1 Padixaⱨ Yǝroboamning sǝltǝnitining on sǝkkizinqi yili Abiya Yǝⱨudaning üstigǝ padixaⱨ boldi.
In the eighteenth year of King Jeroboam, Abijah began to reign over Judah.
2 U Yerusalemda üq yil sǝltǝnǝt ⱪildi; uning anisining ismi Mikaya bolup, u Gibeaⱨliⱪ Uriyǝlning ⱪizi idi. Abiya bilǝn Yǝroboam otturisida urux boldi.
He reigned three years in Jerusalem. His mother’s name was Micaiah the daughter of Uriel of Gibeah. There was war between Abijah and Jeroboam.
3 Abiya jǝng ⱪilix üqün hillanƣan jǝngqilǝrdin tɵt yüz mingni baxlap qiⱪti; Yǝroboammu hillanƣan batur jǝngqilǝrdin sǝkkiz yüz mingni baxlap qiⱪip, Abiyaƣa ⱪarxi sǝp tüzüp turdi.
Abijah joined battle with an army of valiant men of war, even four hundred thousand chosen men; and Jeroboam set the battle in array against him with eight hundred thousand chosen men, who were mighty men of valour.
4 Abiya Əfraim taƣliⱪ rayonidiki Zǝmarayim teƣiƣa qiⱪip mundaⱪ dedi: — «I Yǝroboam wǝ Israil hǝlⱪi, gepimgǝ ⱪulaⱪ selinglar!
Abijah stood up on Mount Zemaraim, which is in the hill country of Ephraim, and said, “Hear me, Jeroboam and all Israel:
5 Bilmǝmsilǝr, Israilning Hudasi Pǝrwǝrdigar «tuzluⱪ ǝⱨdǝ» ⱪilip, Israilning üstidiki padixaⱨliⱪni Dawutⱪa wǝ uning ǝwladliriƣa mǝnggügǝ tǝⱪdim ⱪilƣanƣu?
Ought you not to know that the LORD, the God of Israel, gave the kingdom over Israel to David forever, even to him and to his sons by a covenant of salt?
6 Lekin Dawutning oƣli Sulaymanning ⱪuli, Nibatning oƣli Yǝroboam ⱪozƣilip ɵz ƣojisidin yüz ɵridi.
Yet Jeroboam the son of Nebat, the servant of Solomon the son of David, rose up, and rebelled against his lord.
7 Xuning bilǝn bǝzi muttǝⱨǝmlǝr, «Beliyalning baliliri» uning yeniƣa yiƣilip, Sulaymanning oƣli Rǝⱨoboam bilǝn ⱪarxilixixⱪa ɵzlirini küqlǝndürdi; Rǝⱨoboam u qaƣda tehi yax, sǝbiy balidǝk bolƣaqⱪa, ularƣa tǝng kelǝlmidi.
Worthless men were gathered to him, wicked fellows who strengthened themselves against Rehoboam the son of Solomon, when Rehoboam was young and tender hearted, and could not withstand them.
8 Əmdi silǝr Pǝrwǝrdigarning Dawutning ǝwladlirining ⱪoliƣa tapxurƣan padixaⱨliⱪiƣa ⱪarxi qiⱪip «ɵzimizni kɵrsitimiz» dǝysilǝr; silǝrning adiminglar dǝrwǝⱪǝ kɵptur; silǝrdǝ yǝnǝ Yǝroboam silǝrgǝ yasap bǝrgǝn, ilaⱨlar dǝp ⱪarilidiƣan altun mozaylar bar.
“Now you intend to withstand the kingdom of the LORD in the hand of the sons of David. You are a great multitude, and the golden calves which Jeroboam made you for gods are with you.
9 Silǝr Pǝrwǝrdigarning kaⱨinliri bolƣan Ⱨarunning ǝwladliri bilǝn Lawiylarni ⱪoƣliwetip, yǝr yüzidiki baxⱪa ǝllǝr ⱪilƣinidǝk ɵzliringlarƣa [haliƣanqǝ] kaⱨin tikliwalƣan ǝmǝsmidinglar? Kimdǝkim bir torpaⱪ wǝ yǝttǝ ⱪozini elip kelip ɵzümni [kaⱨinliⱪⱪa] beƣixlaymǝn desǝ, u Huda bolmiƣan butlarƣa kaⱨin bolalaydu!
Haven’t you driven out the priests of the LORD, the sons of Aaron, and the Levites, and made priests for yourselves according to the ways of the peoples of other lands? Whoever comes to consecrate himself with a young bull and seven rams may be a priest of those who are no gods.
10 Lekin biz bolsaⱪ, Pǝrwǝrdigar bizning Hudayimizdur, biz uningdin waz kǝqmiduⱪ; Pǝrwǝrdigarning hizmitidǝ bolƣan kaⱨinlar bolsa Ⱨarunning ǝwladliridur, Lawiylar ularning hizmitidǝ turmaⱪta.
“But as for us, the LORD is our God, and we have not forsaken him. We have priests serving the LORD, the sons of Aaron, and the Levites in their work.
