< Wehiy 18 >
1 U ishlardin kéyin men chong hoquqluq yene bir perishtining asmandin chüshüwatqanliqini kördüm. Yer yüzi uning julaliliqidin yorup ketti.
After this I saw another angel, descending from Heaven, invested with great authority; and the earth was illuminated by his splendour.
2 Perishte yuqiri awaz bilen mundaq warqiridi: — «Ghulidi! Katta sheher Babil ghulidi! Emdi u jinlarning makani, herbir napak rohlarning solaqxanisi, Herbir mekruh we yirginchlik qushlarning solaq-changgisi boldi!
With a mighty voice he cried — ‘She has fallen! She has fallen — Babylon the Great! She has become an abode of demons, a stronghold of every wicked spirit, a stronghold of every foul and hateful bird.
3 Chünki barliq eller uning zina-buzuqluqining sewdaliq sharabidin ichishti; Yer yüzidiki barliq padishahlar uning bilen buzuqluq ötküzüshti, Yer yüzidiki sodigerler uning eysh-ishritining elwekchilikidin béyishti».
For, after drinking the maddening wine of her licentiousness, all the nations have fallen; while all the kings of the earth have had licentious intercourse with her, and the merchants of the earth have grown rich through the excess of her luxury.’
4 Asmandin yene bir awazni anglidim: — «I Méning xelqim, uning gunahlirigha shérik bolmasliqinglar üchün, Hem uning béshigha chüshidighan balayi’apetlerge uchrimasliqinglar üchün, uning ichidin chiqinglar!
Then I heard another voice from Heaven saying — ‘Come out of her, my People, that you may not participate in her sins, and that you may not suffer from the Curses inflicted upon her.
5 Chünki uning gunahliri pelekke yetküdek döwilinip ketken, Xuda uning heqqaniyetsizliklirini ésige aldi.
For her sins are heaped up to the heavens, and God has not forgotten her misdeeds.
6 U bashqilargha yandurghinidek uning qilghinini özige yandurunglar; Uning qilmishlirigha muwapiq ikki hesse qoshlap qayturunglar; U [bashqilargha] ebjesh qilip bergen qedehte uninggha ikki hesse qoyuq ebjesh qilinglar.
Pay her back the treatment with which she has treated you; yes, repay twice over what her actions deserve; in the cup which she mixed for you, mix for her as much again;
7 U özini qanchilik ulughlighan bolsa, Qanchilik eysh-ishrette yashighan bolsa, Uninggha shunchilik qiynilish we derd béringlar; U könglide: «Men tul emes, belki texte olturghan xanishmen; Men derd-elemni esla körmeymen» dégini tüpeylidin,
for her self-glorification and her luxury, give her now an equal measure of torture and misery. In her heart she says ‘I sit here a queen; no widow am I; I shall never know misery.’
8 Bu wejidin bir kün ichidila uninggha chüshidighan balayi’apetler, Yeni ölüm, derd-elem we acharchiliq kélidu, U ot bilen köydürülidu; Chünki uni soraq qilghuchi Perwerdigar Xuda qudretliktur!».
Therefore in one day shall these Curses befall her — death, misery, and famine, and she shall be utterly consumed by fire; for mighty is the Lord God who condemned her.
9 Uning bilen buzuqluq qilghan we uning bilen eysh-ishrette yashighan yer yüzidiki padishahlar uni örtigen otning is-tüteklirini körgende, uning haligha qarap yigha-zar kötürüshidu.
All the kings of the earth who had licentious intercourse with her and shared her luxury will weep and lament over her, when they see the smoke from the burning city,
10 Ular uning tartiwatqan azabidin qorqup, yiraqta turup deyduki: — «Way isit, way isit, i katta sheher! Ah Babil, küchlük sheher! Chünki bir saet ichidila jazaying béshinggha chüshti!»
while they stand at a distance, horrified at her torture, and cry — ‘Alas! Alas! Great City! O mighty City of Babylon! In a single hour your judgment fell.
11 Yer yüzidiki sodigerlermu uning üstide yigha-zar qilishidu. Chünki emdi ularning kémidiki yük-mallirini,
And the merchants of the earth weep and wail over her, because no longer does any one buy their cargoes —
12 yeni altun-kümüsh, qimmetlik yaqutlar, ünche-merwayit, nepis libas rext, sösün rext, yipek, toq qizil renglik gezmal, herxil xushbuy turunj yaghachlar, pil chishi buyumliri, eng ésil yaghach, tuch, tömür we mermerlerdin ishlen’gen xilmuxil buyumlar,
their cargoes of gold, or silver, or precious stones, or pearls, or fine linen, or purple robes, or silk, or scarlet cloth; nor their many scented woods; nor their many articles of ivory; nor their many articles of choicest wood, or brass, or iron, or marble;
13 shuningdek qowzaqdarchin, tétitqular, xushbuy, murmekki, mestiki, sharab, zeytun méyi, aq un, bughday, kala, qoy, at, harwa we insanlarning tenliri we janliri dégen mallirini sétiwalidighan kishi yoqtur.
nor their cinnamon, or spice, or incense, or perfumes, or frankincense, or wine, or oil, or fine flour, or wheat, or cattle, or sheep; nor their horses, or chariots, or slaves; nor the bodies and souls of men.
