1 Qayta-qayta eyiblinip turup yene boyni qattiqliq qilghan kishi, Tuyuqsizdin dawalighusiz yanjilar.
He that being often reproved stiffeneth his neck, suddenly shall be hurt, and there be no healing.
2 Heqqaniylar güllense, puqraliri shadlinar, Qebihler hoquq tutsa puqra nale-peryad kötürer.
When the righteous become great, the people rejoice, but, when a lawless man beareth rule, a people sigh.
3 Danaliqni söygen oghul atisini xush qilar; Biraq pahishilerge hemrah bolghan uning mal-mülkini buzup-chachar.
A man who loveth wisdom, gladdeneth his father, but, a companion of harlots, destroyeth wealth.
4 Padishah adalet bilen yurtini tinch qilar; Biraq baj-séliq salghan bolsa, uni weyran qilar.
A king, by justice, shall establish a land, —but, a man open to bribes, bringeth it to ruin.
5 Öz yéqinigha xushamet qilghan kishi, Uning putlirigha tor teyyarlap qoyghandur.
A man who flattereth his neighbour, spreadeth, a net, over his steps.
6 Rezil ademning gunahi özige qapqan yasap qurar; Biraq heqqaniy kishi naxshilar bilen shadlinar.
In the transgression of a wicked man, is a snare, but, the righteous, doth shout in triumph and rejoice.
7 Heqqaniy kishi miskinning dewasigha köngül bölür; Biraq yamanlar bolsa bu ishni chüshenmes.
The righteous doth acknowledge the plea of the poor, but, the lawless, regardeth not knowledge.
8 Hakawur kishiler sheherni qutritip dawalghutar; Biraq aqilaniler achchiq ghezeplerni yandurar.
Men given to mockery, inflame a city, —but, wise men, turn away anger.
9 Dana kishi exmeq bilen dewalashsa, Exmeq hürpiyidu yaki külidu, netijisi haman tinchliq bolmas.
A wise man pleading with a foolish man, whether he rage or laugh, there is no settlement.
10 Qanxorlar pak-diyanetliklerge nepretliner; Duruslarning jénini bolsa, ular qestler.
Blood-thirsty men, hate the blameless man, and, as for the upright, they seek his life.
11 Exmeq herdaim ichidiki hemmini ashkara qilar; Biraq dana özini bésiwalar.
All his anger, doth a dullard let go, but, a wise man, by keeping it back, stilleth it.
12 Hökümdar yalghan sözlerge qulaq salsa, Uning barliq xizmetkarliri yaman ögenmey qalmas.
When a ruler giveth heed to the word of falsehood, all his attendants, become lawless.
13 Gaday bilen uni ezgüchi kishi bir zéminda yashar; Her ikkisining közini nurlandurghuchi Perwerdigardur.
The poor man and the man of usury, meet together, he that enlighteneth the eyes of them both, is Yahweh.

16 Yamanlar güllinip ketse, naheqlik köpiyer; Lékin heqqaniylar ularning yiqilghinini körer.
When the lawless become great, transgression increaseth, but, the righteous, shall behold, their ruin.
17 Oghlungni terbiyeliseng, u séni aram tapquzar; U könglüngni söyündürer.
Correct thy son, that he may give thee rest, that he may give delight to thy soul.
18 [Perwerdigarning] wehiysi bolmighan elning puqraliri yoldin chiqip bashpanahsiz qalar; Lékin Tewrat-qanunigha emel qilidighan kishi bextliktur.
Where there is no vision, a people is let loose, but, he that keepeth instruction, how happy is he!
19 Qulni söz bilenla tüzetkili bolmas; U sözüngni chüshen’gen bolsimu, étibar qilmas.
By words, a servant will not be corrected, though he perceiveth, yet is there no answer.
20 Aghzini basalmaydighan kishini körgenmu? Uningdin ümid kütkendin, exmeqtin ümid kütüsh ewzeldur.
Thou hast seen a man hasty in his words, —there is, more hope of a dullard, than of him.

24 Oghri bilen shérik bolghan kishi öz jénigha düshmendur; U soraqchining [guwah bérishke] agahlandurushini anglisimu, lékin rast gep qilishqa pétinalmas.
He that shareth with a thief, hateth himself, an oath, he heareth, yet may not tell.
25 Insan balisidin qorqush ademni tuzaqqa chüshüridu; Biraq kimki Perwerdigargha tayan’ghan bolsa, u bixeter kötürüler.
The fear of man, setteth a snare, but, he that trusteth in Yahweh, shall be placed on high.
26 Köp kishiler hökümdardin iltipat izdep yürer; Biraq ademning heq-rizqi peqet Perwerdigarningla qolididur.
Many, seek the face of a ruler, but, from Yahweh, is the sentence of each one.
27 Naheqler heqqaniylargha yirginchliktur; Durus yolda mangghan kishiler yamanlargha yirginchliktur.
An abomination to the righteous, is the man of perversity, and, an abomination to the lawless, is a man of straightforward way.
