1 Gerche nurghun ademler arimizda mutleq ishenchlik dep qaralghan ishlarni toplap yézishqa kirishken bolsimu,
Since many have undertaken to set in order a narrative concerning those matters which have been fulfilled among us,
2 (xuddi söz-kalamgha bashtin-axir öz közi bilen guwahchi bolghanlar, shundaqla uni saqlap yetküzgüchilerning bizge amanet qilghan bayanliridek),
even as those who from the beginning were eyewitnesses and servants of the word delivered them to us,
3 menmu barliq ishlarni bashtin tepsiliy tekshürüp éniqlighandin kéyin, i hörmetlik Téofilus janabliri, silige bu ishlarni tertipi boyiche yézishni layiq taptim.
it seemed good to me also, having traced the course of all things accurately from the first, to write to you in order, most excellent Theophilus;

that you might know the certainty concerning the things in which you were instructed.

There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judea, a certain cohen named Zechariah, of the division of Abijah. He had a wife of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elisheva.
6 Ular ikkisi Xudaning alidida heqqaniy kishiler bolup, Perwerdigarning pütün emr-belgilimiliri boyiche eyibsiz mangatti.
They were both righteous before God, walking blamelessly in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord.

But they had no child, because Elisheva was barren, and they both were well advanced in years.

Now it happened, while he was performing the office of cohen before God in the order of his division,
9 [shu chaghdiki] kahinliq aditi boyiche, ular Perwerdigarning «muqeddes jay»igha kirip xushbuy sélishqa muyesser bolushqa chek tashlighanda shundaq boldiki, chek uninggha chiqti.
according to the custom of the office of cohen, his lot was to enter into the temple of the Lord and burn incense.
10 Emdi u xushbuy séliwatqan waqtida, jamaet tashqirida turup dua qilishiwatatti.
And the whole crowd of people were praying outside at the hour of incense.
11 Tuyuqsiz Perwerdigarning bir perishtisi uninggha xushbuygahning ong teripide köründi.
An angel of the Lord appeared to him, standing on the right side of the altar of incense.
12 Uni körgen Zekeriya hoduqup qorqunchqa chömüp ketti.
Zechariah was troubled when he saw him, and fear fell upon him.
13 Biraq perishte uninggha: — Ey Zekeriya, qorqmighin! Chünki tiliking ijabet qilindi, ayaling Élizabit sanga bir oghul tughup béridu, sen uning ismini Yehya qoyghin.
But the angel said to him, "Do not be afraid, Zechariah, because your request has been heard, and your wife, Elisheva, will bear you a son, and you are to name him John.

You will have joy and gladness; and many will rejoice at his birth.

For he will be great in the sight of the Lord, and he must never drink wine or strong drink, and he will be filled with the Ruach ha-Kodesh, even from his mother's womb.
16 U Israillardin nurghunlirini Perwerdigar Xudasining yénigha qayturidu.
He will turn many of the children of Israel to the Lord, their God.
17 U [Rebning] aldida Iliyas peyghemberge xas bolghan roh we küch-qudrette bolup, atilarning qelblirini balilargha mayil qilip, itaetsizlerni heqqaniylarning aqilanilikige kirgüzüp, Reb üchün teyyarlan’ghan bir xelqni hazir qilish üchün uning aldida mangidu, — dédi.
He will go before him in the spirit and power of Elijah, 'to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children,' and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord."
18 Zekeriya bolsa perishtidin: Menmu qérip qalghan, ayalimmu xéli yashinip qalghan tursa, bu ishni qandaq jezm qilalaymen? — dep soridi.
Zechariah said to the angel, "How can I be sure of this? For I am an old man, and my wife is well advanced in years."
19 Perishte jawaben: — Men Xudaning huzurida turghuchi Jebrailmen. Sanga söz qilishqa, bu xush xewerni sanga yetküzüshke men ewetildim.
The angel answered him, "I am Gabriel, who stands in the presence of God. I was sent to speak to you, and to bring you this good news.

The people were waiting for Zechariah, and they were wondering why he was delayed in the temple.
22 U chiqqanda ulargha gep qilalmidi; uning ulargha qol isharetlirini qilishidin, shundaqla zuwan sürelmigenlikidin ular uning muqeddes jayda birer alamet körünüshni körgenlikini chüshinip yetti.
When he came out, he could not speak to them, and they perceived that he had seen a vision in the temple. He continued making signs to them, and remained mute.
23 Shundaq boldiki, uning [ibadetxanidiki] xizmet mudditi toshushi bilenla, u öyige qaytti.
It happened, when the days of his service were fulfilled, he departed to his house.
24 Derweqe, birnechche kündin kéyin uning ayali Élizabit hamilidar boldi; u besh ayghiche tala-tüzge chiqmay:
After these days Elisheva, his wife, conceived, and she hid herself five months, saying,
25 «Emdi Perwerdigar méning halimgha nezirini chüshürüp, méni xalayiq arisida nomusqa qélishtin xalas qilip, manga bu künlerde shunchilik shapaet körsetti» — dédi.
"Thus has the Lord done to me in the days in which he looked at me, to take away my disgrace among people."

