< Ⱪanun xǝrⱨi 25 >
1 Əgǝr ikki kixi birnǝrsini talixip ⱪelip, ⱨɵküm berixni tǝlǝp ⱪilip sot aldiƣa kǝlsǝ, undaⱪta soraⱪqilar dǝwaƣa ⱨɵküm qiⱪirip ⱨǝⱪdarni ⱨǝⱪ, gunaⱨi bar adǝmni gunaⱨkar dǝp jakarlisun.
If there is a dispute between men, they are to go to court to be judged, so that the innocent may be acquitted and the guilty condemned.
2 Əgǝr gunaⱨkar adǝm dǝrrigǝ layiⱪ bolsa, soraⱪqi uni ɵzining aldida yǝrgǝ yatⱪuzup, uning ⱪilƣan gunaⱨiƣa layiⱪ sanap dǝrrilisun.
If the guilty man deserves to be beaten, the judge shall have him lie down and be flogged in his presence with the number of lashes his crime warrants.
3 Lekin pǝⱪǝt ⱪiriⱪ dǝrrila urulsun; xuningdin ziyadǝ urulmisun, kɵp urulsa xu ⱪerindixing kɵz aldingda kǝmsitilgǝn bolidu.
He may receive no more than forty lashes, lest your brother be beaten any more than that and be degraded in your sight.
4 Sǝn haman tepiwatⱪan kalining aƣzini boƣmiƣin.
Do not muzzle an ox while it is treading out the grain.
5 Əgǝr bir yǝrdǝ turidiƣan ⱪerindax aka-inilarning biri bala yüzi kɵrmǝy ɵlüp kǝtsǝ, ɵlgǝn kixining ayali yat bir kixigǝ tǝgmisun; bǝlki uning erining birtuƣⱪan ⱪerindixi uning ⱪexiƣa kirip uni hotunluⱪⱪa elip, birtuƣⱪan ⱪerindaxliⱪ burqini ada ⱪilsun;
When brothers dwell together and one of them dies without a son, the widow must not marry outside the family. Her husband’s brother is to take her as his wife and fulfill the duty of a brother-in-law for her.
6 ɵlgǝn ⱪerindixining ismi Israildin ɵqürülmǝsliki üqün ayalning tunji balisiƣa uning ismi ⱪoyulsun.
The first son she bears will carry on the name of the dead brother, so that his name will not be blotted out from Israel.
7 Lekin ǝgǝr bu kixi yǝnggisini elixni halimisa, yǝnggisi [xǝⱨǝr] dǝrwazisidiki aⱪsaⱪallarning ⱪexiƣa berip: «Erimning birtuƣⱪan ⱪerindixi ɵz ⱪerindixining ismini Israilda ⱪalduruxⱪa unimidi; u mǝn üqün birtuƣⱪan ⱪerindaxliⱪ burqini ada ⱪilixⱪa unimidi», dǝp eytsun.
But if the man does not want to marry his brother’s widow, she is to go to the elders at the city gate and say, “My husband’s brother refuses to preserve his brother’s name in Israel. He is not willing to perform the duty of a brother-in-law for me.”
8 Andin uning xǝⱨiridiki aⱪsaⱪallar uni qaⱪirtip uningƣa nǝsiⱨǝt ⱪilsun; ǝgǝr u: «Mǝn uni hotunluⱪⱪa elixni halimaymǝn», dǝp qing turuwalsa,
Then the elders of his city shall summon him and speak with him. If he persists and says, “I do not want to marry her,”
9 yǝnggisi aⱪsaⱪallarning kɵz aldida uning ⱪexiƣa berip, uning putidin kǝxini saldurup, yüzigǝ tɵkürüp: «Bir tuƣⱪan ⱪerindixi üqün ailǝ ⱪuruxⱪa unimiƣan kixigǝ xundaⱪ ⱪilinsun!» dǝp jakarlisun.
his brother’s widow shall go up to him in the presence of the elders, remove his sandal, spit in his face, and declare, “This is what is done to the man who will not maintain his brother’s line.”
10 Xu kixining nami Israilning iqidǝ: «Kǝxi selinƣuqining ɵyi» dǝp atalsun.
And his family name in Israel will be called “The House of the Unsandaled.”
11 Əgǝr ikki adǝm bir-biri bilǝn uruxup ⱪalƣinida birining ayali ɵz erigǝ yardǝmlixip erini urƣuqining ⱪolidin ajratmaⱪqi bolup, ⱪolini uzitip urƣuqining jan yerini tutuwalsa,
If two men are fighting, and the wife of one steps in to rescue her husband from the one striking him, and she reaches out her hand and grabs his genitals,
12 undaⱪta sǝn uningƣa ⱨeq rǝⱨim ⱪilmay ⱪolini kesiwǝt.
you are to cut off her hand. You must show her no pity.
13 Sening haltangda qong-kiqik ikki hil taraza texi bolmisun.
You shall not have two differing weights in your bag, one heavy and one light.
14 Ɵyüngdǝ qong-kiqik ikki hil ǝfaⱨ saⱪlima.
You shall not have two differing measures in your house, one large and one small.
15 Taraza texing toptoƣra, durus bolsun; ǝfaⱨingmu toptoƣra, durus bolsun. Xundaⱪ ⱪilsang Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudaying sanga beridiƣan zeminda ɵmrüng uzun bolidu.
You must maintain accurate and honest weights and measures, so that you may live long in the land that the LORD your God is giving you.
16 Qünki kimki xundaⱪ ixlar ⱪilsa, kimki naⱨǝⱪ ix ⱪilsa, Hudaying Pǝrwǝrdigarning aldida yirginqlik sanilidu.
For everyone who behaves dishonestly in regard to these things is detestable to the LORD your God.
17 Misirdin qiⱪip keliwatⱪininglarda Amalǝklǝrning silǝrgǝ nemǝ ⱪilƣinini esinglarda tutunglar;
Remember what the Amalekites did to you along your way from Egypt,
18 ular Hudadin ⱪorⱪmay, yolda silǝrgǝ uqrap, silǝr ⱨerip-qarqap ⱨalinglar ⱪalmiƣan qaƣda, kǝyninglarda ⱪalƣan ajiz kixilǝrni urup yoⱪatmidimu? U Hudadin ⱨeq ⱪorⱪmidi.
how they met you on your journey when you were tired and weary, and they attacked all your stragglers; they had no fear of God.
19 Xunga, Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudaying mirasing bolsun dǝp sanga igilǝxkǝ beridiƣan zeminda, Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudaying ǝtrapingdiki barliⱪ düxmǝnliringdin amanliⱪ bǝrginidǝ, Amalǝklǝrning namini asmanning tegidǝ ǝslǝnmigüdǝk dǝrijidǝ ɵqürüwǝt; bu ixni unutma.
When the LORD your God gives you rest from the enemies around you in the land that He is giving you to possess as an inheritance, you are to blot out the memory of Amalek from under heaven. Do not forget!
