1 Neghmichilerning béshigha tapshurulup oqulsun dep, Dawut yazghan küy: — I Perwerdigar, qachan’ghiche? Sen méni menggüge untumsen? Qachan’ghiche didaringni mendin yoshurisen?

For the end, a Psalm of David. How long, O Lord, wilt thou forget me? for ever? how long wilt thou turn away thy face from me?

2 Qachan’ghiche herküni qayghurup, qelbimde? Qachan’ghiche düshminim mendin shadlinip ghalib yüridu?

How long shall I take counsel in my soul, [having] sorrows in my heart daily? how long shall my enemy be exalted over me?

3 Manga qara, manga jawab bergin, i Perwerdigar Xudayim! Ölüm uyqusi méni bésip kelgüche, Közümni yorutqaysen,

Look on me, hearken to me, O Lord my God: lighten mine eyes, lest I sleep in death;

4 Düshminimning: «Men küchiyip uning üstidin ghelibe qildim» démesliki üchün, Reqiblirim sentürülgenlikimni körüp shadlanmasliqi üchün, [közümni yorutqaysen]!

lest at any time mine enemy say, I have prevailed against him: my persecutors will exult if ever I should be moved.

5 Biraq men bolsam Séning özgermes muhebbitingge özümni tapshurdum; Yürikim Séning nijatliqingdin shadlinidu;

But I have hoped in thy mercy; my heart shall exult in thy salvation.

6 Men Perwerdigargha naxsha éytimen; Chünki U manga zor méhribanliqni körsetti.

I will sing to the Lord who has dealt bountifully with me, and I will sing psalms to the name of the Lord most high.
