< Pǝnd-nǝsiⱨǝtlǝr 16 >

1 Kɵngüldiki niyǝtlǝr insanƣa tǝwǝdur; Biraⱪ tilning jawabi Pǝrwǝrdigarning ilkididur.
The plans of the heart belong to man, but the answer of the tongue is from Jehovah.
2 Insan ɵzining ⱨǝmmǝ ⱪilƣan ixini pak dǝp bilǝr; Lekin ⱪǝlbdiki niyǝtlǝrni Pǝrwǝrdigar taraziƣa selip tartip kɵrǝr.
All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes, but Jehovah weighs the spirits.
3 Niyǝt ⱪilƣan ixliringni Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa tapxurƣin, Xundaⱪ ⱪilƣanda pilanliring pixip qiⱪar.
Commit thy works to Jehovah, and thy purposes shall be established.
4 Pǝrwǝrdigar barliⱪ mǝwjudiyǝtning ⱨǝrbirini mǝlum mǝⱪsǝt bilǝn apiridǝ ⱪilƣan; Ⱨǝtta yamanlarnimu balayi’apǝt küni üqün yaratⱪandur.
Jehovah has made everything for its own end, yea, even the wicked for the day of evil.
5 Tǝkǝbburluⱪⱪa tolƣan kɵngüllǝrning ⱨǝrbiri Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa yirginqliktur; Ⱪol tutuxup birlǝxsimu, jazasiz ⱪalmas.
Everyone who is proud in heart is an abomination to Jehovah. Hand in hand, he shall not be unpunished.
6 Muⱨǝbbǝt-xǝpⱪǝt wǝ ⱨǝⱪiⱪǝt bilǝn gunaⱨlar kafarǝt ⱪilinip yepilar; Pǝrwǝrdigardin ǝyminix adǝmlǝrni yamanliⱪtin haliy ⱪilar.
By mercy and truth iniquity is atoned for, and by the fear of Jehovah men depart from evil.
7 Adǝmning ixliri Pǝrwǝrdigarni hursǝn ⱪilsa, U ⱨǝtta düxmǝnlirinimu uning bilǝn inaⱪlaxturar.
When a man's ways please Jehovah, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him.
8 Ⱨalal alƣan az, Ⱨaram alƣan kɵptin ǝwzǝldur.
Better is a little, with righteousness, than great revenues with injustice.
9 Insan kɵnglidǝ ɵz yolini tohtitar; Əmma ⱪǝdǝmlirini toƣrilaydiƣan Pǝrwǝrdigardur.
A man's heart devises his way, but Jehovah directs his steps.
10 Ⱨǝtta padixaⱨning lǝwlirigǝ ⱪaritip ǝpsun oⱪulsimu, Uning aƣzi toƣra ⱨɵkümdin qǝtnimǝs.
A divine sentence is in the lips of the king. His mouth shall not transgress in judgment.
11 Adil taraza-mizanlar Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa hastur; Taraza taxlirining ⱨǝmmisini U yasiƣandur.
A just balance and scales are Jehovah's. All the weights of the bag are his work.
12 Padixaⱨ rǝzillik ⱪilsa yirginqliktur, Qünki tǝht ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyǝt bilǝnla mǝⱨkǝm turar.
It is an abomination to kings to commit wickedness, for the throne is established by righteousness.
13 Ⱨǝⱪⱪaniy sɵzligǝn lǝwlǝr padixaⱨlarning hursǝnlikidur; Ular durus sɵzligüqilǝrni yahxi kɵrǝr.
Righteous lips are the delight of kings, and they love him who speaks right.
14 Padixaⱨning ⱪǝⱨri goya ɵlümning ǝlqisidur; Biraⱪ dana kixi [uning ƣǝzipini] tinqlandurar.
The wrath of a king is messengers of death, but a wise man will pacify it.
15 Padixaⱨning qirayining nuri kixigǝ jan kirgüzǝr; Uning xǝpⱪiti waⱪtida yaƣⱪan «keyinki yamƣur»dur.
In the light of the king's countenance is life, and his favor is as a cloud of the latter rain.
16 Danaliⱪ elix altun elixtin nǝⱪǝdǝr ǝwzǝldur; Yorutuluxni tallax kümüxni tallaxtin xunqǝ üstündur!
How much better it is to get wisdom than gold! Yea, to get understanding is rather to be chosen than silver.
