1 Nǝƣmiqilǝrning bexiƣa «Ⱨalak ⱪilmiƣaysǝn» degǝn aⱨangda oⱪulsun dǝp tapxurulƣan, Asafning küy-nahxisi: — Sanga tǝxǝkkür eytimiz, i Huda, tǝxǝkkür eytimiz! Qünki naming bizgǝ yeⱪindur; Buni, ⱪilƣan karamǝtliring ispatlap jakarlaydu.
For the chief musician; set to Al Tashheth. A psalm of Asaph, a song. We give thanks to you, God; we give thanks, for you reveal your presence; people tell of your wondrous works.
2 [Mǝnki Pǝrwǝrdigar]: — «Mǝn bekitkǝn waⱪitni ihtiyarimƣa alƣinimda, Adalǝt bilǝn soraⱪ ⱪilimǝn;
At the appointed time I will judge fairly.
3 Yǝr ⱨǝm yǝrning üstidǝ turuwatⱪanlar tǝwrinip tursimu, Uning tüwrüklirini turƣuzƣuqi Ɵzümdurmǝn» — dedi. (Selaⱨ)
Though the earth and all the inhabitants shake in fear, I make steady the earth's pillars. (Selah)
4 Mahtanƣanlarƣa: — «Mahtanmanglar», Ⱨǝm rǝzillǝrgǝ «Münggüzüngni kɵtürmǝ» — dedim;
I said to the arrogant, “Do not be arrogant,” and to the wicked, “Do not lift up the horn.
5 «Münggüzüngni yuⱪiri kɵtürmǝ; Boynungni ⱪattiⱪ ⱪilip ƣadiyip sɵzlimǝ!»
Do not lift up your horn to the heights; do not speak with an insolent neck.”
6 Qünki kɵtürülüx xǝrⱪtin yaki ƣǝrbtin ǝmǝs, Yaki jǝnubtinmu kǝlmǝydu;
It is not from the east or from the west, and it is not from the wilderness that lifting up comes.
7 Qünki Huda sotqidur; U birsini kɵtüridu, birsini qüxüridu.
But God is the judge; he brings down and he lifts up.
8 Qünki Pǝrwǝrdigarning ⱪolida bir ⱪǝdǝⱨ turidu; Uningdiki xarab kɵpüklixiwatidu; U ǝbjǝx xarab bilǝn toldi; Huda uningdin tɵkidu; Dǝrwǝⱪǝ yǝr yüzidiki barliⱪ rǝzillǝr uning duƣini ⱪoymay iqiwetidu;
For Yahweh holds in his hand a cup of foaming wine, which is mixed with spices, and pours it out. Surely all the wicked of the earth will drink it to the last drop.
9 Mǝn bolsam, mǝnggügǝ guwaⱨliⱪ berimǝn: — Yaⱪupning Hudasiƣa küylǝrni eytimǝn.
But I will continually tell what you have done; I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.
10 «Mǝn rǝzillǝrning münggüzlirining ⱨǝmmisini kesip taxlaymǝn; Biraⱪ ⱨǝⱪⱪaniylarning münggüzliri kɵtürülidu!».
He says, “I will cut off all the horns of the wicked, but the horns of the righteous will be raised up.”
