< Zebur 114 >
1 Israil Misirdin, Yaqup jemeti yat tilliq ellerdin chiqqanda,
When Israel went forth out of Egypt, the house of Jacob from a people of a strange language:
2 Shu chaghda Yehuda [Xudaning] muqeddes jayi, Israil uning seltiniti boldi,
Judah became his sanctuary, [and] Israel his dominion.
3 Déngiz buni körüp beder qachti, Iordan deryasi keynige yandi;
The sea beheld it, and fled: the Jordan was driven backward.
4 Taghlar qochqarlardek, Döngler qozilardek oynaqlidi.
The mountains skipped like wethers, the hills like lambs.
5 Ey déngiz, sen néme boldung, qachqili? Iordan deryasi, yolungdin yan’ghili?
What aileth thee, O sea, that thou fleest? thou, O Jordan, that thou art driven backward?
6 Taghlar qochqarlardek, Döngler qozilardek oynaqlighili?
Ye mountains, that ye skip like wethers? ye hills, like lambs?
7 I yer yüzi, Rebning jamalidin, Yaqupning Xudasining jamalidin tewren;
At the presence of the Lord tremble, O earth, at the presence of the God of Jacob;
8 U qoram tashni kölchekke, Chaqmaq téshini mol bulaq sulirigha aylanduridu.
Who changeth the rock into a pool of water, the flint into a fountain of water.