17 Durus adǝmning egiz kɵtürülgǝn yoli yamanliⱪtin ayrilixtur; Ɵz yoliƣa eⱨtiyat ⱪilƣan kixi jenini saⱪlap ⱪalar.
The highway of the upright is to depart from evil. He who keeps his way preserves his soul.
18 Mǝƣrurluⱪ ⱨalak boluxtin awwal kelǝr, Tǝkǝbburluⱪ yiⱪilixtin awwal kelǝr.
Pride is before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall.
19 Kǝmtǝr bolup miskinlǝr bilǝn bardi-kǝldidǝ bolux, Tǝkǝbburlar bilǝn ⱨaram mal bɵlüxkǝndin ǝwzǝldur.
Better it is to be of a lowly spirit with the poor, than to divide the spoil with the proud.
20 Kimki ixni pǝm-parasǝt bilǝn ⱪilsa payda tapar; Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa tayanƣan bolsa, bǝht-saadǝt kɵrǝr.
He who gives heed to the word shall find good, and whoever trusts in Jehovah, happy is he.
21 Kɵngli dana kixi sǝgǝk atilar; Yeⱪimliⱪ sɵzlǝr adǝmlǝrning bilimini axurar.
The wise in heart shall be called prudent, and the sweetness of the lips increases learning.
22 Pǝm-parasǝt ɵzigǝ igǝ bolƣanlarƣa ⱨayatliⱪning buliⱪidur; Əⱪilsizlǝrgǝ tǝlim bǝrmǝkning ɵzi ǝⱪilsizliktur.
Understanding is a well-spring of life to him who has it, but the correction of fools is folly.
23 Aⱪilanǝ kixining ⱪǝlbi aƣzidin ǝⱪil qiⱪirar; Uning lǝwzigǝ bilimni ziyadǝ ⱪilar.
The heart of the wise instructs his mouth, and adds learning to his lips.
24 Yeⱪimliⱪ sɵzlǝr goya ⱨǝsǝldur; Kɵngüllǝrni hux ⱪilip tǝngǝ dawadur.
Pleasant words are a honeycomb: Sweet to the soul, and health to the bones.
25 Adǝm balisiƣa toƣridǝk kɵrünidiƣan bir yol bar, Lekin aⱪiwiti ⱨalakǝtkǝ baridiƣan yollardur.
There is a way which seems right to a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.
26 Ixligüqining ixtiyi uni ixⱪa salar; Uning ⱪarni uningƣa ⱨǝydǝkqilik ⱪilar.
The appetite of the laboring man labors for him, for his mouth urges him.
27 Muttǝⱨǝm kixi yaman gǝpni kolap yürǝr; Uning lǝwliri lawuldap turƣan otⱪa ohxar.
A worthless man devises mischief, and in his lips there is as a scorching fire.
28 Əgri adǝm jedǝl-majira tuƣdurƣuqidur; Ƣǝywǝtqi yeⱪin dostlarni ayriwetǝr.
A perverse man scatters abroad strife, and a whisperer separates chief friends.
29 Zorawan kixi yeⱪin adimini azdurar; Uni yaman yolƣa baxlap kirǝr.
A man of violence entices his neighbor, and leads him in a way that is not good.
30 Kɵzini yumuwalƣan kixi yaman niyǝtni oylar; Lewini qixligǝn kixi yamanliⱪⱪa tǝyyardur.
He who shuts his eyes devises perverse things. He who moves his lips brings evil to pass.
31 Ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyǝt yolida aⱪarƣan qaq, Adǝmning xɵⱨrǝt tajidur.
The hoary head is a crown of glory. It shall be found in the way of righteousness.
32 Asan aqqiⱪlimaydiƣan kixi palwandin ǝwzǝldur; Ɵzini tutuwalƣan xǝⱨǝr alƣandinmu üstündur.
He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty, and he who rules his spirit, than he who takes a city.
33 Qǝk etǝkkǝ taxlanƣini bilǝn, Lekin nǝtijisi pütünlǝy Pǝrwǝrdigardindur.
The lot is cast into the lap, but the whole disposing thereof is of Jehovah.
