< Rimliⱪlarƣa 3 >
1 Undaⱪta, Yǝⱨudiy bolƣanning Yǝⱨudiy ǝmǝstin nemǝ artuⱪqiliⱪi bar? Hǝtnilik bolƣanning nemǝ paydisi bar?
So what advantage does the Jew have, or what is the profit of circumcision?
2 Əmǝliyǝttǝ, ularning ⱨǝr jǝⱨǝttin kɵp artuⱪqiliⱪi bar. Birinqidin, Hudaning bexarǝtlik sɵzliri Yǝⱨudiylarƣa amanǝt ⱪilinƣan.
Much in every way! First of all, because they were entrusted with the oracles of God.
3 Əmdi gǝrqǝ ulardin bǝziliri ixǝnqsiz qiⱪⱪan bolsimu, buningƣa nemǝ bolatti? Ularning ixǝnqsizliki Hudaning ixǝnqliklikini yoⱪⱪa qiⱪiriwetǝrmu?
So, what if some did not believe? Their unbelief will not nullify God's faithfulness, will it?
4 Ⱨǝrgiz undaⱪ ⱪilmaydu! Huda rastqil ⱨesablinip, ⱨǝmmǝ adǝm yalƣanqi ⱨesablansun! Huddi [muⱪǝddǝs yazmilarda Huda ⱨǝⱪⱪidǝ] yezilƣinidǝk: — «Sɵzliginingdǝ adil dǝp ispatlanƣaysǝn, Xikayǝtkǝ uqriƣiningda ƣǝlibǝ ⱪilƣaysǝn».
Of course not! Rather, let God be found true, but every man a liar; just as it is written: “That you may be justified in your words, and may overcome when you are judged.”
5 Lekin bizning ⱨǝⱪⱪaniysizliⱪimiz arⱪiliⱪ Hudaning ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyliⱪi tehimu eniⱪ kɵrsitilsǝ, buningƣa nemǝ dǝymiz? Ⱨǝⱪⱪaniysizliⱪ üstigǝ ƣǝzǝp tɵkidiƣan Hudani ⱨǝⱪⱪaniy ǝmǝs dǝymizmu (mǝn insanqǝ sɵzlǝymǝn)?
Now if our unrighteousness highlights God's righteousness, what shall we say? God is not unrighteous for inflicting His wrath, is He? (I speak as a man.)
6 Mundaⱪ deyixkǝ ⱨǝrgiz bolmaydu! Əgǝr undaⱪ bolsa, Huda alǝmni ⱪandaⱪ soraⱪⱪa tartidu?
Of course not! Otherwise, how will God judge the world?
7 [Bǝzilǝr yǝnǝ]: «Mening yalƣanqilⱪimdin Hudaning ⱨǝⱪiⱪǝtliki tehimu oquⱪ ⱪilinsa, xundaⱪla uluƣluⱪi tehimu yorutulsa, ǝmdi mǝn yǝnǝ nemǝ üqün gunaⱨkar dǝp ⱪarilip soraⱪⱪa tartilimǝn?» [deyixi mumkin].
Still, if the truth of God abounded to His glory by my falsehood, just why am I still judged as a sinner?
8 Undaⱪ bolƣanda nemixⱪa (bǝzilǝr bizgǝ tɵⱨmǝt qaplimaⱪqi bolup, gǝplirimizni buriwǝtkǝndǝk) «Yamanliⱪ ⱪilayli, buningdin yahxiliⱪ qiⱪip ⱪalar» — deyixkǝ bolmaydu? Bundaⱪ degüqilǝrning jazalinixi ⱨǝⱪliⱪtur!
However, we must not say, “Let us do evil so that good may come” (as some people slanderously claim that we do)—their condemnation is well deserved!
9 Əmdi nemǝ deyix kerǝk? Biz [Yǝⱨudiylar] [Yǝⱨudiy ǝmǝslǝrdin] üstün turamduⱪ? Yaⱪ, ⱨǝrgiz! Qünki biz yuⱪurida Yǝⱨudiylar bolsun, Greklǝr bolsun ⱨǝmmisining gunaⱨning ilkidǝ ikǝnlikini ispatlap ǝyibliduⱪ.
