1 [Ⱪulaⱪ sal, ] danaliⱪ qaⱪiriwatmamdu? Yoruⱪluⱪ sada qiⱪiriwatmamdu?
Does not wisdom call out, and prudence bestow her voice?
2 Yollarning egiz jayliridin, Doⱪmuxlardin u orun alidu,
At the summits and the tops of exalted places, standing above the ways, in the midst of the paths,
3 Xǝⱨǝrgǝ kiridiƣan ⱪowuⱪlarning yenida, Ⱨǝrⱪandaⱪ dǝrwaza eƣizlirida u murajiǝt ⱪilmaⱪta: —
beside the gates of the city, at the very doors, she speaks, saying:
4 «I mɵtiwǝrlǝr, silǝrgǝ murajǝt ⱪilimǝn, Ⱨǝy, adǝm baliliri, sadani silǝr üqün ⱪilimǝn,
“O men, to you I call out, and my voice is to the sons of men.
5 Gɵdǝk bolƣanlar, zerǝklikni ɵginiwelinglar, Əhmǝⱪ bolƣanlar, yoruⱪluⱪⱪa erixinglar!
O little ones, understand discernment. And you who are unwise, turn your souls.
6 Manga ⱪulaⱪ selinglar, Qünki güzǝl nǝrsilǝrni dǝp berimǝn, Aƣzimni eqip, durus ixlarni [silǝrgǝ] yǝtküzimǝn.
Listen, for I will speak about great things, and my lips will be opened, so as to foretell what is right.
7 Eytⱪanlirim ⱨǝⱪiⱪǝttur, Aƣzim rǝzilliktin nǝprǝtlinidu;
My throat shall practice truth, and my lips shall detest the impious.
8 Sɵzlirimning ⱨǝmmisi ⱨǝⱪ, Ularda ⱨeqⱪandaⱪ ⱨiyligǝrlik yaki ǝgitmilik yoⱪtur.
All my words are just. There is no depravity in them, and no perversity.
9 Ularning ⱨǝmmisi qüxǝngǝnlǝr üqün eniⱪ, Bilim alƣanlar üqün durus-toƣridur.
They are upright to those who understand, and equitable to those who discover knowledge.
10 Kümüxkǝ erixkǝndin kɵrǝ, nǝsiⱨǝtlirimni ⱪobul ⱪilinglar, Sap altunni elixtin kɵrǝ bilimni elinglar.
Accept my discipline, and not money. Choose the doctrine that is greater than gold.
11 Qünki danaliⱪ lǝǝl-yaⱪutlardin ǝwzǝl, Ⱨǝrⱪandaⱪ ǝtiwarliⱪ nǝrsǝngmu uningƣa tǝng kǝlmǝstur.
For wisdom is better than all that is most precious, and everything that is desirable cannot compare to her.
12 Mǝn bolsam danaliⱪmǝn, Zerǝklik bilǝn billǝ turimǝn, Istiⱪamǝttin kelip qiⱪⱪan bilimni ayan ⱪilimǝn.
I, wisdom, dwell in counsel, and I am inside learned thoughts.
13 Pǝrwǝrdigardin ǝyminix — Yamanliⱪⱪa nǝprǝtlinix demǝktur; Tǝkǝbburluⱪ, mǝƣrurluⱪ, yaman yol ⱨǝm xum eƣizni ɵq kɵrimǝn.
The fear of the Lord hates evil. I detest arrogance, and pride, and every wicked way, and a mouth with a double tongue.
14 Mǝndǝ obdan mǝsliⱨǝtlǝr, pixⱪan ⱨekmǝt bar; Mǝn degǝn yoruⱪluⱪ, ⱪudrǝt mǝndidur.
Counsel is mine, and equity. Prudence is mine. Strength is mine.
15 Padixaⱨlar mǝn arⱪiliⱪ ⱨɵküm süridu, Mǝnsiz ⱨakimlar adil ⱨɵküm qiⱪarmas.
Through me, kings reign and legislators decree just conditions.
16 Mǝn arⱪiliⱪla ǝmirlǝr idarǝ ⱪilidu, Aliyjanablar, yǝr yüzidiki barliⱪ soraⱪqilar [toƣra] ⱨɵküm ⱪilidu.
Through me, princes rule and the powerful decree justice.
17 Kimki meni sɵysǝ, mǝnmu uni sɵyimǝn, Meni tǝlmürüp izdigǝnlǝr meni tapalaydu;
I love those who love me. And those who stand watch for me until morning shall discover me.
18 Mǝndǝ bayliⱪ, xɵⱨrǝt, Ⱨǝtta konirimas, kɵqmǝs dɵlǝt wǝ ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyǝtmu bar.
With me, are wealth and glory, superb riches and justice.
