< Matta 3 >
1 Xu qaƣlarda, qɵmüldürgüqi Yǝⱨya Yǝⱨudiyǝdiki qɵl-bayawanƣa kelip
In those days, John the Baptiser came, preaching in the wilderness of Judea, saying,
2 kixilǝrgǝ: — Towa ⱪilinglar! Qünki ǝrx padixaliⱪi yeⱪinlixip ⱪaldi! — dǝp jakarlaxⱪa baxlidi.
“Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!”
3 Qünki [qɵmüldürgüqi Yǝⱨya] bolsa ilgiri Yǝxaya pǝyƣǝmbǝr bexaritidǝ kɵrsǝtkǝn kixining dǝl ɵzi bolup: — «Bayawanda towlaydiƣan bir kixining: Rǝbning yolini tǝyyarlanglar, Uning qiƣir yollirini tüptüz ⱪilinglar! — degǝn awazi anglinidu».
For this is he who was spoken of by Isaiah the prophet, saying, “The voice of one crying in the wilderness, make the way of the Lord ready! Make his paths straight!”
4 Yǝⱨya [pǝyƣǝmbǝr] tɵgǝ yungidin ⱪilinƣan kiyim kiygǝn, beligǝ kɵn tasma baƣliƣanidi. Yǝydiƣini bolsa qekǝtkilǝr bilǝn yawa ⱨǝrǝ ⱨǝsili idi.
Now John himself wore clothing made of camel’s hair with a leather belt around his waist. His food was locusts and wild honey.
5 Əmdi Yerusalem xǝⱨiri, pütün Yǝⱨudiyǝ ɵlkisi wǝ pütkül Iordan dǝrya wadisining ǝtrapidiki kixilǝr uning aldiƣa kelixip,
Then people from Jerusalem, all of Judea, and all the region around the Jordan went out to him.
6 gunaⱨlirini iⱪrar ⱪilixti wǝ uning ɵzlirini Iordan dǝryasida qɵmüldürüxini ⱪobul ⱪilixti.
They were baptised by him in the Jordan, confessing their sins.
7 Lekin Pǝrisiy wǝ Saduⱪiy mǝzⱨipidikilǝrdin kɵplirining uning qɵmüldürüxini ⱪobul ⱪilƣili kǝlgǝnlikini kɵrginidǝ u ularƣa: — Əy yilanlarning baliliri! Kim silǝrni [Hudaning] qüxüx aldida turƣan ƣǝzipidin ⱪeqinglar dǝp agaⱨlandurdi?!
But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming for his baptism, he said to them, “You offspring of vipers, who warned you to flee from the wrath to come?
8 Əmdi towiƣa layiⱪ mewini kǝltürünglar!
Therefore produce fruit worthy of repentance!
9 Wǝ ɵz iqinglarda: «Bizning atimiz bolsa Ibraⱨimdur!» dǝp hiyal ⱪilip yürmǝnglar; qünki Mǝn xuni silǝrgǝ eytip ⱪoyayki, Huda Ibraⱨimƣa muxu taxlardinmu pǝrzǝntlǝrni apiridǝ ⱪilalaydu.
Don’t think to yourselves, ‘We have Abraham for our father,’ for I tell you that God is able to raise up children to Abraham from these stones.
10 Palta alliⱪaqan dǝrǝhlǝrning yiltiziƣa tǝnglǝp ⱪoyuldi; yahxi mewǝ bǝrmǝydiƣan ⱨǝrⱪaysi dǝrǝhlǝr kesilip otⱪa taxlinidu.
Even now the axe lies at the root of the trees. Therefore every tree that doesn’t produce good fruit is cut down, and cast into the fire.
11 Mǝn dǝrwǝⱪǝ silǝrni towa ⱪilixinglar üqün suƣa qɵmüldürimǝn. Lekin mǝndin keyin kǝlgüqi zat mǝndin ⱪudrǝtliktur. Mǝn ⱨǝtta uning kǝxini kɵtürüxkimu layiⱪ ǝmǝsmǝn; u silǝrni Muⱪǝddǝs Roⱨⱪa ⱨǝm otⱪa qɵmüldüridu.
“I indeed baptise you in water for repentance, but he who comes after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptise you in the Holy Spirit.
12 Uning soruƣuqi küriki ⱪolida turidu; u ɵz haminini [topa-samandin] tǝltɵküs tazilaydu, sap buƣdayni ambarƣa yiƣidu, ǝmma topa-samanni ɵqmǝs otta kɵydürüwetidu, — dedi.
His winnowing fork is in his hand, and he will thoroughly cleanse his threshing floor. He will gather his wheat into the barn, but the chaff he will burn up with unquenchable fire.”
13 Xu waⱪitta, Əysa Yǝⱨyadin qɵmüldürülüxni ⱪobul ⱪilix üqün Galiliyǝ ɵlkisidin Iordan dǝryasi boyiƣa, uning yeniƣa kǝldi.
Then Jesus came from Galilee to the Jordan to John, to be baptised by him.
14 Biraⱪ Yǝⱨya qɵmüldürüxkǝ unimay uni tosup: — Əsli qɵmüldürülüxni mǝn sǝndin ⱪobul ⱪilixim kerǝk idi, biraⱪ sǝn mening aldimƣa kǝpsǝnƣu? — dedi.
But John would have hindered him, saying, “I need to be baptised by you, and you come to me?”
15 Lekin Əysa uningƣa jawabǝn: — Ⱨazirqǝ xuningƣa yol ⱪoyƣin; qünki ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyliⱪning barliⱪ [tǝlǝplirini] ǝmǝlgǝ axurux üqün, xundaⱪ ⱪiliximizƣa toƣra kelidu, — dedi. Xuning bilǝn, Yǝⱨya uningƣa yol ⱪoydi.
But Jesus, answering, said to him, “Allow it now, for this is the fitting way for us to fulfil all righteousness.” Then he allowed him.
16 Wǝ Əysa qɵmüldürülüp bolupla, sudin qiⱪti; u sudin qiⱪixi bilǝn mana, ǝrxlǝr uningƣa eqilip, Hudaning Roⱨi kǝptǝr ⱪiyapitidǝ ǝrxtin qüxüp, üstigǝ ⱪonuwatⱪanliⱪini kɵrdi.
Jesus, when he was baptised, went up directly from the water: and behold, the heavens were opened to him. He saw the Spirit of God descending as a dove, and coming on him.
17 Wǝ mana, ǝrxtin bir awaz: — «Bu Mening sɵyümlük oƣlum, Mǝn uningdin toluⱪ hursǝnmǝn!» — dǝp anglandi.
Behold, a voice out of the heavens said, “This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.”
