< Lawiylar 5 >
1 Əgǝr birsi mǝlum ixⱪa guwaⱨqi bolup, xundaⱪla uningƣa ⱪǝsǝm buyrulƣinida kɵrgini yaki bilginidin mǝlumat bǝrmisǝ, undaⱪta u ⱪǝbiⱨlikining jazasiƣa tartilidu.
If anyone sins because he does not testify when he has witnessed something about which he is required to testify, whether he has seen it or heard about it, he will be responsible.
2 Əgǝr birsi ɵzi bilmǝy napak bir nǝrsigǝ tegip kǝtsǝ — mǝyli u napak bir ⱨaywanning jǝsiti bolsun, mǝyli napak bir qarpayning jǝsiti bolsun, yaki napak bir ɵmiligüqi ⱨaywanning jǝsiti bolsun, muxundaⱪ nǝrsigǝ tegip kǝtsǝ umu napak sanilip gunaⱨkar ⱨesablinidu;
Or if anyone touches anything God has designated as unclean, whether it be the carcass of an unclean wild animal or the carcass of any livestock that has died, or creeping animal, even if the person did not intend to touch it, he is unclean and guilty.
3 ǝgǝr xuningdǝk birsi ɵzi tuymay mǝlum kixining adǝmni napak ⱪilidiƣan ⱨǝrⱪandaⱪ nijasitigǝ tegip kǝtsǝ, xundaⱪla u buni bilip yǝtsǝ, undaⱪta u gunaⱨkar ⱨesablinidu.
Or if he touches the uncleanness of someone, whatever that uncleanness is, and if he is unaware of it, then he will be guilty when he learns about it.
4 Əgǝr birsi angsiz rǝwixtǝ yaman yaki yahxi bir ixni ⱪilay dǝp ⱪǝsǝm ⱪilip salsa (kixilǝr ⱨǝrtürlük ix toƣrisida angsiz rǝwixtǝ ⱪǝsǝm ⱪilixi mumkin), xundaⱪla u buni tonup yǝtsǝ, u bu ixlar tüpǝylidin gunaⱨkar ⱨesablinidu.
Or if anyone swears rashly with his lips to do evil, or to do good, whatever it is that a man swears rashly with an oath, even if he is unaware of it, when he learns about it, then he will be guilty, in any of these things.
5 Birsi yuⱪiriⱪi ⱨǝrⱪaysi ixlarda mǝn gunaⱨkar boldum dǝp bilsǝ, u ɵz gunaⱨini «mǝn mundaⱪ gunaⱨ ⱪildim» dǝp iⱪrar ⱪilsun;
When someone is guilty in any of these things, he must confess whatever sin he has committed.
6 andin ɵzi sadir ⱪilƣan gunaⱨining kafariti üqün Pǝrwǝrdigarning aldiƣa «itaǝtsizlikni tiligüqi ⱪurbanliⱪ» süpitidǝ uxxaⱪ maldin saƣliⱪ wǝ ya bir qixi ɵqkini gunaⱨ ⱪurbanliⱪi ⱪilip kǝltürsun; andin kaⱨin uni gunaⱨidin paklanduruxⱪa uning üqün kafarǝt kǝltürsun.
Then he must bring his guilt offering to Yahweh for the sin that he has committed, a female animal from the flock, either a lamb or a goat, for a sin offering, and the priest will make atonement for him concerning his sin.
7 Əgǝr u ⱪoylardin [ⱪurbanliⱪ] ⱪilixⱪa ⱪurbi yǝtmisǝ, u ⱪilƣan itaǝtsizliki üqün ikki pahtǝk yaki ikki baqkini elip kelip, birini gunaⱨ ⱪurbanliⱪi üqün, yǝnǝ birini kɵydürmǝ ⱪurbanliⱪ üqün Pǝrwǝrdigarning aldiƣa sunsun.
If he cannot afford to buy a lamb, then he can bring as his guilt offering for his sin two doves or two young pigeons to Yahweh, one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering.
8 U bularni kaⱨinning ⱪexiƣa kǝltürgǝndǝ, [kaⱨin] awwal gunaⱨ ⱪurbanliⱪiƣa tǝyyarlanƣanni ⱪurbanliⱪ ⱪilip boynini üzmǝy, bexiƣa yeⱪin jayidin tolƣisun, lekin bexini boynidin üzüwǝtmisun;
He must bring them to the priest, who will offer one for the sin offering first—he will wring off its head from its neck but will not remove it completely from the body.
9 andin gunaⱨ ⱪurbanliⱪining ⱪenidin azƣina elip ⱪurbangaⱨning temiƣa qaqsun; ⱪalƣan ⱪeni bolsa ⱪurbangaⱨning tüwigǝ siⱪip qiⱪirilsun. Buning ɵzi gunaⱨ ⱪurbanliⱪi bolidu.
Then he will sprinkle some of the blood of the sin offering on the side of the altar, and he will drain the rest of the blood out at the base of the altar. This is a sin offering.
10 Əmma ikkinqisini bolsa bekitilgǝn bǝlgilimǝ boyiqǝ kɵydürmǝ ⱪurbanliⱪ ⱪilip sunsun. Bu yol bilǝn kaⱨin uning ⱪilƣan gunaⱨi üqün kafarǝt kǝltüridu wǝ xu gunaⱨ uningdin kǝqürülidu.
