1 Yamanlar héchkim qoghlimisimu qachar; Biraq heqqaniylar shir yürek batur kéler.

2 Yurtta gunahlar köpeyse, uning emirliri köp almishar, Lékin uni sorighuchi yorutulghan we bilimlik bolsa, yurt aman-muqim uzun turar.
In rebellious breach of relationship, a land has many rulers, but order is maintained by a man of understanding and knowledge.
3 Miskinlerge zulum séliwatqan bir kembeghel, Xuddi [ziraetlerni] yatquzup dénini qoymaydighan qara yamghurgha oxshaydu.

5 Reziller adaletni chüshenmes; Biraq Perwerdigarni izdigüchiler hemme ishni chüshiner.
Evil men don’t understand mishpat ·justice·; but those who seek Adonai understand it fully.
6 Peziletlik yolda mangghan miskin kishi, Saxta, ikki yüzlime bay ademdin yaxshidur.
Better is the poor who walks in his integrity, than he who is perverse in his ways, and he is rich.
7 Tewrat-qanunigha itaet qilghan yigit eqilliq oghuldur; Biraq nan qépilargha hemrah bolghuchi atisini nomusqa qaldurar.
Whoever keeps the Torah ·Teaching· is a wise son; but he who is a companion of gluttons shames his father.
8 Jazanixorluq qilip yuqiri ösüm arqiliq bayliqlar tapqan kishi, Axirida bularni miskinlerge xeyrixahliq qilghuchining qoligha ötküzüsh üchün toplighandur.
He who increases his wealth by excessive interest gathers it for one who has pity on the poor.
9 Kimki Tewrat-qanunini anglimaymen dep quliqini yopursa, Hetta dualirimu leniti bolup qalar.
He who turns away his ear from sh'ma ·hearing obeying· the Torah ·Teaching·, even his prayer is an abomination.
10 Kimki duruslarni yaman yolgha azdursa, Özi kolighan orisigha özi chüsher; Biraq pak-diyanetlik adem yaxshiliqqa mirasxor bolar.
Whoever causes the upright to be led astray, intoxicated, unintentional sin ·error· in an evil way, he will fall into his own trap; but the blameless will inherit good.
11 Bay derweqe özini dana sanar; Biraq yorutulghan miskin uni haman körüp yéter.
The rich man is wise in his own eyes; but the poor who has understanding sees through him.
12 Heqqaniylar ghalibiyetlik bolsa, Jahanni tentene qaplar; Biraq yamanlar mertiwige chiqsa, xalayiq özlirini qachurar.
When the upright triumph, there is great glory; but when the wicked rise, men hide themselves.
13 Öz gunahlirini yoshurghan kishi ronaq tapmas; Biraq ularni tonup iqrar qilip, ulardin waz kechken kishi rehim-shepqetke érisher.
He who conceals his rebellious breaches of relationships does not prosper, but whoever yadah ·extend hands in confession· and forsake renounces them finds racham ·merciful love·.
14 [Perwerdigardin] herdaim qorqup yürgen kishi shunche bextliktur! Biraq könglini tash qilghan balayi’apetke qalar.
Blessed is the man who always fears; but one who hardens his heart falls into trouble.
15 Hörkirep turghan shir, Yaki [owni izdep] kéziwatqan éyiq qandaq bolsa, Yoqsul puqralarning üstidiki rezil hakimmu shundaqtur.
As a roaring lion or a charging bear, so is a wicked ruler over helpless people.
16 Yorutulmighan emir haman zor bir zalim bolup chiqar, Biraq haram bayliqlargha nepretlense, textide uzun olturar.
A tyrannical ruler lacks judgment. One who hates ill-gotten gain will have long days.
17 Qan tökken kishi qerz bilen hanggha qarap yügürer; Uni héchkim tosmisun!
A man who is tormented by life-blood will be a fugitive until the pit (of Abbadon, the unrighteous side of Sheol); no one will support him.
18 Semimiy, diyanetlik yolda mangghan qutular; Ikki yolda mangghan saxta kishi ularning biride haman yiqilip chüsher.
Whoever walks blamelessly is kept safe; but one with perverse ways will fall suddenly.
19 Öz yérige tiriship ishligen déhqanning néni yétip ashar; Biraq bikar yürüp xam xiyallarni qoghlighan kishining yoqsulluqi mol bolar!
One who works his land will have an abundance of food; but one who chases fantasies will have his fill of poverty.
20 Rastchil kishining bexti köpiyer; Biraq bay bolushqa aldirighan kishi jazadin qéchip qutulalmas.
A faithful man is rich with blessings; but one who is eager to be rich will not go unpunished.
21 Birige yan bésish qet’iy bolmas; Chünki beziler hetta bir burda nan üchünmu gunah ötküzer.
To show partiality is not good; yet a man will rebel to break away from authority thus breaking relationship for a piece of bread.
22 Nepsi toymas kishi bayliqlarni közlep aldiraydu, U namratliqning öz béshigha chüshidighinidin bixewerdur.
A stingy man hurries after riches, and does not know that poverty waits for him.
23 Bashqilarning xataliqini ochuq eyibligen kishi, Haman xushamet qilghuchigha qarighanda köprek iltipat tapar.
One who rebukes a man will afterward find more chen ·grace· than one who flatters with the tongue.
24 Ata-anisining teelluqatini oghrilap, «Bu héchqandaq gunah emes» dégen kishi, Halak qilghuchining shérikidur.
Whoever robs his father or his mother, and says, “It’s not rebellious breach of relationship.” He is a partner with a destroyer.
25 Nepsi toymighur kishi jédel-majira tériydu; Biraq Perwerdigargha tayan’ghan kishi etliner.
One who is greedy stirs up strife; but one who trusts in Adonai will prosper.
26 Özining könglige ishen’gen kishi exmeqtur; Biraq danaliq bilen mangghan nijat tapar.
One who trusts in himself is a fool; but one who walks in wisdom is kept safe.
27 Namratlargha xeyrxahliq qilidighan kishi mohtajliq tartmas; Lékin hajetmenni körsimu körmeske salghan kishi köpligen qarghishqa uchrar.
One who gives to the poor has no lack; but one who closes his eyes will have many curses.
28 Yamanlar mertiwige chiqsa, xalayiq özlirini qachurar; Lékin ular zawal tapsa, heqqaniylar rawaj tapar.
When the wicked rise, men hide themselves; but when they perish, the upright thrive.
