1 Kim dana kixigǝ tǝng kelǝlǝydu? Kim ixlarni qüxǝndürüxni bilidu? Kixining danaliⱪi qirayini nurluⱪ ⱪilidu, yüzining sürini yorutidu.
Who is as the wise man? and who knoweth the interpretation of a thing? a man’s wisdom maketh his face to shine, and the boldness of his face shall be changed.
2 Padixaⱨning pǝrmaniƣa ⱪulaⱪ selixingni dǝwǝt ⱪilimǝn; bolupmu Huda aldida iqkǝn ⱪǝsǝm tüpǝylidin xundaⱪ ⱪilƣin.
I counsel thee to keep the king’s commandment, and that in regard of the oath of God.
3 Uning aldidin qiⱪip ketixkǝ aldirima; yaman bir dǝwani ⱪollaxta qing turma; qünki padixaⱨ nemini halisa xuni ⱪilidu.
Be not hasty to go out of his sight: stand not in an evil thing; for he doeth whatever pleaseth him.
4 Qünki padixaⱨning sɵzi ⱨoⱪuⱪtur; kim uningƣa: «Ɵzliri nemǝ ⱪilila?» — deyǝlisun?
Where the word of a king is, there is power: and who may say to him, What doest thou?
5 Kim [padixaⱨning] pǝrmanini tutⱪan bolsa ⱨeq yamanliⱪni kɵrmǝydu; dana kixining kɵngli ⱨǝm pǝytni ⱨǝm yolni pǝmliyǝlǝydu.
He who keepeth the commandment shall feel no evil thing: and a wise man’s heart discerneth both time and judgment.
6 Qünki ⱨǝrbir ix-arzuning pǝyti wǝ yoli bar; insan keyinki ixlarni bilmigǝqkǝ, uning dǝrd-ǝlimi ɵzini ⱪattiⱪ basidu. Kim uningƣa ⱪandaⱪ bolidiƣanliⱪini eytalisun?
Because to every purpose there is time and judgment, therefore the misery of man is great upon him.
7
For he knoweth not that which shall be: for who can tell him when it shall be?
8 Ⱨeqkim ɵz roⱨiƣa igǝ bolalmas, yǝni ⱨeqkimning ɵz roⱨini ɵzidǝ ⱪaldurux ⱨoⱪuⱪi yoⱪtur; ⱨeqkimning ɵlüx künini ɵz ⱪolida tutux ⱨoⱪuⱪi yoⱪtur; xu jǝngdin ⱪeqixⱪa ruhsǝt yoⱪtur; rǝzillik rǝzillikkǝ berilgüqilǝrni ⱪutⱪuzmas.
There is no man that hath power over the spirit to retain the spirit; neither hath he power in the day of death: and there is no discharge in that war; neither shall wickedness deliver those that are given to it.
9 Bularning ⱨǝmmisini kɵrüp qiⱪtim, xundaⱪla ⱪuyax astida ⱪilinƣan ⱨǝrbir ixⱪa, adǝmning adǝm üstigǝ ⱨoⱪuⱪ tutⱪanliⱪi bilǝn ularƣa ziyan yǝtküzidiƣan muxu waⱪitⱪa kɵngül ⱪoydum.
All this have I seen, and applied my heart to every work that is done under the sun: there is a time in which one man ruleth over another to his own hurt.
10 Xuningdǝk rǝzillǝrning dǝpnǝ ⱪilinƣanliⱪini kɵrdüm; ular ǝslidǝ muⱪǝddǝs jayƣa kirip-qiⱪip yürǝtti; ular [muⱪǝddǝs jaydin] qiⱪipla, rǝzil ixlarni ⱪilƣan xu xǝⱨǝr iqidǝ mahtilidu tehi! Bumu bimǝniliktur!
And so I saw the wicked buried, who had come and gone from the place of the holy, and they were forgotten in the city where they had so done: this is also vanity.
11 Rǝzillik üstidin ⱨɵküm tezdin bǝja kǝltürülmigǝqkǝ, xunga insan balilirining kɵngli rǝzillikni yürgüzüxkǝ pütünlǝy berilip ketidu.
Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.
12 Gunaⱨkar yüz ⱪetim rǝzillik ⱪilip, künlirini uzartsimu, Hudadin ⱪorⱪidiƣanlarning ǝⱨwali ulardin yahxi bolidu dǝp bilimǝn; qünki ular uning aldida ⱪorⱪidu.
Though a sinner doeth evil an hundred times, and his days are prolonged, yet surely I know that it shall be well with them that fear God, who fear before him:
13 Biraⱪ rǝzillǝrning ǝⱨwali yahxi bolmaydu, uning künliri sayidǝk tezla ɵtüp, künliri uzartilmaydu, qünki u Huda aldida ⱪorⱪmaydu.
But it shall not be well with the wicked, neither shall he prolong his days, which are as a shadow; because he feareth not before God.
14 Yǝr yüzidǝ yürgüzülgǝn bir bimǝnilik bar; bexiƣa rǝzillǝrning ⱪilƣini boyiqǝ kün qüxidiƣan ⱨǝⱪⱪaniy adǝmlǝr bar; bexiƣa ⱨǝⱪⱪaniy adǝmlǝrning ⱪilƣini boyiqǝ yahxiliⱪ qüxidiƣan rǝzil adǝmlǝrmu bar. Mǝn bu ixnimu bimǝnilik dedim.
There is a vanity which is done upon the earth; that there are just men, to whom it happeneth according to the work of the wicked; again, there are wicked men, to whom it happeneth according to the work of the righteous: I said that this also is vanity.
15 Xunga mǝn tamaxini tǝriplidim; qünki insan üqün ⱪuyax astida yeyix, iqix wǝ ⱨuzur elixtin yahsi ix yoⱪtur; xundaⱪ ⱪilip uning ǝmgikidin bolƣan mewǝ Huda tǝⱪdim ⱪilƣan ⱪuyax astidiki ɵmrining barliⱪ künliridǝ ɵzigǝ ⱨǝmraⱨ bolidu.
Then I commended mirth, because a man hath no better thing under the sun, than to eat, and to drink, and to be merry: for that shall abide with him of his labour the days of his life, which God giveth him under the sun.
16 Kɵnglümni danaliⱪni wǝ yǝr yüzidǝ ⱪilinƣan ixlarni bilip yetix üqün ⱪoyƣanda, xundaⱪla Huda ⱪilƣan barliⱪ ixlarni kɵrginimdǝ xuni bayⱪidim: — Insan ⱨǝtta keqǝ-kündüz kɵzlirigǝ uyⱪuni kɵrsǝtmisimu, ⱪuyax astidiki barliⱪ ixni bilip yetǝlmǝydu; u uni qüxinixkǝ ⱪanqǝ intilsǝ, u xunqǝ bilip yetǝlmǝydu. Ⱨǝtta dana kixi «Buni bilip yǝttim» desimu, ǝmǝliyǝttǝ u uni bilip yǝtmǝydu.
When I applied my heart to know wisdom, and to see the business that is done upon the earth: (for also there is that neither day nor night seeth sleep with his eyes: )
Then I beheld all the work of God, that a man cannot find out the work that is done under the sun: because though a man may labour to seek it out, yet he shall not find it; yea further; though a wise man thinketh to know it, yet shall he not be able to find it.
