Rimliⱪlarƣa 10
1 Ⱪerindaxlar, yürǝk intizarim, xundaⱪla Hudaƣa yelinixim Israillarning ⱪutⱪuzuluxi üqündur.
Brothers, the desire of my heart and my prayer to God is that Israel may be saved.
2 Qünki xuningƣa guwaⱨliⱪ berimǝnki, ularning Hudaƣa ⱨǝⱪiⱪǝtǝnmu ⱪizƣin intilixi bar, biraⱪ ularning intilixi ⱨǝⱪiⱪiy bilim üstigǝ ⱪurulƣan ǝmǝs.
I can testify that they have a zeal for God, but not according to knowledge.
3 Qünki ular Hudaning ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyliⱪini bilmigǝqkǝ, uning orniƣa ɵzlirining ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyliⱪini tiklǝxkǝ tirixip, Hudaning ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyliⱪiƣa boysunmidi.
For they do not understand the righteousness of God, and by seeking to establish their own righteousness, they have not submitted to God's righteousness.
4 Qünki Tǝwrat ⱪanunining nixan-mǝⱪsiti Mǝsiⱨning Ɵzidur; xuning bilǝn etiⱪad ⱪilƣuqilarning ⱨǝrbiri üqün ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyliⱪ bar boldi.
For Christ is the end of the law so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believes.
5 Qünki Tǝwrat ⱪanuniƣa ǝmǝl ⱪilixtin kǝlgǝn ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyliⱪ ⱨǝⱪⱪidǝ Musa pǝyƣǝmbǝr mundaⱪ yazƣan; «Ⱪanunning ǝmrlirigǝ ǝmǝl ⱪilƣanlar xu ixliridin ⱨayatliⱪ tapidu».
Moses writes about the righteousness that is by the law: “The person who does these things will live by them.”
6 Lekin etiⱪadtin bolƣan ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyliⱪ mundaⱪ dǝydu: — «Kɵnglüngdǝ: — «Kim asmanƣa qiⱪar?» (yǝni «Kim Mǝsiⱨni asmandin elip qüxürǝr?»)
But the righteousness that is by faith speaks like this: “Do not say in yoʋr heart, ‘Who will go up to heaven?’” (that is, to bring Christ down)
“or, ‘Who will go down into the abyss?’” (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead). (Abyssos g12)
8 Əmdi xu [ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyliⱪ] nemǝ dǝydu? — «Sɵz-kalam sanga yeⱪindur, tilingda wǝ dilingdidur!» — bu sɵz-kalam dǝl biz jakarlaydiƣan etiⱪadning sɵzidur.
But what does it say? “The word is near yoʋ, in yoʋr mouth and in yoʋr heart” (that is, the word of faith that we preach),
9 Demǝk, «Əysaning Rǝb ikǝnlikini aƣzing bilǝn etirap ⱪilsang wǝ ⱪǝlbingdǝ Hudaning uni ɵlüklǝr arisidin tirildürgǝnlikigǝ ixǝnsǝng, ⱪutⱪuzulisǝn»!
because if yoʋ confess with yoʋr mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe with yoʋr heart that God raised him from the dead, yoʋ will be saved.
10 Qünki insan ⱪǝlbidǝ etiⱪad ⱪilix bilǝn ⱨǝⱪⱪaniy ⱪilinidu, eƣizida etirap ⱪilix bilǝn nijatⱪa erixidu.
For with the heart belief is exercised, resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made, resulting in salvation.
11 Muⱪǝddǝs yazmilarda deyilgǝndǝk; «Uningƣa etiⱪad ⱪilƣuqining ⱨǝrbiri ⱨǝrgiz yǝrgǝ ⱪaritilmas».
As the Scripture says, “No one who believes in him will be put to shame.”
12 Qünki bu jǝⱨǝttǝ Yǝⱨudiylar bilǝn Greklarning pǝrⱪi yoⱪ; ⱨǝr ikkisining Rǝbbi ⱨǝmmining Rǝbbidur wǝ Ɵzigǝ nida ⱪilƣanlarning ⱨǝmmisigǝ mol bayliⱪlirini ayimaydu.
