< Zǝbur 10 >

1 Nemixⱪa, i Pǝrwǝrdigar, yiraⱪta turisǝn? Nemixⱪa azabliⱪ künlǝrdǝ ɵzüngni yoxurisǝn?
Wherefore, O Lord, standest thou afar off? hidest thyself in times of distress?
2 Rǝzil adǝmlǝr tǝkǝbburluⱪi bilǝn ajiz mɵminlǝrni tap basturup ⱪoƣlap yüridu; Ular ɵzliri tapⱪan ⱨiylilǝr bilǝn ilinip, bablinidu.
In the pride of the wicked doth he hotly pursue the poor: they are seized through the plans that those have devised.
3 Qünki rǝzillǝr ɵz arzu-ⱨǝwǝsliri bilǝn mahtinidu; Aq kɵzlǝr üqün bǝht tilǝydu; Pǝrwǝrdigarni bolsa kɵzigǝ ilmaydu.
For the wicked boasteth of the longing of his soul, and the robber blesseth himself when he hath despised the Lord.
4 Ular qirayidin ⱨakawurluⱪ yaƣdurup, Hudani izdimǝydu; Ular barliⱪ hiyallirida: «Ⱨeqbir Huda yoⱪtur!» dǝydu.
The wicked, according to the pride of his wrathfulness, [saith, ] He will not require, There is no God [in] all his plans.
5 Ularning yolliri ⱨǝmixǝ rawan bolidu; Sening ⱨɵkümliring ularning nǝziridin yiraⱪ wǝ üstün turidu; Ularning rǝⱪibliri bolsa, ularƣa ⱪarap «tüfi!» dǝp mazaⱪ ⱪilidu.
Prosperous are his ways at all times; far in the height [remain] thy punishments away from him: all his assailants—he puffeth at them.
6 [Rǝzil adǝm] kɵnglidǝ: «Mǝn ⱨeq tǝwrǝnmǝy turiwerimǝn! Dǝwrdin-dǝwrgǝ ⱨeq muxǝⱪⱪǝtkǝ uqrimaymǝn» — dǝydu.
He saith in his heart, I shall not be moved; I shall be for many generations, and without adversity.
7 Uning aƣzi ⱪarƣax, aldamqiliⱪ ⱨǝm zulumƣa tolƣan; Tili astida ǝskilik wǝ ⱪǝbiⱨlik yatidu.
Of the false oaths is his mouth full, and deceit and fraud: under his tongue is mischief and wickedness.
8 U mǝⱨǝllilǝrdǝ yoxurunqǝ marap olturidu; U pinⱨan jaylarda gunaⱨsizlarni ɵltürüwetidu; Kɵzliri yoⱪsullarni kɵzlǝydu;
He sitteth in the lurking-places of the villages; in the secret places doth he murder the innocent: his eyes search for the unfortunate.
9 U qatⱪalliⱪida yatⱪan xirdǝk yoxurunqǝ paylap yatidu; U mɵminlǝrni tutuwelix üqün yoxurunqǝ marap yatidu; Mɵminlǝrni tutuwelip, ularni ɵz toriƣa qüxüridu.
He lieth in wait in a secret place like a lion in his den; he lieth in wait to snatch up the poor: he snatcheth up the poor, as they draweth him into his net.
10 [Yoⱪsullar] ezilidu, pükülidu; Dǝrdmǝnlǝr uning yawuzluⱪliri bilǝn yiⱪilidu.
He croucheth, he bendeth himself, and the unfortunate fall through his might.
11 U kɵnglidǝ: «Tǝngri buni untup ⱪaldi, U yüzini yepiwelip, ⱪarimaydu; Buni ⱨǝrgiz kɵrmǝydu» — dǝydu.
He saith in his heart, God hath forgotten; he hath hidden his face; he will never see it.
12 Ornungdin turƣin, i Pǝrwǝrdigar; I Tǝngrim, ⱪolungni kɵtürgin; Ezilgǝn mɵminlǝrni untuma!
Arise, O Lord; O God, lift up thy hand: forget not the afflicted.
13 Rǝzil adǝm nemixⱪa [Sǝn] Hudani kɵzigǝ ilmaydu? U kɵnglidǝ: «[Huda] buni sürüxtürmǝydu!» — dǝydu.
For what doth the wicked despise God? [why] doth he say in his heart, Thou wilt not require it?
14 Sǝn buni kɵrgǝnsǝn; Sǝn Ɵz ⱪolung bilǝn yamanliⱪ ⱨǝm zulumni ɵzlirigǝ ⱪayturux üqün, Ɵzüng bularni kɵzlǝp yürisǝn; Dǝrdmǝnlǝr ɵzlirini Sanga amanǝt ⱪilidu; Qünki Sǝn yetim-yesirlǝrgǝ yar-yɵlǝk bolup kǝlgǝnsǝn;
Thou hast seen it: for thou beholdest mischief and despiteful acts, to requite it with thy hand: unto thee the unfortunate committeth himself; unto the fatherless hast thou [ever] been a helper.
15 Rǝzil, yaman adǝmning bilikini sunduruwǝtkǝysǝn; Uning rǝzillikini birmubir sürüxtürüp, üzül-kesil yoⱪatⱪaysǝn.
Break thou the arm of the wicked; and of the bad man—thou wilt inquire for his wickedness [till] thou find none.
16 Pǝrwǝrdigar ǝbǝdil’ǝbǝdgiqǝ padixaⱨdur; [Imansiz] ǝllǝr bolsa [Pǝrwǝrdigarning] zeminidin yoⱪilar.
The Lord is King for ever and ever: nations are perished out of his land.
17 Pǝrwǝrdigar, Sǝn ajiz mɵminlǝrning armanlirini anglaysǝn; Ularning dilini toⱪ ⱪilisǝn;
The longing of the afflicted dost thou hear, O Lord! thou wilt strengthen their heart, thou wilt cause thy ear to listen:
18 Yetim-yesirlar wǝ ezilgüqilǝr üqün adalǝtni yaⱪlap, Yǝr yüzidiki insanlarning [ajiz-mɵminlǝrgǝ] ⱪaytidin wǝⱨimǝ salƣuqi bolmasliⱪi üqün, Ⱪuliⱪingni ding tutisǝn.
To judge the fatherless and the oppressed, that not farther more shall be arrogant the mortal from the earth.