What then? Are we any better? Not at all! For we have already charged both Jews and Greeks that they are all under sin.
10 Dǝrwǝⱪǝ, muⱪǝddǝs yazmilarda yezilƣinidǝk: — «Ⱨǝⱪⱪaniy adǝm yoⱪ, ⱨǝtta birimu yoⱪtur,
Just as it is written: “No one is righteous, not even one;
11 Yorutulƣan kixi yoⱪtur, Hudani izdiginimu yoⱪtur.
there is no one who understands, no one who seeks God.
12 Ⱨǝmmǝ adǝm yoldin qǝtnidi, Ularning barliⱪi ǝrzimǝs bolup qiⱪti. Meⱨribanliⱪ ⱪilƣuqi yoⱪ, ⱨǝtta birimu yoⱪtur.
All have turned aside, together they have been made useless; there is no one who shows kindness, no, not so much as one.”
13 Ularning geli eqilƣan ⱪǝbridǝk sesiⱪtur, Tilliri kazzapliⱪ ⱪilmaⱪta; Kobra yilanning zǝⱨiri lǝwliri astida turidu;
“Their throat is an opened grave; they habitually deceive with their tongues.” “Viper's venom is under their lips”;
14 Ularning zuwani ⱪarƣax ⱨǝm zǝrdigǝ tolƣan.
“whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness.”
15 «Putliri ⱪan toküxkǝ aldiraydu;
“Their feet are swift to shed blood;
16 Barƣanla yeridǝ wǝyranqiliⱪ wǝ pajiǝlik ixlar bardur.
ruin and wretchedness are in their paths,
17 Tinqliⱪ-aramliⱪ yolini ular ⱨeq tonuƣan ǝmǝs».
and the way of peace they have not known.”
18 «Ularning nǝziridǝ Hudadin ⱪorⱪidiƣan ix yoⱪtur».
“There is no fear of God before their eyes.”
19 Tǝwrattiki barliⱪ sɵzlǝrning Tǝwrat ⱪanuni astida yaxaydiƣanlarƣa ⱪarita eytilƣanliⱪi bizgǝ ayan. Bularning mǝⱪsiti, ⱨǝr insanning aƣzi baⱨanǝ kɵrsitǝlmǝy tuwaⱪlinip, pütkül dunyadikilǝr Hudaning soriⱪida ǝyibkar ikǝn dǝp ayan ⱪilinsun, degǝnliktur.
Now we know that whatever the law says, it speaks to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be shut and the whole world become accountable to God.
20 Xunga, ⱨeqⱪandaⱪ ǝt igisi Tǝwrat-ⱪanuniƣa ǝmǝl ⱪilixⱪa intilixliri bilǝn [Hudaning] aldida ⱨǝⱪⱪaniy ⱨesablanmaydu; qünki Tǝwrat ⱪanuni arⱪiliⱪ insan ɵz gunaⱨini tonup yetidu.
It follows that no flesh will be justified in His sight by the works of the law, because through the law comes the real knowledge of sin.
