< Ayup 1 >
1 «Uz» degǝn yurtta, Ayup isimlik bir adǝm yaxiƣanidi. Bu adǝm bolsa ⱪusursiz, durus, Hudadin ⱪorⱪidiƣan, yamanliⱪtin ɵzini yiraⱪ tutidiƣan adǝm idi.
Once there was a man called Job who lived in the land of Uz. He was a man of integrity who did what was right. He respected God and avoided evil.
2 Uningdin yǝttǝ oƣul wǝ üq ⱪiz tuƣuldi.
He had seven sons and three daughters.
3 Uning yǝttǝ ming ⱪoy, üq ming tɵgǝ, bǝx yüz jüp kala, bǝx yüz mada exǝk ⱪatarliⱪ mal-mülki bar idi. Uning malayliri bǝk kɵp idi; u xǝrⱪliⱪlǝr iqidǝ ⱨǝmmidin uluƣ idi.
He owned seven thousand sheep, three thousand camels, five hundred teams of oxen, and five hundred female donkeys, as well as many servants. He was more wealthy than anyone else in the East.
4 Uning oƣulliri nɵwǝt boyiqǝ bekitkǝn kündǝ ɵz ɵyidǝ baxⱪilar üqün dastihan selip ziyapǝt ⱪilatti. Bu künlǝrdǝ ular adǝm ǝwǝtip üq singlisini ular bilǝn billǝ tamaⱪlinixⱪa qaⱪiritatti.
Job's sons used to take turns holding feasts in their homes on their specific day, also inviting their sisters to come and eat and drink with them.
5 Ularning xu ziyapǝt künliri ayaƣlixi bilǝn Ayup adǝm ǝwǝtip ularni Huda aldida paklinixⱪa orunlaxturatti. U tang sǝⱨǝrdǝ ornidin turup ularning saniƣa asasǝn kɵydürmǝ ⱪurbanliⱪlarni ⱪilatti. Qünki Ayup: «Balilirim gunaⱨ ⱪilip ⱪoyup, kɵnglidǝ Hudaƣa biⱨɵrmǝtlik ⱪilip ⱪoyamdikin» dǝp oylaytti. Ayup ⱨǝrdaim ǝnǝ xundaⱪ ⱪilip turatti.
When the days of feasting were over, Job would send for them and purify them by getting up early in the morning to offer a burnt offering for each of them. He was concerned, thinking to himself, “Maybe my children have sinned in some way and have unintentionally offended God.” This is what Job always did.
6 Bir küni, Hudaning oƣulliri Pǝrwǝrdigarning ⱨuzuriƣa ⱨazir boldi. Xǝytanmu ularning arisiƣa kiriwaldi.
One day the angels came to present themselves to the Lord, and Satan came with them.
7 Pǝrwǝrdigar Xǝytandin: — Nǝdin kǝlding? — dǝp soridi. Xǝytan Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa jawabǝn: — Yǝr yüzini kezip paylap, uyaⱪ-buyaⱪlarni aylinip qɵrgilǝp kǝldim, dedi.
The Lord asked Satan, “What have you been doing?” “Traveling around on earth, going here and there,” Satan replied.
8 Pǝrwǝrdigar uningƣa: — Mening ⱪulum Ayupⱪa diⱪⱪǝt ⱪilƣansǝn? Yǝr yüzidǝ uningdǝk mukǝmmǝl, durus, Hudadin ⱪorⱪidiƣan ⱨǝm yamanliⱪtin yiraⱪ turidiƣan adǝm yoⱪ, — dedi.
“Have you paid attention to Job, my servant?” asked the Lord. “There's no one like him on earth, a man of integrity who does what is right, who respects God and avoids evil.”
9 Xǝytan Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa jawabǝn: — Ayup Hudadin bikardin bikar ⱪorⱪmiƣandu?
“Is it for nothing that Job respects God?” Satan answered. “You've placed a protective fence around him and his family—in fact around everything he has.
10 Ɵzüng uning ɵzi, ailisidikiliri ⱨǝm uning ⱨǝmmǝ nǝrsisining ǝtrapiƣa ⱪaxa ⱪoyƣan ǝmǝsmu? Sǝn uning ⱪoliƣa bǝrikǝt ata ⱪilding, xuning bilǝn uning tǝǝlluⱪati tǝrǝp-tǝrǝptin güllinip awumaⱪta.
You have blessed everything he does. His flocks and herds have increased so much they fill the whole land!
11 Əgǝr Sǝn ⱪolungni sozup, uning ⱨǝmmǝ nǝrsilirigǝ tegip ⱪoysang, u Sǝndin yüz ɵrüp, Seni tillimisa [Xǝytan bolmay ketǝy]! — dedi.
But if you reach out and take everything he has, he will definitely curse you to your face.”
