1 Ey heqqaniylar, Perwerdigar üchün tentene qilinglar! Medhiyilesh duruslar üchün güzel ishtur.
Sing, you righteous, in YHWH, [For] praise from upright ones [is] lovely.
2 Rawab bilen Perwerdigarni medhiyilenglar; Ontargha tengkesh bolup, uninggha küylerni éytinglar.
Give thanks to YHWH with a harp, With stringed instrument of ten strings sing praise to Him,
3 Uninggha atap yéngi bir munajat-naxshini éytinglar; Mahirliq bilen chélip, awazinglarni yuqiri yangritinglar.
Sing to Him a new song, Play skillfully with shouting.
4 Chünki Perwerdigarning sözi berheqtur; Uning barliq ishliri wedilirige sadaqetliktur.
For the word of YHWH [is] upright, And all His work [is] in faithfulness.
5 U heqqaniyet hem adaletni yaxshi körgüchidur; Yer-zémin Perwerdigarning méhribanliqi bilen tolghandur.
Loving righteousness and judgment, The earth is full of the kindness of YHWH.
6 Perwerdigarning sözi bilen asmanlar yaritilghan, Uning aghzidiki nepes bilen ularning barliq qoshunlirimuyaritilghandur;
By the word of YHWH The heavens have been made, And all their host by the breath of His mouth.
7 U déngizdiki sularni bir yerge yighip döwileydu; U okyanlarni ambarlar ichide saqlap turidu;
Gathering the waters of the sea as a heap, Putting the depths in treasuries.
8 Pütkül yer yüzidikiler Perwerdigardin eymensun; Dunyadiki pütün jan igiliri Uningdin qorqup, hörmetlisun;
All the earth is afraid of YHWH, All the inhabitants of the world are afraid of Him.
9 Chünki Uning bir sözi bilenla ish püttürülgenidi; Uning bir emri bilenla dégenliri berpa qilin’ghanidi.
For He has spoken, and it is, He has commanded, and it stands.
10 Perwerdigar ellerning pilanini tosiwétidu; U qowmlarning xiyallirini bikar qiliwétidu.
YHWH made void the counsel of nations, He disallowed the thoughts of the peoples.
11 Perwerdigarning nesiheti menggüge turidu; Qelbidiki oyliri dewrdin-dewrge ishqa ashurulidu.
The counsel of YHWH stands for all time, The thoughts of His heart from generation to generation.
12 «Perwerdigar bizning Xudayimizdur» deydighan qowm bextliktur! Yeni Öz mirasi bolushqa tallighan xelq bextliktur!
O the blessedness of the nation whose God [is] YHWH, Of the people He chose, For an inheritance to Him.
13 Perwerdigar ershtin yerge nezer salidu, U pütkül insanlarni körüp turidu.
YHWH has looked from the heavens, He has seen all the sons of men.
14 Turalghusidin yer yüzidikilerning hemmisige qaraydu;
From the fixed place of His dwelling, He looked to all inhabitants of the earth;
15 U ularning herbirining qelblirini Yasighuchidur; Ularning barliq ishlirini dengsep chiqquchidur.
Who is forming their hearts together, Who is attending to all their works.
16 Padishah bolsa qoshunlirining köplüki bilen ghalib bolalmaydu; Palwan özining zor küchi bilen özini qutquzalmaydu;
The king is not saved by the multitude of a force. A mighty man is not delivered, By abundance of power.
17 Tolpargha tayinip xewp-xeterdin qutquzulush bihudiliktur, U zor küchi bilen héchkimni qutquzalmaydu;
A false thing [is] the horse for safety, And he does not deliver By the abundance of his strength.
18 Mana, ularning jénini ölümdin qutquzush üchün, Qehetchilikte ularni hayat saqlash üchün, Perwerdigarning közi Özidin eyminidighanlarning üstide turidu, Özining özgermes muhebbitige ümid baghlighanlarning üstide turidu.
Behold, the eye of YHWH [is] to those fearing Him, To those waiting for His kindness,
To deliver their soul from death, And to keep them alive in famine.
20 Bizning jénimiz Perwerdigargha telmüridu; Bizning yardemchimiz, Bizning qalqinimiz U bolidu.
Our soul has waited for YHWH, He [is] our help and our shield,
21 Shunga Uning bilen qelbimiz shadlinip kétidu; Chünki Uning muqeddes namigha tayinip ishenduq.
For our heart rejoices in Him, For we have trusted in His Holy Name.
22 I Perwerdigar, biz Sangila ümid baghlighinimizdek, Séning özgermes muhebbitingmu üstimizde bolghay!
Let Your kindness, O YHWH, be on us, As we have waited for You!
