< Amos 5 >
1 I Israil jǝmǝti, bu sɵzni, Yǝni Mǝn sǝn toƣruluⱪ oⱪuydiƣan bir mǝrsiyǝni anglap ⱪoy: —
Listen to the words of the funeral song I am singing for you, Israel:
2 «Pak ⱪiz Israil yiⱪildi; U ⱪaytidin ornidin turmaydu; U ɵz tupriⱪiƣa taxlanƣan, Uni turƣuzup yɵligüqi yoⱪtur».
Fallen, no more to rise, is the virgin Israel! Hurled down upon her own soil she lies, with no one to lift her up!
3 Qünki Rǝb Pǝrwǝrdigar mundaⱪ dǝydu: — [Israilning] ming [lǝxkǝr] qiⱪⱪan bir xǝⱨirining yüz [lǝxkirila] tirik ⱪalidu; Yüz lǝxkǝr qiⱪⱪan bir xǝⱨirining Israil jǝmǝti üqün on [lǝxkirila] tirik ⱪalidu;
For the Lord God says this: The city that marches out with a thousand soldiers has only a hundred left, and the one that marches out with a hundred has only ten left.
4 Qünki Pǝrwǝrdigar Israil jǝmǝtigǝ mundaⱪ dǝydu: — Meni izdǝnglar, ⱨayatⱪa erixisilǝr;
For the Lord says this to Israel: Seek me and live,
5 Bǝyt-Əlni izdimǝnglar, Gilgalƣimu barmanglar, Bǝǝr-Xebaƣa sǝpǝr ⱪilmanglar; Qünki Gilgal ǝsirgǝ elinip sürgün ⱪilinmay ⱪalmaydu, Bǝyt-Əl yoⱪⱪa qiⱪidu.
But do not seek Bethel, do not enter Gilgal, do not go over to Beer-sheba. For Gilgal will enter exile, and Bethel will go to destruction.
6 Pǝrwǝrdigarni izdǝnglar, ⱨayatⱪa erixisilǝr; Bolmisa U Yüsüp jǝmǝti iqidǝ ot kǝbi partlap, uni yǝp ketidu, Ⱨǝm Bǝyt-Əldǝ otni ɵqürgüdǝk adǝm tepilmaydu.
Seek the Lord and live, or he will cast fire on the house of Joseph, and it will devour and there will be no one to quench it for Bethel.
7 I adalǝtni ǝmǝngǝ aylandurƣuqi, Ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyliⱪni yǝrgǝ taxliƣuqilar,
You who turn judgment to bitter wormwood, and cast righteousness into the dirt:
8 Silǝr Orion yultuz türkümi wǝ Ⱪǝlb yultuz topini Yaratⱪuqi, Ɵlüm kɵlǝnggisini tang nuriƣa Aylandurƣuqi, Kündüzni ⱪarangƣuluⱪ bilǝn keqigǝ Aylandurƣuqi, Dengizdiki sularni qaⱪirip, ularni yǝr yüzigǝ Ⱪuyƣuqini izdǝnglar; Pǝrwǝrdigar Uning namidur.
He who made the Pleiades and Orion, who turns deep darkness into dawn, who darkens day again into night, who summons the waters of the sea, and pours them out on the earth’s surface, the Lord is his name!
9 U baturlar üstigǝ tuyuⱪsiz ⱨalakǝtni partlitidu, Istiⱨkam üstigǝ ⱨalakǝt qüxüridu.
He causes destruction to burst over the strong. He brings devastation on the fortress.
10 Xu [Israillar] xǝⱨǝr dǝrwazisida tǝnbiⱨ beridiƣanlarƣa ɵq, Durus sɵzlǝydiƣanlardin yirginidu.
You who hate the arbiters at the city gate, and abhor anyone who speaks the truth:
11 Əmdi silǝr namratlarni ezip, Ulardin buƣday «ⱨǝdiyǝ»lǝrni aldinglar! Oyulƣan taxlardin ɵylǝrni saldinglar, Biraⱪ ularda turmaysilǝr; Silǝr güzǝl üzümzarlarni bǝrpa ⱪilƣansilǝr, Biraⱪ ularning xarabini iqǝlmǝysilǝr.
Because you trample on the weak, and tax their grain, although you have built houses of hewn stone, you will not live in them, although you have planted charming vineyards, you will not drink their wine.
12 Qünki silǝrning asiyliⱪliringlarning ⱪanqilik kɵplükini, Silǝrning gunaⱨinglarning ⱪanqilik zor ikǝnlikini obdan bilimǝn; Ular ⱨǝⱪⱪaniy adǝmni ezidu, Ular para yǝydu, Xǝⱨǝr dǝrwazisida miskinlǝrning ⱨǝⱪⱪini ⱪayriwalidu.
For I know how many are your crimes, and how great are your sins! You persecutors of the righteous, takers of bribes! You deny the poor their justice at the city gate.
13 Xunga bundaⱪ dǝwrdǝ «pǝmlik adǝm» süküt ⱪilidu; Qünki u rǝzil bir dǝwrdur.
It would be wise to keep quiet in such an evil time.
14 Ⱨayat yaxax üqün yamanliⱪni ǝmǝs, meⱨribanliⱪ-yahxiliⱪni izdǝnglar; Xundaⱪ bolƣanda silǝr degininglardǝk, Samawi ⱪoxunlarning Sǝrdari bolƣan Pǝrwǝrdigar ⱨǝⱪiⱪǝtǝn silǝr bilǝn billǝ bolidu.
