1 Silǝr Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudayinglarning pǝrzǝntliridursilǝr; ɵlgǝnlǝr üqün bǝdininglarni ⱨeq kǝsmǝslikinglar kerǝk wǝ yaki manglay qeqinglarni ⱪirip taⱪir ⱪilmasliⱪinglar kerǝk;
You are the children of the Lord your God. Don't mutilate yourselves or shave your forehead like pagans do when they mourn the dead,
2 qünki sǝn Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudayingƣa atalƣan muⱪǝddǝs bir hǝlⱪtursǝn; Pǝrwǝrdigar yǝr yüzidiki barliⱪ hǝlⱪlǝr arisidin Ɵzining alaⱨidǝ gɵⱨiri bolƣan bir hǝlⱪ boluxi üqün seni talliƣandur.
because you are a holy people who belong to the Lord your God. The Lord chose you as his special people out of all the nations on earth.
3 Sǝn ⱨeqⱪandaⱪ yirginqlik nǝrsini yemǝsliking kerǝk.
You must not eat anything repulsive.
4 Tɵwǝndikilǝr silǝr yeyixkǝ bolidiƣan ⱨaywanlar: — kala, ⱪoy, ɵqkǝ;
These are the animals that you are allowed to eat: cattle, sheep, goats,
5 keyik, jǝrǝn, buƣa, yawa ɵqkǝ, aⱨu, bɵkǝn, yawa ⱪoy,
deer, gazelles, wild goats, antelopes, and mountain sheep.
6 xundaⱪla ⱨaywanlar iqidǝ tuyaⱪliri pütünlǝy aqimaⱪ (tuyaⱪliri pütünlǝy yeriⱪ) ⱨǝm kɵxigüqi ⱨaywanlarning ⱨǝrhilini yesǝnglar bolidu.
You can eat any animal that both has a divided hoof and also chews the cud.
7 Lekin, kɵxigüqi yaki aqimaⱪ tuyaⱪliⱪ ⱨaywanlardin tɵwǝndikilǝrni yemǝslikinglar kerǝk: — Tɵgǝ, toxⱪan wǝ suƣur (qünki ular kɵxigüqi bolƣini bilǝn tuyiⱪi aqimaⱪ ǝmǝstur. Xunga ular silǝrgǝ ⱨaram bolidu).
But you are not allowed to eat those that either chew the cud or have a divided hoof. This includes: camels, rabbits, and rock hyraxes. Even though they chew the cud, they don't have a divided hoof. You must treat them as unclean.
8 Qoxⱪa bolsa tuyaⱪliri aqimaⱪ bolƣini bilǝn kɵximigini üqün silǝrgǝ ⱨaram bolidu. Xundaⱪ ⱨaywanlarning gɵxini yemǝslikinglar kerǝk wǝ ⱨǝm ɵlüklirigǝ tǝgmǝslikinglar kerǝk.
The same applies to the pig. Even though it has a divided hoof, it does not chew the cud. So you must treat it as unclean. You must not eat its meat or touch its dead body.
9 Suda yaxaydiƣan janiwarlardin tɵwǝndikilǝrni yeyixkǝ bolidu: — sudiki janiwarlardin ⱪaniti wǝ ⱪasiraⱪliri bolƣanlarni yeyixkǝ bolidu,
When it comes to creatures that live in the water, you are allowed to eat anything that has fins and scales.
10 lekin ⱪaniti wǝ ⱪasiraⱪliri bolmiƣanlarni yemǝslikinglar kerǝk; ular silǝrgǝ nisbǝtǝn ⱨaram bolidu.
But you must not eat anything that does not have fins and scales. You must treat them as unclean.
11 Barliⱪ ⱨalal ⱪuxlarni yesǝnglar bolidu;
You are allowed to eat any clean bird.
12 biraⱪ tɵwǝndiki uqar-ⱪanatlarni yemǝslikinglar kerǝk: yǝni bürküt, tapⱪux-ƣeqirlar, dengiz bürküti,
But you must not eat the following: eagle, griffon vulture, bearded vulture,
13 ⱪarliƣaq ⱪuyruⱪluⱪ sar, laqin, ⱪorultaz-tapⱪuxlar wǝ ularning hilliri,
buzzard, kites, any kind of falcon,
14 ⱨǝmmǝ ⱪaƣa-ⱪozƣunlar wǝ ularning hilliri,
any member of the crow family,
15 müxükyapilaⱪ, tɵgiⱪux, qayka, sar wǝ ularning hilliri,
tawny owl, long-eared owl, gulls, any kind of hawk,
16 ⱨuwⱪux, ibis, aⱪ ⱪu,
little owl, eagle owl, barn owl,
17 saⱪiyⱪux, beliⱪ’alƣuq, ⱪarna,
desert owl, Egyptian vulture, fish owl,
18 lǝylǝk, turna wǝ uning hilliri, ⱨɵpüp bilǝn xǝpǝrǝng degǝnlǝr silǝrgǝ ⱨaram sanalsun.
storks, any kind of heron, hoopoe, or bats.
