< Ⱪanun xǝrⱨi 27 >

1 Musa wǝ Israilning aⱪsaⱪalliri hǝlⱪⱪǝ buyrup mundaⱪ dedi: — «Mǝn bügün silǝrgǝ tapiliƣan bu barliⱪ ǝmrni tutunglar.
Moses [Drawn out] and the elders of Israel [God prevails] enjoined the people, saying, “Keep all the mitzvot ·instructions· and statutes which I enjoin you today.
2 Iordan dǝryasidin ɵtüp Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudayinglar silǝrgǝ beridiƣan zeminƣa kirgǝn kündǝ, silǝr qong-qong taxlarni tiklǝp ularni ⱨak bilǝn aⱪartinglar;
It shall be on the day when you shall pass over the Jordan [Descender] to the land which Adonai your God gives you, that you shall set yourself up great stones, and coat them with plaster.
3 andin ata-bowiliringlarning Hudasi Pǝrwǝrdigar silǝrgǝ wǝdǝ ⱪilƣinidǝk, Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudayinglar silǝrgǝ beridiƣan, süt bilǝn ⱨǝsǝl eⱪip turidiƣan zeminƣa kirixinglar üqün dǝryadin ɵtkininglǝrdǝ, bu ⱪanunning ⱨǝmmǝ sɵzlirini xu taxlarƣa pütüp ⱪoyunglar.
You shall write on them all the words of this Torah ·Teaching·, when you have passed over; that you may go in to the land which Adonai your God gives you, a land flowing with milk and honey, as Adonai, the God of your fathers, has promised you.
4 Silǝr Iordan dǝryasidin ɵtüp, mening bügünki ǝmrim boyiqǝ xu taxlarni Ebal teƣida tiklǝp, ularni ⱨak bilǝn aⱪartinglar.
It shall be, when you have crossed over the Jordan [Descender], that you shall set up these stones, which I enjoin you today, on Mount Ebal, and you shall coat them with plaster.
5 Silǝr xu yǝrdǝ Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudayinglar üqün tɵmür ǝswab tǝgmigǝn taxlardin ⱪurbangaⱨ yasanglar;
There you shall build an altar to Adonai your God, an altar of stones. You shall not use any iron tool on them.
6 Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudayinglarning bu ⱪurbangaⱨi yonulmiƣan, pütün taxlardin yasalsun; uning üstidǝ kɵydürmǝ ⱪurbanliⱪlarni Hudayinglar Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa atap sununglar,
You shall build Adonai your God’s altar of uncut stones. You shall offer burnt offerings on it to Adonai your God.
7 wǝ xu yǝrdǝ inaⱪliⱪ ⱪurbanliⱪlirinimu sununglar, ulardin yǝp Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudayinglarning ⱨuzurida xadlininglar.
You shall sacrifice peace offerings, and shall eat there. You shall rejoice before Adonai your God.
8 Silǝr xu taxlar üstigǝ bu ⱪanunning ⱨǝmmǝ sɵzlirini eniⱪ pütüp ⱪoyunglar».
You shall write on the stones all the words of this Torah ·Teaching· very plainly.”
9 Andin Musa bilǝn Lawiy kaⱨinlar pütkül Israilƣa sɵz ⱪilip: «Əy Israil, xük turup anglanglar! Silǝr bügün Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudayinglarning hǝlⱪi boldunglar.
Moses [Drawn out] and the priests the Levites [Descendants of United with] spoke to all Israel [God prevails], saying, “Be silent, and sh'ma ·hear obey·, Israel [God prevails]! Today you have become the people of Adonai your God.
10 Əmdi Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudayinglarning awaziƣa ⱪulaⱪ selip, mǝn bügün silǝrgǝ tapiliƣan uning ǝmrliri wǝ bǝlgilimilirigǝ ǝmǝl ⱪilinglar» — deyixti.
You shall therefore sh'ma ·hear obey· Adonai your God’s voice, and do his instructions and his statutes, which I enjoin you today.”
11 Xu küni Musa hǝlⱪⱪǝ ǝmr ⱪilip mundaⱪ dedi: —
Moses [Drawn out] enjoined the people the same day, saying,
12 Silǝr Iordan dǝryasidin ɵtkǝndin keyin, bular, yǝni Ximeon, Lawiy, Yǝⱨuda, Issakar, Yüsüp bilǝn Binyaminlar Gǝrizim teƣining üstidǝ turup, hǝlⱪⱪǝ bǝht-bǝrikǝt tilisun.
“These shall stand on Mount Gerizim to bless the people, when you have crossed over the Jordan [Descender]: Simeon [Hearing], Levi [United with], Judah [Praised], Issachar [Hire, Reward], Joseph [May he add], and Benjamin [Son of right hand, Son of south].
13 Bular, yǝni Rubǝn, Gad, Axir, Zǝbulun, Dan bilǝn Naftali Ebal teƣining üstidǝ lǝnǝt oⱪuxⱪa tursun.
These shall stand on Mount Ebal for the curse: Reuben [See, a son!], Gad [Good fortune], Asher [Happy], Zebulun [Living together], Dan [He judged], and Naphtali [My wrestling].
