I Sử Ký 26
1 Số người giữ cửa được chia như sau: Mê-sê-lê-mia, con Cô-rê, cháu A-sáp, thuộc dòng Cô-re.
To the courses of the door-keepers, pertained, —of the Korahites, Meshelemiah son of Kore, of the sons of Asaph;
2 Các con trai của Mê-sê-lê-mia là Xa-cha-ri (trưởng nam), Giê-đi-a-ên (thứ hai), Xê-ba-đia (thứ ba), Giát-ni-ên (thứ tư),
and, Meshelemiah, had sons, —Zechariah the firstborn, Jediael the second, Zebadiah the third, Jathniel the fourth;
3 Ê-lam (thứ năm), Giô-ha-nan (thứ sáu), và Ê-li-ô-nai (thứ bảy).
Elam the fifth, Jehohanan the sixth, Eliehoenai the seventh.
4 Từ Ô-bết Ê-đôm có con trai là Sê-ma-gia (trưởng nam), Giê-hô-sa-bát (thứ hai), Giô-a (thứ ba), Sa-ca (thứ tư), Na-tha-na-ên (thứ năm),
And, Obed-edom, had sons, —Shemaiah the firstborn, Jehozabad the second, Josh the third, and Sacar the fourth, and Nethanel the fifth;
5 A-mi-ên (thứ sáu), Y-sa-ca (thứ bảy), và Phu-lê-thai (thứ tám), vì Đức Chúa Trời ban phước lành cho Ô-bết Ê-đôm.
Ammiel the sixth, Issachar the seventh, Peullethai, the eighth, —for God had blessed him.
6 Riêng Sê-ma-gia, con Ô-bết Ê-đôm, có nhiều con trai làm chỉ huy trưởng.
And, to Shemaiah his son, were born sons, who bare rule to their ancestral house, —for, heroes of valour, were they.
7 Tên họ là Ốt-ni, Rê-pha-ên, Ô-bết, Ên-xa-bát. Anh em họ là Ê-li-hu và Sê-ma-kia, họ cũng là dũng sĩ.
the sons of Shemaiah, were Othni and Rephael, and Obed, Elzabad, whose brethren were sons of valour, —Elihu, and Semachiah.
8 Dòng họ Ô-bết Ê-đôm kể trên đều là dũng sĩ thông thạo việc canh gác đền thờ, tổng cộng sáu mươi hai người.
All these, were of the sons of Obed-edom, they and their sons and their brethren, able men in strength for the service, —sixty-two, pertaining to Obed-edom.
9 Anh em và con trai của Mê-sê-lê-mia gồm mười tám người cũng đều là dũng sĩ.
And, Meshelemiah, had sons, and brethren, sons of valour, eighteen.
10 Hê-sa, dòng Mê-ra-ri, do Sim-ri làm chỉ huy, dù Sim-ri không phải là trưởng nam.
And, Hosah of the sons of Merari, had sons, —Shimri the chief, for though he was not the firstborn, yet his father, made him, chief.
11 Các con trai khác của ông gồm Hinh-kia (thứ hai), Tê-ba-lia (thứ ba), và Xa-cha-ri (thứ tư). Các con trai và bà con của Hô-sa lo việc canh giữ cửa, tổng cộng là mười ba người.
Hilkiah the second, Tebaliah the third, Zechariah the fourth, —all the sons and brethren of Hosah, were thirteen.
12 Các nhóm canh gác cổng do các trưởng tộc điều khiển, thay phiên phục vụ trong nhà Chúa Hằng Hữu.
To these, belonged the courses of door-keepers, to the chiefs of the strong men, belonged charges, equally with their brethren, —to be in attendance in the house of Yahweh.
13 Tất cả lớn nhỏ đều bắt thăm theo gia tộc để canh gác các cổng đền thờ.
Yea they cast lots, as the small so the great, by their ancestral house, for every several gate.
14 Sê-lê-mia bắt thăm được cổng đông; Xa-cha-ri, con Sê-lê-mia, một mưu sĩ khôn ngoan, bắt thăm được cổng bắc;
And the lot eastward fell to Shelemiah. And, for Zechariah his son, a discreet counsellor, they cast lots, and his lot came out, northward.
15 Ô-bết Ê-đôm bắt thăm được cổng nam; còn các kho tàng lại về phần các con trai người.
To Obed-edom, southward, —and, to his sons, the storehouse.
16 Súp-bim và Hô-sa bắt thăm được cổng tây và cổng Sê-lê-kết, gần con đường lên dốc, hai nhóm canh gác đối mặt nhau.
To Shuppim and to Hosah, westward, near the refuse-gate, in the causeway that goeth up, —one ward as well as another.
17 Mỗi ngày cổng đông có sáu người Lê-vi canh gác, cổng bắc bốn người, cổng nam bốn người, và các kho tàng mỗi cửa hai người.
Eastward—daily, were six, —northward—daily, four, southward—daily, four, and, for the stores, two and two.
18 Tại Bạt-ba về phía tây, có hai người, còn đường dốc có bốn người.
For the precinct—westward, four, at the causeway, two—by the precinct.
