< Korintliⱪlarƣa 1 8 >

1 Əmdi «butlarƣa atap nǝzir ⱪilinƣan taamlar» mǝsilisigǝ kelǝyli. «Ⱨǝmmimizdǝ bilim bar» dǝp bilimiz. Hox, biraⱪ bilim bolsa adǝmni kɵrǝnglitidu; meⱨir-muⱨǝbbǝt bolsa adǝmni ⱪuridu.
With reference to food that has been offered in sacrifice to idols — We are aware that all of us have knowledge! Knowledge breeds conceit, while love builds up character.
2 «Mening bilimim bar» dǝp ⱨesabliƣan kixi, ǝmǝliyǝttǝ ⱨeqnemini tehi bilixkǝ tegixlik dǝrijidǝ bilmigǝn bolidu.
If a man thinks that he knows anything, he has not yet reached that knowledge which he ought to have reached.
3 Əmma Hudani sɵygǝn kixi bolsa, u Uning tǝripidin tonulidu.
On the other hand, if a man loves God, he is known by God.
4 Hox, ǝmdi «butlarƣa atap nǝzir ⱪilinƣan taamlar» toƣruluⱪ — bizgǝ mǝlumki, «Jaⱨanda but degǝn ⱨeqnemǝ ⱨesablanmaydu», wǝ «birla Hudadin baxⱪa ⱨeq ilaⱨ yoⱪtur».
With reference, then, to eating food that has been offered to idols — we are aware that an idol is nothing in the world, and that there is no God but one.
5 Gǝrqǝ nurƣun atalmix ilaⱨlar bar bolsimu — mǝyli ular zeminda yaki asmanda turidu dǝp ⱪarilixidin ⱪǝt’iynǝzǝr (dǝrwǝⱪǝ «ilaⱨlar» kɵp, wǝ «rǝb»lǝr kɵptur)
Even supposing that there are so-called ‘gods’ either in Heaven or on earth — and there are many such ‘gods’ and ‘lords’ —
6 biraⱪ biz üqün pǝⱪǝtla bir Huda, yǝni Ata bardur. Uningdin barliⱪ mǝwjudatlar apiridǝ bolƣan, bizmu Uning üqün mǝwjut bolƣanmiz; [xuningdǝk], birla Rǝb, yǝni Əysa Mǝsiⱨ bardur. Pütkül mǝwjudatlar U arⱪiliⱪ mǝwjut, bizmu U arⱪiliⱪ ⱨayatmiz.
Yet for us there is only one God, the Father, from whom all things come (and for him we live), and one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things come (and through him we live).
7 Əmma bundaⱪ bilim ⱨǝmmimizdǝ tehi yoⱪtur; tehi butlarƣa kɵndürülginidin halas bolmiƣan bǝzi [ixǝngüqilǝr] bolsa muxundaⱪ taamlarni «butⱪa atap nǝzir ⱪilinƣan» dǝp bilip yǝydu; xundaⱪla ularning wijdani ajiz bolƣaqⱪa, bulƣanƣan bolidu.
Still, it is not every one that has this knowledge. Some people, because of their association with idols, continued down to the present time, eat the food as food offered to an idol; and their consciences, while still weak, are dulled.
8 Əmǝliyǝttǝ taamlarning ɵzliri bizni Huda bilǝn yaraxturalmaydu; yemisǝk bizning kǝmqilikimiz ⱨesablanmaydu, yegǝn bolsaⱪ artuⱪqiliⱪmu ⱨesablanmaydu.
What we eat, however, will not bring us nearer to God. We lose nothing by not eating this food, and we gain nothing by eating it.
9 Biraⱪ ⱨǝrⱨalda [yeyix] ǝrkinlikinglarning ajizlarƣa putlikaxang bolmasliⱪiƣa kɵngül ⱪoyunglar.
But take care that this right of yours does not become in any way a stumbling-block to the weak.
10 Qünki ajiz bir bǝndǝ bilimi bar bolƣan sening buthanidiki dastihanda olturup yegǝnlikingni kɵrsǝ, undaⱪta u ɵz ajiz wijdaniƣa ⱪarxi ⱨalda butlarƣa atap nǝzir ⱪilinƣan taamlarni yeyixkǝ «ⱪurulup küqǝytilidiƣan» bolmamdu?
For if some one should see you who possess this knowledge, feasting in an idol’s temple, will not his conscience, if he is a weak man, become so hardened that he, too, will eat food offered to idols?
11 Xuning bilǝn Mǝsiⱨ uning nijati üqün ɵlgǝn, sening ⱪerindixing bolƣan bu ajiz bǝndǝ sening biliming wǝjidin ⱨalak bolidu.
And so, through this knowledge of yours, the weak man is ruined — your Brother for whose sake Christ died!
12 Xu yol bilǝn ⱪerindaxlarƣa ziyan yǝtküzüp gunaⱨ ⱪilip, ularning ajiz wijdanini zǝhimlǝndürüp, Mǝsiⱨkǝ ⱪarxi gunaⱨ ⱪiliwatisilǝr.
In this way, by sinning against your Brothers and injuring their consciences, while still weak, you sin against Christ.
13 Xunga, ǝgǝr birǝr taam ɵz ⱪerindiximni yiⱪitidiƣan ⱪiltaⱪ bolsa, ⱪerindiximni yiⱪitmasliⱪim üqün mǝn mǝnggügiqǝ gɵxni ⱪǝt’iy yemǝymǝn. (aiōn g165)
Therefore, if what I eat makes my Brother fall, rather than make my Brother fall, I will never eat meat again. (aiōn g165)
