1 — Emdi, hey kahinlar, bu emr-perman silerge chüshti: —
Now this command is for you priests!
2 Siler anglimisanglar, namimgha shan-sherep keltürüshke köngül qoymisanglar, — deydu samawi qoshunlarning Serdari bolghan Perwerdigar, — Men aranglargha lenetni chüshürüp ewetimen; silerning beriketliringlarghimu lenet qilimen. Berheq, Men alliqachan ulargha lenet oqudum, chünki siler [sheripimge] köngül qoymidinglar.
If you will not listen and if you will not take it to heart to honor me, says the Lord Almighty, then I will place a curse on you and I will curse your blessings—in fact I have already cursed them because you haven't taken what I said to heart.
3 Mana, Men uruqliringlargha tenbih bérimen, silerning yüzünglerge poq, héytinglardiki poqni sürimen; birsi silerni shu poq bilen bille apirip tashlaydu.
Watch out! I am going to penalize your descendants. I will spread manure on your faces from the animals you sacrifice, the manure from your religious festivals, and you will be thrown out with it.
4 Shuning bilen siler Méning silerge bu emrni ewetkenlikimni bilisiler, meqset, Méning Lawiy bilen tüzgen ehdemning saqliniwérishi üchündur, — deydu samawi qoshunlarning Serdari bolghan Perwerdigar.
Then you will know that I sent you this command so that my agreement with Levi can continue, says the Lord Almighty.
5 — Méning uning bilen tüzgen ehdem hayatliq hem aram-xatirjemlik élip kélidu; uni Mendin qorqsun dep bularni uninggha berdim; u Mendin qorqup namim aldida titrigenidi.
My agreement with him was one of life and peace, which I gave to him, and respect—he respected me. He stood in awe of me.
6 Aghzidin heqiqetning telim-terbiyisi chüshmigen, lewliridin naheqliq tépilmighan; u aramliq-xatirjemlik hem durusluqta Men bilen bille mangghan, nurghun kishilerni qebihliktin yandurghan.
He taught the people the truth; nothing in his teaching was false. He walked with me in peace and did what was right, and he helped many to turn way from sin.
7 Chünki kahinning lewliri ilim-bilimni saqlishi kérek, xeqler uning aghzidin Tewrat-qanunini izdishi lazim; chünki u samawi qoshunlarning Serdari bolghan Perwerdigarning elchisidur.
A priest should explain the truth about God, they should go to him to be taught, for he is the Lord Almighty's messenger.
8 — Biraq siler yoldin chetnep kettinglar; siler nurghun kishiler üchün Tewrat-qanunini putlikashanggha aylanduruwettinglar; siler Lawiy bilen tüzülgen ehdini buzghansiler — deydu samawi qoshunlarning Serdari bolghan Perwerdigar,
But you have turned from my way. You have made many people to fall into sin. By your teaching you have broken the agreement with Levi, says the Lord Almighty.
9 — shunga Men silernimu pütün xelq aldida nepretlik we peskesh qildim, chünki siler yollirimni tutmighan, shundaqla Tewrat-qanunini ijra qilghanda bir terepke yan basqan.
So I have destroyed any respect you had, and humiliated you before all the people. For you have not kept my ways, and have shown favoritism in what you teach.
10 — Bizde bir ata bar emesmu? Bizni Yaratquchi peqet birla Tengri emesmu? Emdi némishqa herbirimiz öz qérindishimizgha wapasizliq qilip, ata-bowilirimiz bilen tüzgen ehdisini bulghaymiz?
Don't we all have one Father? Didn't one God create us? So why are we unfaithful to each other, violating the agreement made by our forefathers?
11 Yehuda wapasizliq qildi, Israilda hem Yérusalémda yirginchlik bir ish sadir qilindi; chünki Yehuda Perwerdigar söygen muqeddes jayini bulghap, yat bir ilahning qizini emrige aldi.
The people of Judah have been unfaithful and have committed a disgusting sin in Israel and Jerusalem. For the men of Judah have defiled the Lord's Temple (which he loves) by marrying women who worship idols.
12 Undaq qilghuchi, yeni azdurghuchi bolsun, azdurulghuchi bolsun, samawi qoshunlarning Serdari bolghan Perwerdigargha «ashliq hediye»ni élip kelgüchi bolsun, Perwerdigar ularni Yaqupning chédirliridin üzüp tashlaydu.
May the Lord expel the family of any man who does this from the nation of Israel! May there be no one left to bring an offering to the Lord Almighty!
13 Siler shuningdek shundaq qilisilerki, qurban’gahni köz yashliri, yigha, ah-zarlar bilen qaplaysiler — chünki U qurbanliq-hediyilerge héch qarimaydighan boldi, uningdin héch razi bolmay qolunglardin qobul qilmaydighan boldi.
Something else you do is to pour out your tears on the Lord's altar weeping and moaning because he no longer pays attention to your offerings or doesn't want to accept them.
14 Biraq siler: «némishqa?» dep soraysiler. — Chünki Perwerdigar sen we yashliqingda alghan ayaling otturisida guwahchi bolghanidi; sen uninggha wapasizliq qilding, gerche u séning hemrahing we sen ehde tüzgen ayaling bolsimu.
“Why not?” you ask. Because the Lord witnessed the vows you and your wife exchanged when you were young. You were unfaithful to her, your wife and partner joined to you by marriage contract.
15 Xuda [er-ayalni] bir qilghan emesmu? Shundaqla, buninggha Rohini qaldurghan emesmu? [Xuda] némishqa ularni bir qildi? Chünki U ulardin ixlasmen perzent kütkenidi. Emdi herbiringlar öz qelb-rohinglargha diqqet qilinglar, héchqaysisi yashliqta alghan ayaligha wapasizliq qilmisun!
Did he not make you one, and give some of his Spirit to you? And what does he want? Children of God. So watch what you do, and don't be unfaithful to the wife you married when you were young.
16 Chünki Men talaq qilishqa öchturmen, deydu Israilning Xudasi Perwerdigar, — shuningdek öz tonigha zomburluq chaplashturuwalghuchigha öchmen, — deydu samawi qoshunlarning Serdari bolghan Perwerdigar. — shunga qelb-rohinglargha diqqet qilinglar, héchqaysinglar wapasizliq qilmanglar!
For I hate divorce, says the Lord God of Israel, for it's a violent attack on the wife, says the Lord Almighty. So watch what you do, and don't be unfaithful.
17 — Siler sözliringlar bilen Perwerdigarning sewr-taqitini qoymidinglar, andin siler: «Biz néme qilip Uning sewr-taqitini qoymaptuq?» — deysiler. Sewr-taqitini qoymighanliqinglar bolsa del: «Rezillik qilghuchi Perwerdigarning neziride yaxshidur, U ulardin xursen bolidu»; yaki «Adaletni yürgüzgüchi Xuda zadi nedidur?» — dégininglerde bolmamdu!
You have worn the Lord out with your words. “How have we worn him out?” you ask. By saying everyone who does evil is good in the sight of the Lord and he is happy with them, or by asking, where is the Lord's justice?