19 Đó là các nhóm gác cổng, đều là dòng dõi Cô-rê và Mê-ra-ri.
These, were the courses of the door-keepers, of the sons of the Korahites, and of the sons of Merari.
20 Trong nhóm người Lê-vi, có A-hi-gia cai quản các kho báu của nhà Đức Chúa Trời và kho tàng các phẩm vật thánh.
And, the Levites, their brethren, were over the treasuries of the house of God, even to the treasuries of hallowed things.
21 Trong họ La-ê-đan, thuộc dòng Ghẹt-sôn, có Giê-hi-ên làm trưởng tộc.
The sons of Ladan—the sons of the Gershonites belonging to Ladan—the ancestral chiefs belonging to Ladan the Gershonite, were Jehieli;
22 Xê-tham và Giô-ên, con trai của Giê-hi-ên, canh giữ kho tàng của nhà Chúa Hằng Hữu.
the sons of Jehieli, Zetham and Joel his brother who were over the treasuries of the house of Yahweh.
23 Đây là những trưởng tộc thuộc họ Am-ram, họ Dít-sê-ha, họ Hếp-rôn, và họ U-xi-ên:
Then came certain of the Amramites, of the Izharites, of the Hebronites, of the Uzzielites.
24 Sê-bu-ên, con Ghẹt-sôn, cháu nội Môi-se, cai quản các kho báu.
And, Shebuel, son of Gershom, son of Moses, was chief ruler over the treasuries.
25 Các người kế nghiệp, thuộc họ Ê-li-ê-se, gồm có: Rê-ha-bia, Y-sai, Giô-ram, Xiếc-ri, và Sê-lô-mít.
And, his brethren pertaining to Eliezer, were Rehabiah his son, and Jeshaiah his son, and Joram his son, and Zichri his son, and Shelomoth his son.
26 Sê-lô-mít và bà con của ông cai quản kho tàng các phẩm vật mà Vua Đa-vít, các trưởng tộc và các tướng lãnh dâng hiến lên Chúa Hằng Hữu.
The same Shelomoth and his brethren, were over all the treasuries of the hallowed things, which David the king and the ancestral chiefs, with the captains of thousands and hundreds and the captains of the army, had hallowed:
27 Họ biệt riêng ra thánh các chiến lợi phẩm để bảo trì nhà của Chúa Hằng Hữu.
out of the battles and out of the spoil, had they hallowed [them], —to strengthen [the provision] for the house of Yahweh.
28 Tất cả các phẩm vật do Nhà Tiên kiến Sa-mu-ên, Vua Sau-lơ, con của Kích, Tướng Áp-ne, con Nê-rơ, Tướng Giô-áp, con Xê-ru-gia, và bất luận ai dâng hiến đều đặt dưới quyền cai quản của họ.
And, all that Samuel the seer, and Saul son of Kish, and Abner son of Ner, and Joab son of Zeruiah, had hallowed, whosoever had hallowed anything, it was under the direction of Shelomoth, and his brethren.
29 Trong họ Dít-sê-ha, có Cô-na-nia và các con trai người được cử làm phán quan và viên chức đặc trách về ngoại vụ của nước Ít-ra-ên.
Of the Izharites, Chenaniah and his sons, were for the outward business over Israel, —as officers, and as judges.
30 Ha-sa-bia, thuộc họ Hếp-rôn, và các cấp lãnh đạo đều là các dũng sĩ, gồm 1.700 người, phân công cai trị Ít-ra-ên vùng hữu ngạn Sông Giô-đan. Họ chịu trách nhiệm coi sóc việc Đức Chúa Trời và phục vụ vua.
Of the Hebronites, Hashabiah and his brethren, sons of valour, one thousand seven hundred, had the oversight of Israel, across the Jordan westward, —for all the business of Yahweh, and for the service of the king.
31 Trong dòng họ Hếp-rôn, có Giê-ri-gia là trưởng tộc như được ghi trong gia phả. (Năm thứ bốn mươi đời Đa-vít trị vì, theo ghi chép trong ký lục, những dũng sĩ thuộc dòng Hếp-rôn đến từ Gia-ê-xe trong xứ Ga-la-át.)
Of the Hebronites, Jerijah, was chief, [he was] of the Hebronites by his generations, by his fathers, —in the fortieth year of the reign of David, were they sought out, and there were found among them heroes of valour, in Jazer of Gilead;
32 Có 2.700 dũng sĩ trong vòng bà con của Giê-ri-gia. Vua Đa-vít cử họ đến phía tây Sông Giô-đan và cai trị các đại tộc Ru-bên, Gát và nửa đại tộc Ma-na-se. Họ chịu trách nhiệm coi sóc việc của Đức Chúa Trời và phục vụ vua.
and, his brethren that were heroes of valour, were two thousand and seven hundred, ancestral chiefs, —so David the king gave them oversight, over the Reubenites and the Gadites and the half tribe of Manassites, in all the affairs of God, and the affairs of the king.