12 Pǝrwǝrdigar Xǝytanƣa: — Mana, uning ⱨǝmmǝ nǝrsisini sening ⱪolungƣa tutⱪuzdum! Biraⱪ uning ɵzigǝ tǝgküqi bolma! — dedi. Xundaⱪ ⱪilip Xǝytan Pǝrwǝrdigarning ⱨuzuridin qiⱪip kǝtti.
The Lord told Satan, “Very well, you have the power to do whatever you want to everything he has, but don't hurt him physically.” Then Satan left the Lord's presence.
13 Bir küni, Ayupning oƣul-ⱪizliri qong akisining ɵyidǝ tamaⱪ yǝp, xarab iqip olturatti.
The day came when while Job's sons and daughters were eating and drinking wine in their eldest brother's house,
14 Bir hǝwǝrqi Ayupning yeniƣa kelip uningƣa: — Kalilar bilǝn yǝr ⱨǝydǝwatattuⱪ, exǝklǝr ǝtrapta otlawatatti;
a messenger came to Job and told him, “As the oxen were plowing and female donkeys were grazing nearby,
15 Xebaliⱪlar ⱨujum ⱪilip kala-exǝklǝrni bulap kǝtti. Ixlǝwatⱪan yaxlarni ⱪiliqlap ɵltüriwǝtti. Yalƣuz mǝnla ⱪutulup ⱪelip, siligǝ hǝwǝr yǝtküzüxkǝ nesip boldi, — dedi.
the Sabeans attacked and took them, killing the herdsmen. Only I escaped to bring you this news.”
16 Bu adǝmning gepi tehi tügimǝy turupla, yǝnǝ birsi yügürüp kelip Ayupⱪa: — Asmandin Hudaning oti qüxüp ⱪoylar wǝ ixlǝwatⱪan yaxlarni kɵydüriwǝtti; yalƣuz mǝnla ⱪutulup ⱪaldim, siligǝ hǝwǝr yǝtküzüxkǝ nesip boldum, — dedi.
While he was still speaking another messenger arrived and said, “The fire of God fell from heaven and set the sheep and shepherds on fire and burned them up. Only I escaped to bring you this news.”
17 Bu adǝmning gepi tehi tügimǝy turupla, yǝnǝ birsi yügürüp kelip Ayupⱪa: — Kaldiylǝr üq tǝrǝptin ⱨujum ⱪilip tɵgilǝrni bulap elip kǝtti, ixlǝwatⱪan yaxlarni ⱪiliqlap ɵltürüwǝtti; yalƣuz mǝnla ⱪutulup ⱪaldim, siligǝ hǝwǝr yǝtküzüxkǝ nesip boldum, — dedi.
While he was still speaking another messenger arrived and said, “Three armed companies of Chaldeans attacked the camels and took them, killing the herdsmen. Only I escaped to bring you this news.”
18 Bu adǝmning gepi tehi tügimǝy turupla, yǝnǝ birsi yügürüp kelip Ayupⱪa: — Oƣulliri wǝ ⱪizliri qong akisining ɵyidǝ tamaⱪ yǝp, xarab iqip olturƣinida,
While he was still speaking another messenger arrived and said, “Your sons and daughters were eating and drinking wine in the house of their eldest brother
19 tuyuⱪsiz, qɵldin ⱪattiⱪ bir boran qiⱪip ɵyning tɵt bulungini ⱪattiⱪ soⱪup, ɵy ƣulap qüxüp yaxlarni ɵltürüwǝtti; yalƣuz mǝnla ⱪutulup ⱪaldim, siligǝ hǝwǝr yǝtküzüxkǝ nesip boldum, — dedi.
when all of a sudden a tremendous wind came in from the desert. It hit the house on all four sides so that it collapsed on them and they died. Only I escaped to bring you this news.”
20 Ayup bolsa buni anglap ornidin dǝs turup, tonini yirtip, qeqini qüxüriwetip, ɵzini yǝrgǝ taxlap Hudaƣa ibadǝt ⱪildi: —
Then Job stood up and tore his robe. Then cut off his hair and fell to the ground in worship.
21 Mǝn apamning ⱪorsiⱪidin yalingaq qüxkǝn, u yǝrgimu yalingaq ⱪaytimǝn; ⱨǝmmini Pǝrwǝrdigar [manga] bǝrgǝn, ǝmdi Pǝrwǝrdigar [mǝndin] elip kǝtti; Pǝrwǝrdigarning namiƣa tǝxǝkkür-mǝdⱨiyǝ ⱪayturulsun! — dedi.
“I was naked when I came out of my mother's womb, and I shall be naked when I leave,” he said. “The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away. May the Lord's name be honored.”
22 Bularning ⱨǝmmisidǝ Ayup gunaⱨ ⱪilmidi wǝ yaki Hudani ⱨeqⱪandaⱪ nalayiⱪliⱪ bilǝn ǝyiblimidi.
In all of this Job did not sin, nor blame God.
