< Əstǝr 3 >
1 Bu ixlardin keyin padixaⱨ Aⱨaxwerox Agagiylardin bolƣan Ⱨammidataning oƣli Ⱨamanning mǝnsipini ɵstürdi; padixaⱨ uning ornini ɵstürüp, ɵzi bilǝn billǝ ixlǝydiƣan barliⱪ ǝmirlǝrningkidin yuⱪiri ⱪildi.
And after this king Artaxerxes highly honoured Aman [son] of Amadathes, the Bugaean, and exalted him, and set his seat above all his friends.
2 Padixaⱨ uning ⱨǝⱪⱪidǝ ǝmr ⱪilƣaqⱪa, orda dǝrwazisida turƣan padixaⱨning barliⱪ ǝmǝldarliri Ⱨamanning aldida tǝzim ⱪilip bax uratti; lekin Mordikay bolsa Ⱨamanƣa nǝ tǝzim ⱪilmidi, nǝ bax urmidi.
And all in the palace did him obeisance, for so the king had given orders to do: but Mardochaeus did not do him obeisance.
3 Orda dǝrwazisida turƣan padixaⱨning hizmǝtkarliri Mordikaydin: — Sili nemixⱪa padixaⱨning ǝmrigǝ hilapliⱪ ⱪilidila? — dǝp soraytti.
And they in the king's palace said to Mardochaeus, Mardochaeus, why do you transgress the commands of the king?
4 Xundaⱪ boldiki, ular ⱨǝr küni nǝsiⱨǝt ⱪilixⱪan bolsimu, u ⱪulaⱪ salmiƣandin keyin, ular: — Ⱪeni, Mordikayning ⱪilƣan bu ixiƣa yol ⱪoyulamdu-yoⱪ, bir kɵrǝyliqu, dǝp buni Ⱨamanƣa eytti; qünki u ularƣa ɵzining Yǝⱨudiy ikǝnlikini eytⱪanidi.
[Thus] they spoke daily to him, but he listened not to them; so they represented to Aman that Mardochaeus resisted the commands of the king: and Mardochaeus had shown to them that he was a Jew.
5 Ⱨaman Mordikayning ɵzigǝ bax urup tǝzim ⱪilmiƣanliⱪini kɵrüp ⱪattiⱪ ƣǝzǝplǝndi.
And when Aman understood that Mardochaeus did not obeisance to him, he was greatly enraged,
6 Lekin u «Mordikayning üstigǝ ⱪol selixni kiqikkinǝ bir ix» dǝp ⱨesablidi; qünki ular Mordikayning millitini uningƣa dǝp ⱪoyƣanidi; xunga Ⱨaman Aⱨaxweroxning pütkül padixaⱨliⱪidiki Yǝⱨudiylarni, yǝni Mordikayning hǝlⱪini biraⱪla yoⱪitix yolini izdǝp yürdi.
and took counsel to destroy utterly all the Jews who were under the rule of Artaxerxes.
7 Padixaⱨ Aⱨaxweroxning on ikkinqi yili birinqi ayda, yǝni Nisan eyida, birsi Ⱨamanning aldida [ⱪutluⱪ] ay-künni bekitix üqün ⱨǝr kün, ⱨǝr ay boyiqǝ «pur», yǝni qǝk taxliwidi, on ikkinqi ayƣa, yǝni «Adar eyi»ƣa qiⱪti.
And he made a decree in the twelfth year of the reign of Artaxerxes, and cast lots daily and monthly, to kill in one day the race of Mardochaeus: and the lot fell on the fourteenth [day] of the month which is Adar.
8 Ⱨaman padixaⱨ Aⱨaxweroxⱪa: — Padixaⱨliⱪlirining ⱨǝrⱪaysi ɵlkiliridiki ǝl-millǝtlǝr arisida qeqilip yaxawatⱪan bir hǝlⱪ bar; ularning ⱪanun-bǝlgilimiliri baxⱪa hǝlⱪlǝrningkigǝ ohximaydu, ular aliylirining ⱪanun-bǝlgilimilirigimu boysunmaydu; xunga ularning yaxixiƣa yol ⱪoyux aliyliriƣa ⱨeq payda yǝtküzmǝydu.