For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call upon him.
13 Qünki: «Kimdikim Rǝbning namini qaⱪirip nida ⱪilsa ⱪutⱪuzulidu».
For “everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved.”
14 Lekin Rǝbgǝ ixǝnmigǝn kixi ⱪandaⱪmu Uningƣa nida ⱪilalisun? U toƣruluⱪ anglimiƣan kixi ⱪandaⱪmu Uningƣa ixǝnsun? Hux hǝwǝr jakarliƣuqi bolmisa, ular uni ⱪandaⱪmu angliyalisun?
How then will they call upon him in whom they have not believed? And how will they believe in him whom they have not heard? And how will they hear without someone preaching?
15 Xu jakarliƣuqilar ǝwǝtilmigǝn bolsa, hux hǝwǝrni ⱪandaⱪmu yǝtküzǝlisun? Muⱪǝddǝs yazmilarda yezilƣinidǝk: «Aman-hatirjǝmlik toƣruluⱪ hux hǝwǝrni, bǝht-saadǝt toƣruluⱪ hux hǝwǝrni yǝtküzgǝnlǝrning ayaƣliri nemidegǝn güzǝl-ⱨǝ!».
And how will they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, who preach good news of good things!”
16 Biraⱪ, huddi Yǝxaya [pǝyƣǝmbǝrning] «I Pǝrwǝrdigar, bizning hǝwirimizgǝ kimmu ixǝndi?» deginidǝk ⱨǝmmǝ adǝm hux hǝwǝrgǝ itaǝt ⱪilƣan ǝmǝs.
But not all the Israelites have obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our report?”
17 Xunga etiⱪad hǝwǝrni anglaxtin kelidu wǝ xu hǝwǝr Mǝsiⱨ toƣruluⱪ sɵzdǝ anglitilidu.
So then, faith comes by hearing, and hearing comes through the word of God.
18 Lekin xuni soraymǝnki, ular xu hǝwǝrni anglimiƣanmidu? Əlwǝttǝ anglidi: — «Ularning sadasi pütkül dunyaƣa, Sɵzliri yǝr yüzining ⱪǝrlirigǝ yǝtti».
But I ask, have they not heard? On the contrary, “The message has gone out into all the earth, and the words to the ends of the world.”
19 Yǝnǝ xuni soraymǝnki, Israillar [xu hǝwǝrdin] waⱪip bolmiƣanmidu? Aldi bilǝn, Musa [Israilƣa] mundaⱪ bexarǝt bǝrgǝn: — ««Ⱨeq hǝlⱪ ǝmǝs» bolƣan bir hǝlⱪ arⱪiliⱪ silǝrdǝ ⱨǝsǝt ⱪozƣaymǝn, Nadan bir hǝlⱪ arⱪiliⱪ ƣǝzipinglarni ⱪozƣaymǝn».
Again I ask, did Israel not understand? First Moses says, “I will provoke you to jealousy by that which is not a nation; by a nation that has no understanding I will provoke you to anger.”
20 Keyin, Yǝxaya pǝyƣǝmbǝr intayin yürǝklik ⱨalda xu bexarǝtni berip: — «Ɵzümgǝ intilmigǝnlǝrgǝ Ɵzümni tapⱪuzdum, Meni sorimiƣanlarƣa Ɵzüm kɵründüm» — dedi.
And Isaiah is even bold enough to say, “I was found by those who were not seeking me; I became known to those who were not asking for me.”
21 Lekin, U Israillar ⱨǝⱪⱪidǝ: — «Mǝn kün boyi bu itaǝtsiz wǝ tǝrsa hǝlⱪⱪǝ ⱪollirimni uzitip intilip kǝldim!» — dǝydu.
But to Israel he says, “All day long I have held out my hands to a disobedient and contrary people.”
