1 Rǝⱨoboam Xǝⱪǝmgǝ bardi; qünki pütkül Israil uni padixaⱨ tikligili Xǝⱪǝmgǝ kǝlgǝnidi.
And Rehoboam goes to Shechem, for all of Israel has come [to] Shechem to cause him to reign.
2 Nibatning oƣli Yǝroboam xu ixni angliƣanda xundaⱪ boldiki, Misirdin ⱪaytip kǝldi (qünki u Sulayman padixaⱨtin ⱪeqip Misirda turuwatatti).
And it comes to pass, at Jeroboam son of Nebat—who [is] in Egypt because he has fled from the face of Solomon the king—hearing, that Jeroboam turns back out of Egypt;
3 Əmdi halayiⱪ adǝm ǝwǝtip uni qaⱪirtip kǝldi. Xuning bilǝn Yǝroboam wǝ pütkül Israil kelip Rǝⱨoboamƣa: —
and they send and call for him, and Jeroboam comes in, and all of Israel, and they speak to Rehoboam, saying,
4 Silining atiliri boynimizƣa salƣan boyunturuⱪini eƣir ⱪildi. Sili ǝmdi atilirining bizgǝ ⱪoyƣan ⱪattiⱪ tǝlǝpliri bilǝn eƣir boyunturuⱪini yeniklitip bǝrsilǝ, silining hizmǝtliridǝ bolimiz, deyixti.
“Your father made our yoke sharp, and now, make light [some] of the sharp service of your father, and [some] of his heavy yoke that he put on us, and we serve you.”
5 U ularƣa: — Ⱨazirqǝ ⱪaytip üq kündin keyin andin ⱪeximƣa yǝnǝ kelinglar, dedi. Xuning bilǝn hǝlⱪ tarilip kǝtti.
And he says to them, “Yet three days—then return to me”; and the people go.
6 Rǝⱨoboam padixaⱨ ɵz atisi Sulayman ⱨayat waⱪtida uning hizmitidǝ turƣan moysipitlardin mǝsliⱨǝt sorap: — Bu hǝlⱪⱪǝ beridiƣan jawabim toƣrisida nemǝ mǝsliⱨǝt kɵrsitisilǝr? — dedi.
And King Rehoboam consults with the aged men who have been standing before his father Solomon in his being alive, saying, “How are you counseling to answer this people?”
7 Ular uningƣa: — Əgǝr sili raziliⱪ bilǝn bügün bu hǝlⱪni hux ⱪilip ularƣa meⱨriban muamilǝ kɵrsitip, ularƣa yahxi sɵzlǝr bilǝn jawab ⱪilsila, ular silining barliⱪ künliridǝ hizmǝtliridǝ bolidu, dedi.
And they speak to him, saying, “If you become good to this people, and have been pleased with them, and spoken to them good words, then they have been servants to you [for] all the days.”
8 Lekin u moysipitlarning kɵrsǝtkǝn mǝsliⱨǝtini ⱪayrip ⱪoyup, ɵzi bilǝn qong bolƣan, aldida hizmitidǝ boluwatⱪan yaxlardin mǝsliⱨǝt sorap
And he forsakes the counsel of the aged men that they counseled him, and consults with the boys who have grown up with him, those standing before him,
9 ularƣa: — Manga «Silining atiliri bizgǝ salƣan boyunturuⱪni yeniklǝtkǝyla» dǝp tiligǝn bu hǝlⱪⱪǝ jawab beriximiz toƣruluⱪ ⱪandaⱪ mǝsliⱨǝt berisilǝr? — dedi.
and he says to them, “What are you counseling, and we answer this people that have spoken to me, saying, Make light [some] of the yoke that your father put on us?”
10 Uning bilǝn qong bolƣan bu yaxlar uningƣa: — «Silining atiliri boyunturuⱪimizni eƣir ⱪildi, ǝmdi sili uni bizgǝ yenik ⱪilƣayla» dǝp eytⱪan bu hǝlⱪⱪǝ sɵz ⱪilip: — «Mening qimqilaⱪ barmiⱪim atamning belidin tomraⱪtur.