14 ([I Babil], jéning mestane bolghan ésil méwiler sendin ketti, Barliq heshemetlik we heywetlik mal-dunyaliring sendin yoqaldi. Ular bularni emdi hergiz tapalmaydu!)
The fruit that your soul craved is no longer within your reach, and all dainties and luxuries are lost to you, never to be found again.’
15 Bu mallarni sétip béyighan sodigerler bolsa sheherning tartiwatqan azabidin qorqup, yiraqta turup uning üstide yigha-zar qiliship déyishiduki: —
The merchants who sold these things, and grew rich by her, will stand at a distance weeping and wailing, horrified at her torture, and crying —
16 «Way isit, way isit, i katta sheher! Nepis libas rextlerge, sösün we toq qizil renglik gezmallargha orilip, Altun, qimmetlik yaqutlar we ünche-merwayitlar bilen bézelgensen!
‘Alas! Alas! Great City! O City clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet cloth! O City adorned with gold ornaments, and precious stones, and pearls!
17 Bir saet ichidila shunche katta bayliqlar weyran boldi!» Barliq kéme xojayinliri, kémidiki barliq yoluchilar, kémichiler we déngizgha tayinip jan baqidighanlarning hemmisi yiraqta turup,
In a single hour your vast wealth vanished.’ Every ship’s captain and all who sail to any port, and sailors, and all who get their living from the sea, stood at a distance,
18 Uni örtigen otning is-tüteklirini körüp: — Bu katta sheherge qaysi sheher teng kélelisun? — dep peryad kötürüshti.
and seeing the smoke from the burning city, cried — ‘What city can compare with the Great City?’
19 Ular bashlirigha topa chéchip, peryad kötürüshüp, yigha-zar qiliship: — Way isit, way isit, u katta sheher! U arqiliq, uning dölitidin, déngizda kémisi barlar béyighanidi! Bir saet ichidila weyran boldi bu sheher! — déyishidu.
They threw dust on their heads, and, as they wept and wailed, they cried — ‘Alas! Alas! Great City! All who have ships on the sea grew rich through her magnificence. In a single hour it has vanished.’
20 — «Uning béshigha kelgenlerdin shadlininglar, Ey ersh, ey muqeddes bendiler, rosullar we peyghemberler! Chünki Xuda silerning dewayinglardiki hökümni uning üstidin chiqarghan!».
Rejoice over her, O Heaven, and People of Christ, and Apostles, and Prophets, for God has avenged you on her!
21 Andin, küchlük bir perishte tügmen téshigha oxshash yoghan bir tashni kötürüp, déngizgha tashlap mundaq dédi: — «Mana shundaq shiddet bilen, Katta sheher Babil ghulitilidu, U qaytidin körünmeydu!
Then a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and threw it into the sea, crying — ‘So shall Babylon, the Great City, be violently overthrown, never more to be seen.
22 Chiltarchilarning, sazchilarning, Neychiler we sunaychilarning awazi séningde qaytidin hergiz anglanmaydu, Herxil hünerni qilidighan hünerwen séningde qaytidin hergiz tépilmaydu, Tügmenningmu awazi séningde qaytidin hergiz anglanmaydu,
No more shall the music of harpers, or minstrels, or flute players, or trumpeters be heard in you, no more shall any worker, skilled in any art, be found in you; no more shall the sound of a mill be heard in you;
23 Hetta chiraghning yoruqi séningde qaytidin hergiz yorumaydu, Toy boluwatqan yigit-qizning awazi séningde qaytidin hergiz anglanmaydu; Chünki séning sodigerliring yer yüzidiki erbablar bolup chiqti, Barliq eller séning séhir-epsunliringgha aldandi;
no more shall the light of a lamp shine in you; no more shall the voices of bridegroom and bride be heard in you. Your merchants were the great men of the earth, for all the nations were deceived by your magical charms.
24 Peyghemberlerning, muqeddes bendilerning [tökülgen qanliri], Shundaqla yer yüzide barliq qirghin bolghanlarning qanlirimu uningda tépildi».
Yes, and in her was to be found the blood of the Prophets and of Christ’s People, and of all who have been put to death upon the earth.’