11 Ular ⱨǝr küni ǝtisi-ahximi Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa kɵydürmǝ ⱪurbanliⱪlarni sunup, esil huxbuy yaⱪidu. Pakiz xirǝgǝ «tǝⱪdim nanlar»mu tizip ⱪoyulidu, ⱨǝr küni kǝqtǝ ular altun qiraƣdan üstidiki qiraƣlarni yandurulidu; qünki biz Hudayimiz Pǝrwǝrdigarning tapxuruⱪiƣa ǝmǝl ⱪilip keliwatimiz. Biraⱪ silǝr bolsanglar uningdin waz kǝqtinglar.
They burn to the LORD every morning and every evening burnt offerings and sweet incense. They also set the show bread in order on the pure table, and care for the gold lamp stand with its lamps, to burn every evening; for we keep the instruction of the LORD our God, but you have forsaken him.
12 Ⱪaranglar, Huda bizni Baxliƣuqi bolup biz bilǝn billidur; ⱪolliriƣa kanay alƣan, silǝrgǝ ⱨujum ⱪilixⱪa signal qilixⱪa tǝyyar turidiƣan uning kaⱨinlirimu biz bilǝn billidur. I Israil baliliri, ata-bowanglarning Hudasi bolƣan Pǝrwǝrdigar bilǝn jǝng ⱪilmanglar; qünki silǝr ⱨǝrgiz ƣǝlibǝ ⱪazinalmaysilǝr».
Behold, God is with us at our head, and his priests with the shofars of alarm to sound an alarm against you. Children of Israel, don’t fight against the LORD, the God of your fathers; for you will not prosper.”
13 Lekin Yǝroboam ularning arⱪisidin ⱨujum ⱪilmaⱪ üqün bɵktürmǝ ⱪoyƣanidi. Xundaⱪki, Israillar Yǝⱨudalarning aldi tǝripidǝ idi wǝ bɵktürmǝ ⱪoxun ularning arⱪa tǝripidǝ saⱪlap turatti.
But Jeroboam caused an ambush to come about behind them; so they were before Judah, and the ambush was behind them.
14 Yǝⱨudalar burulup ⱪarisa, mana ɵzliri aldi-arⱪidin ⱨujumƣa uqrawatatti; ular Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa pǝryad kɵtürdi, kaⱨinlarmu kanaylarni qaldi.
When Judah looked back, behold, the battle was before and behind them; and they cried to the LORD, and the priests sounded with the shofars.
15 Buning bilǝn Yǝⱨudalar ⱪattiⱪ quⱪan kɵtürüxti; wǝ xundaⱪ boldiki, Yǝⱨudalar ⱪattiⱪ quⱪan kɵtürüxüwatⱪanda, Huda Yǝroboam bilǝn barliⱪ Israillarni Abiya bilǝn Yǝⱨudalarning aldidin urup terǝ-pǝrǝng ⱪildi.
Then the men of Judah gave a shout. As the men of Judah shouted, God struck Jeroboam and all Israel before Abijah and Judah.
16 Israillar Yǝⱨudalarning aldidin ⱪaqti; Huda ularni Yǝⱨudalarning ⱪoliƣa tapxurdi.
The children of Israel fled before Judah, and God delivered them into their hand.
17 Abiya bilǝn uning adǝmliri Israillarni ⱪattiⱪ ⱪirƣin ⱪildi; Israillardin hillanƣan bǝx yüz ming ǝskǝr ⱪǝtl ⱪilindi.
Abijah and his people killed them with a great slaughter, so five hundred thousand chosen men of Israel fell down slain.
18 Bu qaƣda Israillar tɵwǝn ⱪilindi; Yǝⱨudadikilǝr ata-bowilirining Hudasi Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa tayanƣanliⱪi üqün ƣǝlibǝ ⱪazandi.
Thus the children of Israel were brought under at that time, and the children of Judah prevailed, because they relied on the LORD, the God of their fathers.
19 Abiya Yǝroboamning kǝynidin ⱪoƣlap mangdi; u uning ilkidin birⱪanqǝ xǝⱨirini, yǝni Bǝyt-Əl wǝ uningƣa ⱪaraxliⱪ yeza-bazarlarni, Yexanaⱨ wǝ uningƣa ⱪaraxliⱪ yeza-bazarlarni, Əfron wǝ uningƣa ⱪaraxliⱪ yeza-bazarlarni tartiwaldi.
Abijah pursued Jeroboam, and took cities from him: Bethel with its villages, Jeshanah with its villages, and Ephron with its villages.
20 Yǝroboam Abiyaning künliridǝ ⱪaytidin küqlinǝlmidi. Pǝrwǝrdigarning uni uruxi bilǝn u ɵldi.
Jeroboam didn’t recover strength again in the days of Abijah. The LORD struck him, and he died.
21 Abiya bolsa ɵzini ⱪudrǝt tapⱪuzdi; u on tɵt hotun elip, yigirmǝ ikki oƣul, on altǝ ⱪiz pǝrzǝnt kɵrdi.
But Abijah grew mighty and took for himself fourteen wives, and became the father of twenty-two sons and sixteen daughters.
22 Abiyaning baxⱪa ixliri, uning mangƣan yolliri wǝ eytⱪan sɵzliri «Iddo pǝyƣǝmbǝrning tǝⱨlili»dǝ pütülgǝndur.
The rest of the acts of Abijah, his ways, and his sayings are written in the commentary of the prophet Iddo.
