In April of the year after the Israeli people left Egypt, Yahweh spoke to Moses/me while he/I was in the Sacred Tent, in the Sinai Desert. Yahweh said to him/me,

“I want you and Aaron to determine how many Israeli men are able to fight in battles. Write down the names of all the men who are at least 20 years old, and write down the names of their clans and families.

[I have chosen] one man from each of the tribes to help you to do this. Each one will be a leader of his clan.
5 Töwendikiler silerge yardemlishidighanlarning isimliki: — Ruben qebilisidin Shidörning oghli Elizur;
Their names are: Elizur, the son of Shedeur, from the tribe of Reuben; Shelumiel, the son of Zurishaddai, from the tribe of Simeon; Nahshon, the son of Amminadab, from the tribe of Judah; Nethanel, the son of Zuar, from the tribe of Issachar; Eliab, the son of Helon, from the tribe of Zebulun; Elishama, the son of Ammihud, from the tribe of Joseph’s son Ephraim; Gamaliel, the son of Pedahzur, from the tribe of Joseph’s son Manasseh; Abidan, the son of Gideoni, from the tribe of Benjamin; Ahiezer, the son of Ammishaddai, from the tribe of Dan; Pagiel, the son of Ocran, from the tribe of Asher; Eliasaph, the son of Deuel, from the tribe of Gad; Ahira, the son of Enan, from the tribe of Naphtali.”
6 Shiméon qebilisidin Zuri-shaddayning oghli Shélumiyel;
7 Yehuda qebilisidin Amminadabning oghli Nahshon;
8 Issakar qebilisidin Zuarning oghli Netanel;
9 Zebulun qebilisidin Hélonning oghli Éliab;
10 Yüsüp ewladliri ichide Efraim qebilisidin Ammihudning oghli Elishama; Manasseh qebilisidin Pidahzurning oghli Gamaliyel;
11 Binyamin qebilisidin Gidéonining oghli Abidan;
12 Dan qebilisidin Ammishaddayning oghli Ahiezer;
13 Ashir qebilisidin Okranning oghli Pagiyel;
14 Gad qebilisidin Déuelning oghli Eliasaf;
15 Naftali qebilisidin Énanning oghli Ahira».
16 Bular jamaet ichidin chaqirilghanlar, yeni ata jemet-qebililirining bashliqliri, minglighan Israillarning bash serdarliri idi.
Those were the men whom Yahweh chose from the people. They were leaders of their tribes. They were the chief men of the clans of the Israeli people.
17 Shuning bilen Musa bilen Harun ismi atalghan bu kishilerni bashlap,
Aaron and Moses/I summoned all these leaders,