19 Mǝndin qiⱪⱪan mewǝ altundin, Ⱨǝtta sap altundin ⱪimmǝtliktur, Mǝndin alidiƣan daramǝt sap kümüxtinmu üstündur.
For my fruit is better than gold and precious stones, and my progeny better than choice silver.
20 Mǝn ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyǝt yoliƣa mangimǝn; Adalǝt yolining otturisida yürimǝnki,
I walk in the way of justice, in the midst of the paths of judgment,
21 Meni sɵygǝnlǝrni ǝmǝliy nǝrsilǝrgǝ miras ⱪildurimǝn; Ularning hǝzinilirini toldurimǝn.
so that I may enrich those who love me, and thus complete their treasures.
22 Pǝrwǝrdigar ixlirini baxlixidila, Ⱪǝdimdǝ yasiƣanliridin burunla, Mǝn uningƣa tǝwǝdurmǝn. Əzǝldin tartipla — muⱪǝddǝmdǝ, Yǝr-zemin yaritilmastila, Mǝn tiklǝngǝnmǝn.
The Lord possessed me in the beginning of his ways, before he made anything, from the beginning.
I was ordained from eternity, and out of antiquity, before the earth was formed.
24 Qongⱪur ⱨanglar, dengiz-okyanlar apiridǝ boluxtin awwal, Mǝn mǝydanƣa qiⱪirilƣanmǝn; Mol su urƣup turidiƣan bulaⱪlar bolmastinla,
The abyss did not yet exist, and I was already conceived; neither had the fountains of waters yet erupted.
25 Egiz taƣlar ɵz orunliriƣa ⱪoyulmastinla, tɵpiliklǝr xǝkillǝnmǝstinla, [Pǝrwǝrdigar] bipayan zemin, kǝng dalalarni, Alǝmning ǝsliydiki topa-qanglirinimu tehi yaratmastinla, Mǝn mǝydanƣa qiⱪirilƣanmǝn.
The mountains, with their great mass, had not yet been established. Before the hills, I was brought forth.
Still he had not made the earth, and the rivers, and the poles of the globe of the earth.
27 U asmanlarni bina ⱪiliwatⱪinida, Dengiz yüzigǝ upuⱪ siziⱪini siziwatⱪinida, Ərxtǝ bulutlarni orunlaxturup, Qongⱪur dengizdiki bulaⱪ-mǝnbǝlǝrni mustǝⱨkǝmlǝwatⱪinida, Dengiz sulirini bekitkǝn dairidin exip kǝtmisun dǝp pǝrman qüxüriwatⱪinida, Bipayan zeminning ullirini ⱪuruwatⱪinida, Mǝn u yǝrdǝ idim;
I was already present: when he prepared the heavens; when, with a certain law and a circuit, he fortified the abyss;
when he made firm the sky above, and set free the fountains of waters;
when he encompassed the sea within its limits, and laid down a law for the waters, lest they transgress their limits; when he weighed the foundations of the earth.
30 Xu qaƣda goya usta bir ⱨünǝrwǝndǝk Uning yenida turƣanidim, Mǝn ⱨǝrdaim Uning aldida xadlinattim, mǝn Uning kündilik dil’arami idim;
I was with him in composing all things. And I was delighted, throughout every day, by playing in his sight at all times,
31 Mǝn Uning alimidin, yǝr-zeminidin xadlinip, Dunyadiki insanlardin hursǝnlik tepip yürǝttim,
playing in globe of the earth. And my delight was to be with the sons of men.
32 Xunga i balilar, ǝmdi manga ⱪulaⱪ selinglar; Qünki yollirimni qing tutⱪanlar nǝⱪǝdǝr bǝht tapar!
Therefore, sons, hear me now. Blessed are those who preserve my ways.
33 Alƣan nǝsiⱨǝtkǝ ǝmǝl ⱪilip, Dana bolƣin, uni rǝt ⱪilma.
Listen to discipline, and become wise, and do not be willing to cast it aside.
34 Sɵzümgǝ ⱪulaⱪ selip, Ⱨǝrküni dǝrwazilirim aldidin kǝtmǝy, Ixiklirim aldida meni kütidiƣan kixi nǝⱪǝdǝr bǝhtliktur!
Blessed is the man who listens to me, and who stands watch at my gates every day, and who observes at the posts of my doors.
35 Kimki meni tapsa ⱨayatni tapidu, Pǝrwǝrdigarning xǝpⱪitigǝ nesip bolidu.
He who finds me, finds life, and he will draw salvation from the Lord.
36 Lekin manga gunaⱨ ⱪilƣan ⱨǝrkim ɵz jeniƣa ziyan kǝltüridu, Meni yaman kɵrgǝnlǝr ɵlümni dost tutⱪan bolidu».
But he who sins against me will wound his own soul. All who hate me love death.”