21 Biraⱪ, ⱨazir ⱪanun yoli bilǝn ǝmǝs, bǝlki Hudaning Ɵzidin kǝlgǝn birhil ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyliⱪ axkarilandi! Bu hil ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyliⱪⱪa ⱪanunning ɵzi wǝ pǝyƣǝmbǝrlǝrning [yazmilirimu] guwaⱨliⱪ bǝrgǝndur;
But now, apart from law, a righteousness from God has been revealed, being attested by the Law and the Prophets,
22 yǝni, Hudaning Əysa Mǝsiⱨning ixǝnq-sadaⱪǝtliki arⱪiliⱪ etiⱪad ⱪilƣuqilarning ⱨǝmmisining iqigǝ ⱨǝm üstigǝ yǝtküzidiƣan ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyliⱪidur! Bu ixta ayrimqiliⱪ yoⱪtur
namely, a righteousness from God through faith in Jesus Christ, into all and upon all those who believe. There is no difference:
23 (qünki barliⱪ insanlar gunaⱨ sadir ⱪilip, Hudaning xan-xǝripigǝ yetǝlmǝy, uningdin mǝⱨrum boldi)
all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
24 Qünki etiⱪadqilarning ⱨǝmmisi Mǝsiⱨ Əysada bolƣan nijat-ⱨɵrlük arⱪiliⱪ, [Hudaning] meⱨir-xǝpⱪiti bilǝn bǝdǝlsiz ⱨǝⱪⱪaniy ⱪilinidu.
being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus;
25 Huda Uni gunaⱨlarning jazasini kɵtürgüqi kafarǝt ⱪurbanliⱪi süpitidǝ tǝyinlidi; [insanlarning] Uning [ⱪurbanliⱪ] ⱪeniƣa ixǝnq baƣlixi bilǝn [ⱪurbanliⱪ] inawǝtliktur. Huda bu arⱪiliⱪ burunⱪi zamandikilǝrning sadir ⱪilƣan gunaⱨliriƣa sǝwr-taⱪǝtlik bolup, jazalimay ɵtküzüwetixining adilliⱪ ikǝnlikini kɵrsǝtti.
whom God has openly made available as a propitiation through the faith in His blood, to demonstrate His righteousness because of the passing over, in God's forbearance, of the previously committed sins;
26 Buningƣa ohxax bu [ⱪurbanliⱪ] arⱪiliⱪ U ⱨazirⱪi zamanda bolƣan ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyliⱪinimu kɵrsǝtkǝn. Xundaⱪ ⱪilip U Ɵzining ⱨǝm ⱨǝⱪⱪaniy ikǝnlikini ⱨǝm Əysaning etiⱪadida bolƣuqini ⱨǝⱪⱪaniy ⱪilƣuqi ikǝnlikinimu namayan ⱪildi.
to demonstrate His righteousness at this present time, so as to be just, Himself, and the justifier of him who is of the Faith of Jesus.
27 Undaⱪ bolsa, insanning nemǝ mahtanƣuqiliki bar? Mahtinix yoⱪ ⱪilindi! — Nemǝ prinsipⱪa asasǝn? Ⱪanunƣa intilix prinsipi bilǝnmu? — Yaⱪ! «Etiⱪad» prinsipi bilǝn!
Where then is the boasting? It is excluded. By what kind of law, that of works? No, but by a law of faith.
28 Qünki «Insan Tǝwrat ⱪanuniƣa ǝmǝl ⱪilixⱪa intilixliri bilǝn ǝmǝs, bǝlki etiⱪad bilǝn ⱨǝⱪⱪaniy ⱪilinidu» dǝp ⱨesablaymiz!
Therefore we conclude that a person is justified by faith apart from works of law.
29 Əjǝba, Huda pǝⱪǝtla Yǝⱨudiylarningla Hudasimu? U ǝllǝrningmu Hudasi ǝmǝsmu? Xundaⱪ, u ǝllǝrningmu Hudasidur.
Or is God for Jews only? Is He not also for Gentiles? Yes, also for Gentiles,
30 Huda bolsa birdur, U hǝtnǝ ⱪilinƣanlarni etiⱪad bilǝn ⱨǝmdǝ hǝtnǝ ⱪilinmiƣanlarnimu etiⱪad bilǝn ⱨǝⱪⱪaniy ⱪilidu.
since indeed there is only one God, who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through the Faith.
31 Əmdi etiⱪad prinsipi bilǝn Tǝwrat ⱪanunini bikar ⱪiliwetimizmu? Yaⱪ, dǝl buning ǝksiqǝ, uni küqkǝ igǝ ⱪilimiz.
Do we then nullify law through the Faith? Of course not! Rather, we uphold law.