And he spoke to king Artaxerxes, saying, There is a nation scattered amongst the nations in all your kingdom, and their laws differ from [those of] all the [other] nations; and they disobey the laws of the king; and it is not expedient for the king to let them alone.
9 Əgǝr padixaⱨimƣa layiⱪ kɵrünsǝ, ularni yoⱪitix toƣruluⱪ yarliⱪ pütüp qüxürgǝyla; mana mǝn ɵz yenimdin on ming talant kümüxni aliylirining hǝzinilirigǝ selix üqün padixaⱨliⱪning ixlirini baxⱪuridiƣan hadimlarning ⱪoliƣa tapxurimǝn, dedi.
If it seem good to the king, let him make a decree to destroy them: and I will remit into the king's treasury ten thousand talents of silver.
10 Xuning bilǝn padixaⱨ ɵzining barmiⱪidin üzükni siyrip qiⱪirip, Yǝⱨudiylarning rǝⱪibi, Agagiy Ⱨammidataning oƣli Ⱨamanƣa berip:
And the king took off his ring, and gave it into the hands of Aman, to seal the decrees against the Jews.
11 — Xu kümüxlǝrni ɵzünggǝ in’am ⱪildim, u hǝlⱪnimu sanga tapxurdum, ularni ⱪandaⱪ ⱪilixni halisang, xundaⱪ ⱪil! — dedi.
And the king said to Aman, Keep the silver, and treat the nation as you will.
12 Andin birinqi ayning on üqinqi küni padixaⱨning mirziliri qaⱪirilip, yarliⱪ Ⱨamanning barliⱪ tapiliƣini boyiqǝ pütüldi; u ⱨǝrⱪaysi ɵlkilǝrgǝ ɵz yeziⱪida, ⱨǝrⱪaysi ǝl-millǝtkǝ ɵz tilida yazdurulup, ⱨǝrbir ɵlkilǝrning waliyliriƣa, ⱨǝrbir ǝl-millǝtning ǝmirlirigǝ ǝwǝtildi; yarliⱪ padixaⱨ Aⱨaxweroxning namida pütülgǝn bolup, uning üzük mɵⱨüri bilǝn peqǝtlǝndi.
So the king's recorders were called in the first month, on the thirteenth [day], and they wrote as Aman commanded to the captains and governors in every province, from India even to Ethiopia, to a hundred and twenty-seven provinces; and to the rulers of the nations according to their [several] languages, in the name of king Artaxerxes.
13 Yarliⱪ mǝktupliri qaparmǝnlǝrning ⱪoli bilǝn padixaⱨliⱪning ⱨǝrⱪaysi ɵlkilirigǝ yǝtküzüldi; uningda bir kün iqidǝ — On ikkinqi ayning, yǝni Adar eyining on üqinqi küni ⱪeri-yax, balilar wǝ ayallar demǝy, barliⱪ Yǝⱨudiylarni ⱪoymay ⱪirip, ɵltürüp, nǝsli ⱪurutuwetilsun, ularning mal-mülki olja ⱪilinsun, deyilgǝnidi.
And [the message] was sent by posts throughout the kingdom of Artaxerxes, to destroy utterly the race of the Jews on the first day of the twelfth month, which is Adar, and to plunder their goods.
14 Xu yarliⱪ ⱨǝrbir ɵlkidǝ jakarlinix üqün, xundaⱪla xu küni ⱨǝrbir hǝlⱪ xundaⱪ ⱪilixⱪa tǝyyar bolup turuxi üqün, mǝktupning kɵqürmǝ nushiliri ⱨǝrbir ǝl-millǝtkǝ elan ⱪilinmaⱪqi boldi.
And the copies of the letters were published in every province; and an order was given to all the nations to be ready against that day.
15 Qaparmǝnlǝr padixaⱨning ǝmri boyiqǝ dǝrⱨal yolƣa qiⱪti; yarliⱪ Xuxan ⱪǝl’ǝsining ɵzidimu elan ⱪilindi. Bu qaƣda padixaⱨ Ⱨaman bilǝn xarab iqixkǝ olturƣanidi. Lekin Xuxan xǝⱨiridikilǝr dǝkkǝ-dükkigǝ qɵmüp ketixti.
And the business was hastened, and [that] at Susa: and the king and Aman began to drink; but the city was troubled.