Now in the sixth month, the angel Gabriel was sent from God to a city of Galil, named Natzeret,
to a virgin pledged to be married to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David. The virgin's name was Miriam.
28 Jebrail uning aldigha kirip uninggha: — Salam sanga, ey shepqetke muyesser bolghan qiz! Perwerdigar sanga yardur! — dédi.
Having come in, the angel said to her, "Greetings, favored one. The Lord is with you."
29 U perishtini körgende, uning sözidin bek hoduqup ketti, könglide bundaq salam sözi zadi némini körsitidighandu, dep oylap qaldi.
But when she saw him, she was greatly troubled at the saying, and considered what kind of greeting this might be.
30 Perishte uninggha: — Ey Meryem, qorqmighin. Sen Xuda aldida shepqet tapqansen.
The angel said to her, "Do not be afraid, Miriam, for you have found favor with God.
31 Mana, sen hamilidar bolup bir oghul tughisen, sen uning ismini Eysa dep qoyisen.
And look, you will conceive in your womb, and bring forth a son, and will call his name 'Yeshua.'
32 U ulugh bolidu, Hemmidin Aliy Bolghuchining oghli dep atilidu; we Perwerdigar Xuda uninggha atisi Dawutning textini ata qilidu.
He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his father, David,
33 U Yaqupning jemeti üstige menggü seltenet qilidu, uning padishahliqi tügimestur, — dédi. (aiōn g165)
and he will reign over the house of Jacob forever. There will be no end to his Kingdom." (aiōn g165)
34 Meryem emdi perishtidin: — Men téxi er kishige tegmigen tursam, bu ish qandaqmu mumkin bolsun? — dep soridi.
Miriam said to the angel, "How can this be, seeing I am a virgin?"
35 Perishte uninggha jawaben: — Muqeddes Roh séning wujudunggha chüshidu we Hemmidin Aliy Bolghuchining küch-qudriti sanga saye bolup yéqinlishidu. Shunga, sendin tughulidighan muqeddes [perzent] Xudaning Oghli dep atilidu.
The angel answered her, "The Ruach ha-Kodesh will come on you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. Therefore also the holy one who is born will be called the Son of God.
36 We mana, tughqining Élizabitmu yashinip qalghan bolsimu, oghulgha hamilidar boldi; tughmas déyilgüchining qorsaq kötürginige hazir alte ay bolup qaldi.
And look, Elisheva, your relative, also has conceived a son in her old age; and this is the sixth month with her who was called barren.
37 Chünki Xuda bilen héchqandaq ish mumkin bolmay qalmaydu, — dédi.
For with God nothing will be impossible."
38 Meryem: — Mana Perwerdigarning dédikimen; manga sözüng boyiche bolsun, — dédi. Shuning bilen perishte uning yénidin ketti.
And Miriam said, "See, the handmaid of the Lord; be it to me according to your word." The angel departed from her.
39 Meryem shu künlerde ornidin qopup aldirap Yehudiye taghliq rayonidiki bir sheherge bardi.
Miriam arose in those days and went into the hill country with haste, into a city of Judah,
40 U Zekeriyaning öyige kirip, Élizabitqa salam berdi.
and entered into the house of Zechariah and greeted Elisheva.
41 We shundaq boldiki, Élizabit Meryemning salimini anglighandila, qorsiqidiki bowaq oynaqlap ketti. Élizabit bolsa Muqeddes Rohqa toldurulup, yuqiri awaz bilen tentene qilip mundaq dédi: — Qiz-ayallar ichide bextliktursen, qorsiqingdiki méwimu bextliktur!
It happened, when Elisheva heard Miriam's greeting, that the baby leaped in her womb, and Elisheva was filled with the Ruach ha-Kodesh.
She called out with a loud voice, and said, "Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb.
43 Manga shundaq [sherep] nedin keldikin, Rebbimning anisi bolghuchi méni yoqlap keldi!
Why am I so favored, that the mother of my Lord should come to me?
44 Chünki mana, saliming quliqimgha kirgendila, qorsiqimdiki bowaq söyünüp oynaqlap ketti.
For look, when the voice of your greeting came into my ears, the baby leaped in my womb for joy.
45 Ishen’gen qiz neqeder bextliktur; chünki uninggha Perwerdigar teripidin éytilghan söz jezmen emelge ashurulidu!
Blessed is she who believed, for there will be a fulfillment of the things which have been spoken to her from the Lord."
46 Meryemmu xush bolup mundaq dédi: — «Jénim Rebni ulughlaydu,
Miriam said, "My soul magnifies the Lord.
47 rohim Qutquzghuchim Xudadin shadlandi,
And my spirit rejoices in God my Savior,
48 Chünki U dédikining miskin haligha nezer saldi; Chünki mana, shundin bashlap barliq dewrler méni bextlik dep ataydu;
for he has looked at the humble state of his servant girl. For look, from now on all generations will call me blessed.
49 Chünki Qadir Bolghuchi men üchün ulugh ishlarni emelge ashurdi; Muqeddestur Uning nami.
For he who is mighty has done great things for me, and holy is his name.
50 Uning rehim-shepqiti dewrdin-dewrgiche Özidin qorqidighanlarning üstididur,
His mercy is for generations of generations on those who fear him.
51 U biliki bilen küch-qudritini namayan qildi, U tekebburlarni könglidiki niyet-xiyalliri ichidila tarmar qildi.
He has shown strength with his arm. He has scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts.
52 U küchlük hökümdarlarni textidin chüshürdi, Péqirlarni égiz kötürdi.
He has put down princes from their thrones. And has exalted the lowly.
53 U achlarni nazi-németler bilen toyundurdi, Lékin baylarni quruq qol qayturdi.
He has filled the hungry with good things. He has sent the rich away empty.
He has given help to Israel, his servant, that he might remember mercy,