and they gathered all of the people together on that same day. They listed/wrote down the names of all the men who were at least 20 years old, and with their names they wrote the names of their clans and their family groups
19 Perwerdigar Musagha qandaq buyrughan bolsa, Musa Sinay chölide ularni shundaq sanaqtin ötküzdi.
just as Moses/I had commanded. They wrote the names while (the Israelis/we) were there in the Sinai Desert.
20 Israilning tunji oghli Rubenning ewladliri ata jemeti, ailisi boyiche, ismi asas qilinip, yigirme yashtin ashqan, jengge chiqalaydighan erkeklerning hemmisi bir-birlep tizimlandi;
This is a list of the number of men who were at least 20 years old and able to fight in battles, and the names of their tribes: There were 46,500 men from the tribe of Reuben (who was Jacob’s oldest son); there were 59,300 men from the tribe of Simeon; there were 45,560 men from the tribe of Gad; there were 74,600 men from the tribe of Judah; there were 54,400 men from the tribe of Issachar; there were 57,400 men from the tribe of Zebulun; there were 40,500 men from the tribe of Ephraim; there were 32,200 men from the tribe of Manasseh; there were 35,400 men from the tribe of Benjamin; there were 62,700 men from the tribe of Dan; there were 41,500 men from the tribe of Asher; there were 53,400 men from the tribe of Naphtali.
21 Ruben qebilisidin sanaqtin ötküzülgenler jemiy qiriq alte ming besh yüz kishi boldi.
22 Shiméonning ewladliri ata jemeti, ailisi boyiche, ismi asas qilinip, yigirme yashtin ashqan, jengge chiqalaydighan erkeklerning hemmisi bir-birlep tizimlandi;
23 Shiméon qebilisidin sanaqtin ötküzülgenler jemiy ellik toqquz ming üch yüz kishi boldi.
24 Gadning ewladliri ata jemeti, ailisi boyiche, ismi asas qilinip, yigirme yashtin ashqan, jengge chiqalaydighanlarning hemmisi bir-birlep tizimlandi;
25 Gad qebilisidin sanaqtin ötküzülgenler jemiy qiriq besh ming alte yüz ellik kishi boldi.
26 Yehudaning ewladliri ata jemeti, ailisi boyiche, ismi asas qilinip, yigirme yashtin ashqan, jengge chiqalaydighanlarning hemmisi bir-birlep tizimlandi;
27 Yehuda qebilisidin sanaqtin ötküzülgenler jemiy yetmish töt ming alte yüz kishi boldi.
28 Issakarning ewladliri ata jemeti, ailisi boyiche, ismi asas qilinip, yigirme yashtin ashqan, jengge chiqalaydighanlarning hemmisi bir-birlep tizimlandi;
29 Issakar qebilisidin sanaqtin ötküzülgenler jemiy ellik töt ming töt yüz kishi boldi.
30 Zebulunning ewladliri ata jemeti, ailisi boyiche, ismi asas qilinip, yigirme yashtin ashqan, jengge chiqalaydighanlarning hemmisi bir-birlep tizimlandi;
31 Zebulun qebilisidin sanaqtin ötküzülgenler jemiy ellik yette ming töt yüz kishi boldi.
32 Yüsüpning ewladliri: — uning oghli Efraimning ewladliri ata jemeti, ailisi boyiche, ismi asas qilinip, yigirme yashtin ashqan, jengge chiqalaydighanlarning hemmisi bir-birlep tizimlandi;
33 Efraim qebilisidin sanaqtin ötküzülgenler jemiy qiriq ming besh yüz kishi boldi.
34 [Yüsüpning ikkinchi oghli] Manassehning ewladliri ata jemeti, ailisi boyiche, ismi asas qilinip, yigirme yashtin ashqan, jengge chiqalaydighanlarning hemmisi bir-birlep tizimlandi;
35 Manasseh qebilisidin sanaqtin ötküzülgenler jemiy ottuz ikki ming ikki yüz kishi boldi.
36 Binyaminning ewladliri ata jemeti, ailisi boyiche, ismi asas qilinip, yigirme yashtin ashqan, jengge chiqalaydighanlarning hemmisi bir-birlep tizimlandi;
37 Binyamin qebilisidin sanaqtin ötküzülgenler jemiy ottuz besh ming töt yüz kishi boldi.
38 Danning ewladliri ata jemeti, ailisi boyiche, ismi asas qilinip, yigirme yashtin ashqan, jengge chiqalaydighanlarning hemmisi bir-birlep tizimlandi;
39 Dan qebilisidin sanaqtin ötküzülgenler jemiy atmish ikki ming yette yüz kishi boldi.
40 Ashirning ewladliri ata jemeti, ailisi boyiche, ismi asas qilinip, yigirme yashtin ashqan, jengge chiqalaydighanlarning hemmisi bir-birlep tizimlandi;
41 Ashir qebilisidin sanaqtin ötküzülgenler jemiy qiriq bir ming besh yüz kishi boldi.
42 Naftalining ewladliri ata jemeti, ailisi boyiche, ismi asas qilinip, yigirme yashtin ashqan, jengge chiqalaydighanlarning hemmisi bir-birlep tizimlandi;
43 Naftali qebilisidin sanaqtin ötküzülgenler jemiy ellik üch ming töt yüz kishi boldi.
44 Yuqiriqilar bolsa sanaqtin ötküzülgenler bolup, Musa bilen Harun hem Israillarning on ikki emiri (herbiri öz ata jemetige wekil boldi) ularni sanaqtin ötkezgen.
That was the number of men from each tribe that Aaron and Moses/I and the twelve leaders of the tribes of Israel listed, along with the names of their clans.
45 Shundaq qilip, Israillarning hemmisi, yeni Israilda yigirme yashtin ashqanlardin, jengge chiqalaydighanlarning hemmisi ata jemetliri boyiche tizimlandi;
46 Sanaqtin ötküzülgenler jemiy alte yüz üch ming besh yüz ellik kishi boldi.
The total was 603,550 men.
47 Biraq Lawiylar ata jemet-qebilisi boyiche sanaqning ichige kirgüzülmidi.
But this number did not include the names of the men of the tribe of Levi,
48 Chünki Perwerdigar Musagha söz qilip: —
because Yahweh had said to Moses/me,
49 «Sen peqet Lawiy qebilisinila shu hésabqa kirgüzmigin, ularning omumiy saninimu Israillarning qatarigha kirgüzmigin.
“When you (count/write the names of) the men of the tribes of Israel, do not count the men in the tribe of Levi.
50 Lékin sen Lawiylarni [Xudaning] höküm-guwahliqi saqlaqliq chédir we uning ichidiki barliq qacha-qucha eswaplarni hem uninggha dair barliq nersilerni bashqurushqa teyinligin; ular [ibadet] chédirini we uning ichidiki barliq qacha-qucha eswaplarni kötüridu; ibadet chédirining xizmitini qilghuchilar shular bolsun, ular chédirning töt etrapida öz chédirlirini tiksun.
Appoint the male descendants of Levi to take care of the Sacred Tent and the chest inside it that contains [the tablets on which are written] the Ten Commandments. They must also take care of the other things that are inside the tent. [When you travel], they are the ones who must carry the tent and all the things that are inside it, and they must take care of it and set up their tents around it.
51 Chédirni köchüridighan chaghda uni Lawiylar söksun; chédirni tikidighan chaghda uni Lawiylar tiksun; [Lawiylargha] yat bolghan herqandaq adem uninggha yéqinlashsa ölümge mehkum qilinsun.
Whenever it is time for all of you to move [to another location], the descendants of Levi are the ones who must dismantle the tent. And when it is time to stop traveling, they are the ones who must set up the Sacred Tent again. Any other person who goes near the Sacred Tent [to do this work] must be executed.
52 Israillar bargah qurghanda her adem öz qismida, özige xas tugh astigha chédir tiksun.
The people of each Israeli tribe must set up their tents in their own area, and they must set up a flag/banner that represents their tribe.
53 Biraq [Xudaning] ghezipi Israil jamaitining üstige chüshmesliki üchün, Lawiylar Xudaning höküm-guwahliqi saqlaqliq chédirning töt etrapigha bargah qursun; Lawiylar Xudaning höküm-guwahliqi saqlaqliq chédirni muhapizet qilishqa mes’ul bolidu» — dégenidi.
But the male descendants of Levi must set up their tents around the Sacred Tent, in order to protect the other Israeli people from being punished [MTY] by Yahweh [for coming close to the Sacred Tent]. The descendants of Levi are the ones who must stand around the Sacred Tent to guard it.”
54 Israillar ene shundaq qildi; Perwerdigar Musagha qandaq buyrughan bolsa, ular shundaq qildi.
So the Israeli people did everything just like Yahweh had commanded Moses/me.