Then he must offer the second bird as a burnt offering, as described in the instructions, and the priest will make atonement for him for the sin that he has committed, and the person will be forgiven.
11 Əgǝr ikki pahtǝk yaki ikki baqkini kǝltürüxkǝ ⱪurbi yǝtmisǝ, undaⱪta gunaⱨ ⱪilƣan kixi gunaⱨ ⱪurbanliⱪi üqün esil undin bir ǝfaⱨning ondin birini kǝltürsun; bu gunaⱨ ⱪurbanliⱪi bolƣaqⱪa u uning üstigǝ zǝytun meyi ⱪuymisun yaki üstigǝ ⱨeqⱪandaⱪ mǝstiki salmisun; qünki u gunaⱨ ⱪurbanliⱪi bolidu.
But if he cannot afford to buy two doves or two young pigeons, then he must bring as his sacrifice for his sin a tenth of an ephah of fine flour for a sin offering. He must not put oil or any incense on it, for it is a sin offering.
12 U uni kaⱨinning ⱪexiƣa kǝltürsun wǝ kaⱨin buningdin [sunƣuqining] «yadlinix ülüxi» süpitidǝ bir qanggal elip, xuni Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa atap otta sunulƣan ⱪurbanliⱪlarƣa ⱪoxup, ⱪurbangaⱨning üstidǝ kɵydürsun. Buning ɵzi gunaⱨ ⱪurbanliⱪi bolidu.
He must bring it to the priest, and the priest will take a handful of it as a representative offering and then burn it on the altar, on top of the offerings made by fire for Yahweh. This is a sin offering.
13 Bu yol bilǝn u xu gunaⱨlardin ⱪaysisini ⱪilƣan bolsa, kaⱨin uning üqün kafarǝt kǝltüridu. Axliⱪ ⱨǝdiyǝlǝrdikigǝ ohxax ⱪalƣan ⱪismi kaⱨinƣa tǝwǝ bolidu.
The priest will make atonement for any sin that the person has committed, and that person will be forgiven. The leftovers from the offering will belong to the priest, as with the grain offering.'”
14 Andin Pǝrwǝrdigar Musaƣa sɵz ⱪilip mundaⱪ dedi: —
Then Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
15 Birsi bilmǝy Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa atalƣan muⱪǝddǝs nǝrsilǝrgǝ nisbǝtǝn itaǝtsizlik ⱪilip gunaⱨ ɵtküzsǝ, undaⱪta u Pǝrwǝrdigarning aldiƣa uxxaⱪ maldin bejirim bir ⱪoqⱪarni itaǝtsizlik ⱪurbanliⱪi ⱪilip kǝltürsun; xu itaǝtsizlik ⱪurbanliⱪi bolƣan ⱪoqⱪarning baⱨasini sǝn muⱪǝddǝs jaydiki xǝkǝlning ɵlqǝm birliki boyiqǝ kümüx xǝkǝlgǝ tohtatⱪin.
“If anyone sins and acts unfaithfully in regard to the things that belong to Yahweh, but did so unintentionally, then he must bring his guilt offering to Yahweh. This offering must be a ram without blemish from the flock; its value must be appraised in silver shekels—the shekel of the sanctuary—as a guilt offering.
16 Andin xu kixi muⱪǝddǝs nǝrsilǝrgǝ nisbǝtǝn ɵtküzgǝn hataliⱪidin bolƣan ziyanni toldursun, xundaⱪla ziyanning bǝxtin biri boyiqǝ ⱪoxup kaⱨinƣa tɵlǝm tɵlisun. Bu yol bilǝn kaⱨin itaǝtsizlik ⱪurbanliⱪi bolƣan ⱪoqⱪarning wasitisi bilǝn uning üqün kafarǝt kǝltüridu; xu gunaⱨ uningdin kǝqürülidu.
He must satisfy Yahweh for what he had done wrong in connection with what is holy, and he must add one-fifth to it and give it to the priest. Then the priest will make atonement for him with the ram of the guilt offering, and that person will be forgiven.
17 Əgǝr birsi bilmǝy Pǝrwǝrdigarning «ⱪilma» degǝn ⱨǝrⱪandaⱪ ǝmrlirining birǝrisigǝ hilapliⱪ ⱪilip, gunaⱨkar bolƣan bolsa u ⱪǝbiⱨlikining jazasiƣa tartilidu;
If anyone sins and does anything that Yahweh has commanded not to be done, even if he was unaware of it, he is still guilty and must carry his own guilt.
18 xundaⱪ bolsa, u uxxaⱪ maldin sǝn tohtatⱪan ⱪimmǝttǝ bejirim bir ⱪoqⱪarni itaǝtsizlik ⱪurbanliⱪi ⱪilip sunsun. Bu yol bilǝn kaⱨin uning bilmǝy ɵtküzgǝn itaǝtsizliki üqün kafarǝt kǝltüridu wǝ xu itaǝtsizlik gunaⱨi uningdin kǝqürülidu.
He must bring a ram without blemish out of the flock, worth the current value, as a guilt offering to the priest. Then the priest will make atonement for him concerning the sin he has committed, of which he was unaware, and he will be forgiven.
19 Bu itaǝtsizlik ⱪurbanliⱪi bolidu; qünki u dǝrⱨǝⱪiⱪǝt Pǝrwǝrdigarning aldida itaǝtsizlik ⱪilƣan.
It is a guilt offering, and he is certainly guilty before Yahweh.”