19 Ⱨǝrbir ⱪanatliⱪ ɵmüligüqi ⱨaxarǝtlǝr bolsa silǝrgǝ nisbǝtǝn ⱨaram bolidu; ularni yemǝslikinglar kerǝk.
All insects that fly are unclean to you; you must not eat them.
20 Silǝr barliⱪ ⱨalal ⱪuxlarni yesǝnglar bolidu.
But you are allowed to eat any clean animal that has wings.
21 Silǝr ⱨeqⱪandaⱪ ɵlük janwarni yemǝslikinglar kerǝk; silǝr undaⱪ nǝrsini xǝⱨǝr-yezanglar iqidǝ turuwatⱪan musapirlarƣa beringlar; ular uningdin yesǝ bolidu yaki uni yat ǝlliklǝrkǝ setiwǝtsimu bolidu; qünki sǝn Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudayingƣa atalƣan muⱪǝddǝs bir hǝlⱪtursǝn. Sǝn oƣlaⱪni anisining sütidǝ ⱪaynitip pixursang bolmaydu.
You must not eat any animal that dies. You can give it to a foreigner in your town, and they can eat it, or you can sell it to a foreigner. You, however, are a holy people who belong to the Lord your God. Don't cook a young goat in its mother's milk.
22 Sǝn jǝzmǝn ⱨǝr yili etizdiki ⱨǝmmǝ teriⱪqiliⱪ mǝⱨsulatliringning ondin birini ayrixing kerǝk;
Make sure you pay a tithe of every crop grown each year in your fields.
23 sǝn xularni, yǝni axliⱪing, yengi xarabing, zǝytun meyingning ondin birini Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudayingning aldida, yǝni U Ɵz namini ⱪalduruxⱪa tallaydiƣan jayda yǝ, xundaⱪla kala-ⱪoy padiliridin ayrilƣan tunji balilirini xu yǝrdǝ yǝ; xundaⱪ ⱪilsang Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudayingdin daim ⱪorⱪuxni ɵginisǝn.
You are to eat a tenth of your grain, new wine, and olive oil, and the firstborn of your herds and flocks, in the presence of the Lord your God at the place he will choose to live with you, so that you will learn to always respect the Lord your God.
24 Wǝ Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudaying seni bǝrikǝtligǝndǝ, U Ɵz namini ⱪalduruxⱪa talliƣan xu jay sǝndin intayin yiraⱪ bolup, mǝⱨsulatliringni xu yǝrgǝ apiralmiƣudǝk bolsang,
However, if it's too far to carry all the tithe that the Lord your God has blessed you with, because the place where the Lord your God will choose to live with you is too distant,
25 sǝn xu qaƣda uni pulƣa setip, pulni ⱪolungƣa tengip, Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudaying talliƣan jayƣa barƣin wǝ
then you can exchange it for money, take the money with you and go to the place the Lord your God will choose.
26 wǝ kɵnglüng nemǝ tartsa, mǝyli kala, ⱪoy, mǝy-xarab, musǝllǝs bolsun, yaki xuningdǝk kɵnglüng tartⱪan ⱨǝrⱪandaⱪ nǝrsini xu pulƣa alsang bolidu; andin sǝn wǝ ɵyüngdikilǝr xu yǝrdǝ uningdin yǝp-iqip, Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudaying aldida xad-huram bolisilǝr.
Then you can spend the money on anything you like—cattle, sheep, wine, alcoholic drink, or anything else you want. Then you can have a feast there in the presence of the Lord your God and celebrate with your family.
27 Xǝⱨǝr-yeziliringda turuwatⱪan Lawiylarni untumasliⱪing kerǝk, qünki aranglarda uning ⱨeqⱪandaⱪ nesiwisi yaki mirasi yoⱪ.
Don't forget to take care of the Levites in your town, because they don't have any share in the allotment of land.
28 Ⱨǝr üq yilning ahirida sǝn xu yildiki mǝⱨsulatliringdin ondin birini ɵxrǝ ⱪilip qiⱪar; sǝn uni xǝⱨǝr-yeziliring iqidǝ topla;
At the end of every third year, collect a tenth of all your produce for that year and store it in your town.
29 xuning bilǝn Lawiylar (qünki aranglarda uning ⱨeqⱪandaⱪ nesiwisi yaki mirasi yoⱪ), musapir, yetim-yesirlǝr wǝ tul hotunlar kelip uningdin yǝp toyunsun; xundaⱪ ⱪilsang Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudaying ⱪolungdiki barliⱪ mewini bǝrikǝtlǝydu.
This way the Levites (who don't have any share in the allotment of land), the foreigners, the orphans, and the widows in your town will be provided with what they need. The Lord your God will bless you in everything you do.