14 U waⱪitta Lawiylar Israillarning ⱨǝmmisigǝ yuⱪiri awaz bilǝn: —
With a loud voice, the Levites [Descendants of United with] shall say to all the men of Israel [God prevails],
15 «Kimki ⱨünǝrwǝnning ⱪoli bilǝn birǝr oyma yaki ⱪuyma mǝbudni yasap qiⱪsa (Pǝrwǝrdigar aldida yirginqlik ixtur!), uni yoxurunqǝ tiklǝp ⱪoysa lǝnǝtkǝ ⱪalsun» dǝp jakarlisun. Andin hǝlⱪning ⱨǝmmisi jawabǝn: — Amin! desun.
‘Cursed is the man who makes an engraved or molten image, an abomination to Adonai, the work of the hands of the craftsman, and sets it up in secret.’ All the people shall answer and say, ‘Amen ·So be it·.’
16 «Kimki ata-anisini kɵzgǝ ilmisa lǝnǝtkǝ ⱪalsun» dǝp jakarlisun. Andin hǝlⱪning ⱨǝmmisi jawabǝn: — Amin! desun.
‘Cursed is he who dishonors his father or his mother.’ All the people shall say, ‘Amen ·So be it·.’
17 «Kimki ⱪoxnisining pasil texini yɵtkisǝ lǝnǝtkǝ ⱪalsun», dǝp jakarlisun. Andin hǝlⱪning ⱨǝmmisi jawabǝn: — Amin! desun.
‘Cursed is he who removes his neighbor’s landmark.’ All the people shall say, ‘Amen ·So be it·.’
18 «Kimki bir korni yoldin azdursa lǝnǝtkǝ ⱪalsun» dǝp jakarlisun. Andin hǝlⱪning ⱨǝmmisi jawabǝn: — Amin! desun.
‘Cursed is he who leads the blind astray, intoxicated, unintentional sin ·error· on the road.’ All the people shall say, ‘Amen ·So be it·.’
19 «Kimki musapir, yetim-yesir wǝ tul hotun toƣrisidiki ⱨɵkümni burmilisa, lǝnǝtkǝ ⱪalsun» dǝp jakarlisun. Andin hǝlⱪning ⱨǝmmisi jawabǝn: — Amin! desun.
‘Cursed is he who withholds mishpat ·justice· from the foreigner, orphan, and widow.’ All the people shall say, ‘Amen ·So be it·.’
20 «Kimki atisining hotuni bilǝn yatsa, atisining yotⱪinini aqⱪan bolƣaqⱪa lǝnǝtkǝ ⱪalsun» dǝp jakarlisun. Andin hǝlⱪning ⱨǝmmisi jawabǝn: Amin! — desun.
‘Cursed is he who lies with his father’s wife, because he dishonors his father’s bed.’ ‘All the people shall say, ‘Amen ·So be it·.’
21 «Kimki ⱨaywan bilǝn munasiwǝt ⱪilsa lǝnǝtkǝ ⱪalsun» dǝp jakarlisun. Andin hǝlⱪning ⱨǝmmisi jawabǝn: Amin! — desun.
‘Cursed is he who lies with any kind of animal.’ ‘All the people shall say, ‘Amen ·So be it·.’
22 «Kimki atisining ⱪizi yaki anisining ⱪizi bolƣan ɵz ⱨǝmxirisi bilǝn yatsa lǝnǝtkǝ ⱪalsun» — dǝp jakarlisun. Andin hǝlⱪning ⱨǝmmisi jawabǝn: Amin! — desun.
‘Cursed is he who lies with his sister, his father’s daughter or his mother’s daughter.’ ‘All the people shall say, ‘Amen ·So be it·.’
23 «Kimki ⱪeynanisi bilǝn yatsa lǝnǝtkǝ ⱪalsun» dǝp jakarlisun. Andin hǝlⱪning ⱨǝmmisi jawabǝn: Amin! — desun.
‘Cursed is he who lies with his mother-in-law.’ ‘All the people shall say, ‘Amen ·So be it·.’
24 «Kimki ⱪoxnisini paylap turup yoxurun ɵltürsǝ lǝnǝtkǝ ⱪalsun» dǝp jakarlisun. Andin hǝlⱪning ⱨǝmmisi jawabǝn: — Amin! desun.
‘Cursed is he who secretly kills his neighbor.’ ‘All the people shall say, ‘Amen ·So be it·.’
25 «Kimki gunaⱨsiz adǝmni ɵltürüp uning ⱪeni üqün ⱨǝⱪ alsa lǝnǝtkǝ ⱪalsun» dǝp jakarlisun. Andin hǝlⱪning ⱨǝmmisi jawabǝn: — Amin! desun.
‘Cursed is he who takes a bribe to kill an innocent person.’ All the people shall say, ‘Amen ·So be it·.’
26 «Kimki bu ⱪanunning sɵzlirigǝ kɵngül bɵlmǝy, uningƣa ǝmǝl ⱪilixta qing turmisa, lǝnǝtkǝ ⱪalsun» dǝp jakarlisun. Andin hǝlⱪning ⱨǝmmisi jawabǝn: — Amin! desun.
‘Cursed is he who does not uphold the words of this Torah ·Teaching· by doing them.’ ‘All the people shall say, “Amen ·So be it·.’”