As he spoke to our fathers, to Abraham and his offspring forever." (aiōn g165)
56 Meryem Élizabitning yénida üch ayche turup, öz öyige qaytti.
Miriam stayed with her about three months, and then returned to her house.
57 Élizabitning tughutining ay-küni toshup, bir oghul tughdi.
Now the time that Elisheva should give birth was fulfilled, and she brought forth a son.
58 Emdi uning qolum-qoshniliri we uruq-tughqanliri Perwerdigarning uninggha körsetken méhir-shepqitini shunche ulghaytqanliqini anglap, uning bilen teng shadlandi.
Her neighbors and her relatives heard that the Lord had magnified his mercy towards her, and they rejoiced with her.
59 We shundaq boldiki, bowaq tughulup sekkiz kün bolghanda, xalayiq balining xetnisini qilghili keldi. Ular uninggha Zekeriya dep atisining ismini qoymaqchi bolushti.
It happened on the eighth day, that they came to circumcise the child; and they would have called him Zechariah, after the name of the father.
60 Lékin anisi jawaben: — Yaq! Ismi Yehya atalsun — dédi.
His mother answered, "Not so; but he will be called John."
61 Ular uninggha: — Biraq uruq-jemetingiz ichide bundaq isimdikiler yoqqu! — déyishti.
They said to her, "There is no one among your relatives who is called by this name."
62 Shuning bilen ular balining atisidin perzentingizge néme isim qoyushni xalaysiz, dep isharet bilen sorashti.
They made signs to his father, what he would have him called.
63 U bir parche [mom] taxtayni ekilishni telep qilip: «Uning ismi Yehyadur» dep yazdi. Hemmeylen intayin heyran qélishti.
And he asked for a writing tablet, and wrote, "His name is John." And they were all amazed.
64 Shuan uning aghzi échildi, uning tili yéshilip, zuwan’gha keldi we shuning bilen Xudagha teshekkür-medhiye éytti.
His mouth was opened immediately, and his tongue freed, and he spoke, blessing God.
65 Ularning öpchürisidikilerning hemmisini qorqunch basti; Yehudiye taghliq rayonlirida bu ishlarning hemmisi el aghzida pur ketti.
Fear came on all who lived around them, and all these sayings were talked about throughout all the hill country of Judea.
66 Bu ishlardin xewer tapquchilarning hemmisi ularni könglige püküp: «Bu bala zadi qandaq adem bolar?» déyishti. Chünki Perwerdigarning qoli derweqe uninggha yar idi.
All who heard them laid them up in their heart, saying, "What then will this child be?" The hand of the Lord was with him.
67 Shu chaghda balining atisi Zekeriya Muqeddes Rohqa toldurulup, wehiy-bésharetni yetküzüp, mundaq dédi: —
His father, Zechariah, was filled with the Ruach ha-Kodesh, and prophesied, saying,
68 «Israilning Xudasi Perwerdigargha teshekkür-medhiye oqulsun! Chünki U Öz xelqini yoqlap, ulardin xewer élip, bedel tölep ularni hör qildi.
"Blessed be the Lord, the God of Israel, for he has visited and worked redemption for his people;
and has raised up a horn of salvation for us in the house of his servant David

salvation from our enemies, and from the hand of all who hate us;

to show mercy towards our fathers, to remember his holy covenant,
the oath which he spoke to Abraham, our father,
to grant to us that we, being delivered out of the hand of our enemies, should serve him without fear,
In holiness and righteousness before him all our days.
76 Emdi sen, i balam, Hemmidin Aliy Bolghuchining peyghembiri dep atilisen; Chünki sen Rebning yollirini teyyarlash üchün Uning aldida mangisen.
And you, child, will be called a prophet of the Most High, for you will go before the Lord to make ready his ways,

to give knowledge of salvation to his people by the forgiveness of their sins,

because of the tender mercy of our God, whereby the dawn from on high will visit us,
to shine on those who sit in darkness and the shadow of death; to guide our feet into the way of peace."
80 Bala bolsa ösüp, rohta küchlendürüldi. U Israil jamaitining aldida namayan qilin’ghuche chöllerde yashap keldi.
The child was growing, and becoming strong in spirit, and was in the desert until the day of his public appearance to Israel.