Seek good and not evil, that you may live, so the Lord, God of hosts, may be with you, as you have claimed he is.
15 Yamanliⱪtin nǝprǝtlininglar, meⱨribanliⱪ-yahxiliⱪni sɵyünglar, Xǝⱨǝr dǝrwazisida adalǝtni ornitinglar; Xundaⱪ ⱪilƣanda Pǝrwǝrdigar, samawi ⱪoxunlarning Sǝrdari bolƣan Huda bǝlkim Yüsüpning ⱪaldisiƣa xapaǝt kɵrsitǝr.
Hate evil and love good, establish justice at the city gate. Perhaps the Lord, the God of hosts, will be gracious to a surviving remnant of Joseph.
16 Xunga Pǝrwǝrdigar, samawi ⱪoxunlarning Sǝrdari bolƣan Huda Rǝb mundaⱪ dǝydu: — «Barliⱪ kǝng rǝstǝ-bazarlarda aⱨ-zarlar anglinidu; Ular ⱨǝmmǝ koqilarda «Way... way!...» dǝp awazini kɵtüridu; Ular deⱨⱪanlarnimu matǝm tutuxⱪa, Aⱨ-zarlar kɵtürgüqi «ustilar»ni yiƣlaxⱪa qaⱪiridu.
Therefore the Lord, the God of hosts, says: In all the public squares there will be wailing, in every street the sound of mourning. They will summon the farmers to mourning, and professional mourners to wailing.
17 Ⱨǝm barliⱪ üzümzarlardimu aⱨ-zarlar kɵtürülidu; Qünki Mǝn Ɵzüm aranglardin ɵtüp ketimǝn» — dǝydu Pǝrwǝrdigar.
In all vineyards there will be lamenting, when I pass through your midst, says the Lord.
18 Pǝrwǝrdigarning künigǝ tǝⱪǝzzar bolƣan silǝrgǝ way! Pǝrwǝrdigarning küni silǝrgǝ ⱪandaⱪ aⱪiwǝtlǝrni kǝltürǝr? U yoruⱪluⱪ ǝmǝs, bǝlki ⱪarangƣuluⱪ elip kelidu.
Fools who long for the day of the Lord! What does the day of the Lord mean to you? It is darkness, and not light.
19 U küni birsi xirdin ⱪeqip, eyiⱪⱪa uqrap, Andin ɵyigǝ kirip, ⱪoli bilǝn tamƣa yɵlǝngǝndǝ, Yilan uni qaⱪⱪandǝk bir ix bolidu!
It is as when one flees from a lion, and is attacked by a bear, as when one reaches home, leans his hand on the wall, and a snake bites him.
20 Pǝrwǝrdigarning küni yoruⱪluⱪ ǝmǝs, bǝlki ⱪarangƣuluⱪla elip kelidu ǝmǝsmu? Uningda pǝⱪǝt ⱪarangƣuluⱪla bolup, yoruⱪluⱪ ⱨeq bolmaydiƣu?!
Won’t the Lord’s day be darkness and not light, murky darkness without a ray of light in it?
21 Ⱨeytliringlarƣa nǝprǝtlinimǝn, ulardin bizar boldum, Ibadǝt sorunliringlarning puriⱪini puriƣum yoⱪ.
I hate, I despise your feasts, I will not smell the savour of your festivals,
22 Qünki silǝr Manga «kɵydürmǝ ⱪurbanliⱪ»lar ⱨǝm «ax ⱨǝdiyǝ»liringlarni sunup atisanglarmu, Mǝn ularni ⱪobul ⱪilmaymǝn; Silǝrning bordaⱪ malliringlar bilǝn ⱪilƣan «inaⱪliⱪ ⱪurbanliⱪliringlar»ƣa ⱪarimaymǝn.
I will not be pleased with your burnt offerings, your grain offerings, I will not accept the peace offerings of your fattened calves.
23 Mǝndin munajatliringlarning sadalirini epketinglar, Qiltarliringlarning küylirini anglimaymǝn;
Spare me the noise of your songs, I will not listen to the melody of your lyres.
24 Buning ornida adalǝt huddi xarⱪiratmidǝk, Ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyliⱪ ǝbǝdiy aⱪidiƣan eⱪimdǝk dolⱪunlisun!
But let justice roll on as a flood of waters, and righteousness like an unfailing stream.
25 Silǝr qɵl-bayawandiki ⱪiriⱪ yilda ⱪilƣan ⱪurbanliⱪ-ⱨǝdiyilǝrni Manga elip kǝldinglarmu, i Israil jǝmǝti?!
Was it only sacrifices and grain offerings you brought me during the forty years in the wilderness, Israel?
26 Bǝrⱨǝⱪ, silǝr «Sukkot» degǝn padixaⱨinglar, ⱨǝm «Ⱪiun» degǝn butliringlarni, yǝni «Yultuz ilaⱨi»nglarni kɵtürüp mangdinglar!
But now you will lift up your “king” Sikkuth and “star god” Kiyyun, your idols which you have made for yourselves,
27 Əmdi Mǝn silǝrni ǝsir ⱪilip, Dǝmǝxⱪtin yiraⱪlarƣa sürgün ⱪildurimǝn, — dǝydu «Samawi ⱪoxunlarning Sǝrdari bolƣan Huda» degǝn nam bilǝn atalƣan Pǝrwǝrdigar.
as I drive you into exile beyond Damascus, says the Lord, whose name is the God of hosts.
