa-ni-ên và ném vào hang sư tử. Vua cố trấn an Đa-ni-ên: “Đức Chúa Trời mà ngươi luôn luôn phục vụ sẽ cứu ngươi.”
Then king the he said and they brought Daniel and they threw [him] to den the of lions the [was] replying king the and [was] saying to Daniel God your whom (you *Q(k)*) [are] paying reverence to him in continuance he may he deliver you.
17 Họ lăn một tảng đá lấp cửa hang. Vua đóng ấn của vua và ấn của các đại thần, vậy không ai có thể cứu Đa-ni-ên được nữa.
And it was brought a stone one and it was set over [the] mouth of den the and he sealed it king the with signet-ring his and with [the] signet-rings of nobles his that not it will change anything with Daniel.
18 Vua Đa-ri-út quay về cung, nhịn ăn buổi tối, bãi bỏ các cuộc hòa nhạc văn nghệ mua vui. Suốt đêm nhà vua trằn trọc không ngủ được.
Then he went king the to palace his and he passed [the] night fasting and thrusting [women] not he brought in before him and sleep his it fled on him.
19 Vừa rạng sáng, vua thức dậy, vội vã đến hang sư tử.
Then king the at dawn he arose at daylight the and in haste to den the of lions the he went.
20 Vừa đến miệng hang, vua gọi Đa-ni-ên với một giọng rầu rĩ: “Đa-ni-ên, đầy tớ của Đức Chúa Trời Hằng Sống! Đức Chúa Trời ngươi thường phục vụ có thể giải cứu ngươi khỏi nanh vuốt sư tử không?”
And just as approached he to den the to Daniel with a voice pained he cried out [was] replying king the and [was] saying to Daniel O Daniel [the] servant of God the living God your whom (you *Q(k)*) [are] paying reverence to him in continuance ¿ was he able to deliver you from lions the.
21 Đa-ni-ên đáp: “Hoàng đế vạn tuế!
Then Daniel with king the he spoke king O for ever live!
22 Muôn tâu, Đức Chúa Trời của tôi đã sai thiên sứ Ngài bịt miệng sư tử nên chúng không làm hại tôi, vì Ngài đã xét thấy tôi hoàn toàn vô tội trước mắt Ngài. Tôi cũng chẳng làm điều gì tổn hại vua cả!”
God my he sent angel his and he closed [the] mouth of lions the and not they harmed me as to because that before him innocence it was found to me and also (before you *Q(k)*) king O a hurtful act not I have done.
23 Vua quá sức mừng rỡ, liền ra lệnh kéo Đa-ni-ên lên. Đa-ni-ên ra khỏi hang sư tử bình an vô sự, không hề hấn gì, vì người đã tin cậy Đức Chúa Trời.
Then king the exceedingly it was good to him and Daniel he said to take up from den the and he was taken up Daniel from den the and any hurt not it was found on him that he had trusted in God his.
24 Theo lệnh vua, những người vu cáo Đa-ni-ên đều bị bắt ném vào hang sư tử luôn với vợ con họ. Chưa xuống đến đáy hang, họ đã bị đàn sư tử nhảy lên vồ lấy, cắn xé họ ra từng mảnh.
And he said king the and they brought men the these who they had eaten pieces his of Daniel and to [the] den of lions the they threw they sons their and wives their and not they reached to [the] bottom of den the until that they assaulted them lions the and all bones their they shattered.
25 Vua Đa-ri-út gửi thông điệp cho tất cả các dân tộc, quốc gia, ngôn ngữ trên khắp đế quốc: “Cầu chúc các ngươi bình an bội phần!
Then Darius king the he wrote to all peoples the nations the and languages the which ([were] dwelling *Q(k)*) in all earth the peace your may it increase.
26 Ta công bố chiếu chỉ này: Trong khắp lãnh thổ đế quốc, tất cả người dân đều phải kính sợ, run rẩy trước Đức Chúa Trời của Đa-ni-ên. Vì Ngài là Đức Chúa Trời Hằng Sống và còn sống đời đời. Vương quốc Ngài không bao giờ bị tiêu diệt, quyền cai trị của Ngài tồn tại vĩnh cửu.
From before me it is made a decree that - in all [the] dominion of kingdom my they will be (trembling *Q(k)*) and fearing from before God his of Daniel that he - [is] God the living and enduring for ever and kingdom his which not it will be destroyed and dominion his [is] to end the.
27 Ngài giải thoát và cứu mạng; Ngài thực hiện những dấu lạ và những việc kinh thiên động địa. Ngài đã giải cứu Đa-ni-ên khỏi nanh vuốt đàn sư tử.”
[he is] delivering And [he is] rescuing and [he is] doing signs and wonders in heavens the and on earth the who he has delivered Daniel from [the] hand of lions the.
28 Thế là Đa-ni-ên tiếp tục thịnh đạt dưới triều Vua Đa-ri-út và Vua Si-ru, người Ba Tư.
And Daniel this he prospered in [the] reign of Darius and in [the] reign of Cyrus (Persian the. *Q(k)*)