And the boys who have grown up with him speak with him, saying, “Thus you say to the people who have spoken to you, saying, Your father made our yoke heavy, and you, make light [some] of our yoke; thus you say to them, My little finger is thicker than the loins of my father;
11 Atam silǝrgǝ eƣir boyunturuⱪni salƣan, lekin mǝn boyunturuⱪunglarni tehimu eƣir ⱪilimǝn. Atam silǝrgǝ ⱪamqilar bilǝn tǝnbiⱨ-tǝrbiyǝ bǝrgǝn bolsa mǝn silǝrgǝ «qayanliⱪ ⱪamqilar» bilǝn tǝnbiⱨ-tǝrbiyǝ berimǝn», degǝyla, — dedi.
and now, my father laid a heavy yoke on you, and I add to your yoke; my father disciplined you with whips, and I—with scorpions.”
12 Rǝⱨoboam padixaⱨ ularƣa: «Üq kündin keyin andin ⱪeximƣa yǝnǝ kelinglar» deginidǝk, Yǝroboam wǝ barliⱪ hǝlⱪ üqinqi küni uning ⱪexiƣa kǝldi.
And Jeroboam comes in, and all the people, to Rehoboam on the third day, as the king spoke, saying, “Return to me on the third day.”
13 Rǝⱨoboam padixaⱨ moysipitlarning mǝsliⱨǝtini taxlap kɵpqilikkǝ ⱪattiⱪliⱪ bilǝn jawab bǝrdi.
And the king answers them sharply, and King Rehoboam forsakes the counsel of the aged men,
14 U yaxlarning mǝsliⱨǝti boyiqǝ ularƣa: — Atam silǝrgǝ eƣir boyunturuⱪni salƣan, lekin mǝn uni tehimu eƣir ⱪilimǝn. Atam silǝrgǝ ⱪamqilar bilǝn tǝnbiⱨ bǝrgǝn bolsa mǝn silǝrgǝ «qayanliⱪ ⱪamqilar» bilǝn tǝnbiⱨ-tǝrbiyǝ berimǝn, dedi.
and speaks to them according to the counsel of the boys, saying, “My father made your yoke heavy, and I add to it; my father disciplined you with whips, and I—with scorpions.”
15 Xuning bilǝn padixaⱨ hǝlⱪning sɵzini anglimidi. Bu ix Huda tǝripidin bolƣan; qünki buning bilǝn Pǝrwǝrdigarning Xiloⱨluⱪ Ahiyaⱨning wasitisidǝ Nibatning oƣli Yǝroboamƣa eytⱪan sɵzi ǝmǝlgǝ axurulidiƣan boldi.
And the king has not listened to the people, for the revolution has been from God, for the sake of YHWH’s establishing His word that He spoke by the hand of Abijah the Shilonite to Jeroboam son of Nebat.
16 Pütkül Israil padixaⱨning ularning sɵzigǝ ⱪulaⱪ salmiƣinini kɵrgǝndǝ hǝlⱪ padixaⱨⱪa jawab berip: — Dawuttin bizgǝ nemǝ nesiwǝ bar? Yǝssǝning oƣlida bizning ⱨeq mirasimiz yoⱪtur! Ⱨǝrbiringlar ɵz ɵy-qedirliringlarƣa ⱪaytinglar, i Israil! I Dawut, sǝn ɵz jǝmǝtinggila igǝ bol — dedi. Xuning bilǝn Israillar ɵz ɵy-qedirliriƣa ⱪaytip ketixti.
And all Israel have seen that the king has not listened to them, and the people send back [word to] the king, saying, “What portion do we have in David? Indeed, there is no inheritance in a son of Jesse; [go], each to your tents, O Israel! Now see your house, O David!” And all [in] Israel go to their tents.
17 Əmma Yǝⱨuda xǝⱨǝrliridǝ olturƣan Israillarƣa bolsa, Yǝroboam ularning üstigǝ ⱨɵküm sürdi.
As for the sons of Israel who are dwelling in the cities of Judah—Rehoboam reigns over them.
18 Rǝⱨoboam padixaⱨ baj-alwan begi Adoramni Israillarƣa ǝwǝtti, lekin pütkül Israil uni qalma-kesǝk ⱪilip ɵltürdi. U qaƣda Rǝⱨoboam padixaⱨ aldirap, ɵzining jǝng ⱨarwisiƣa qiⱪip, Yerusalemƣa tikiwǝtti.
And King Rehoboam sends Hadoram, who [is] over the tribute, and the sons of Israel cast stones at him, and he dies; and King Rehoboam has strengthened himself to go up into a chariot to flee to Jerusalem;
19 Xu tǝriⱪidǝ Israil Dawutning jǝmǝtidin yüz ɵrüp, bügüngǝ ⱪǝdǝr uningƣa ⱪarxi qiⱪip kǝldi.
and Israel transgresses against the house of David to this day.
