1 Témanliq Élifaz jawaben mundaq dédi: —
And Eliphaz the Temanite answers and says:
2 «Birsi sen bilen sözleshmekchi bolsa, éghir alamsen? Biraq kim aghzigha kelgen gepni yutuwatalaydu?
“Has one tried a word with you? You are weary! And who is able to keep in words?
3 Qara, sen köp ademlerge telim-terbiye bergen ademsen, Sen jansiz qollargha küch bergensen,
Behold, you have instructed many, And feeble hands you make strong.
4 Sözliring deldengship aran mangidighanlarni righbetlendürgen, Tizliri pükülgenlerni yöligensen.
Your words raise up the stumbling one, And you strengthen bowing knees.
5 Biraq hazir nöwet sanga keldi, Shuningliq bilen halingdin ketting, Balayi’apet sanga tégishi bilen, Sen alaqzade bolup ketting.
But now, it comes to you, And you are weary; It strikes to you, and you are troubled.
6 Ixlasmenliking tayanching bolup kelmigenmu? Yolliringdiki durusluq ümidingning asasi emesmidi?
Is your reverence not your confidence? Your hope—the perfection of your ways?
7 Ésingge al, kim bigunah turup weyran bolup baqqan? Duruslarning hayati nede üzülüp qalghan?
Now remember, Who, being innocent, has perished? And where have the upright been cut off?
8 Men körginimdek, gunah bilen yer aghdurup awarichilik térighanlar, Oxshashla hosul alidu.
As I have seen—plowers of iniquity, And sowers of misery, reap it!
9 Tengrining bir nepisi bilenla ular gumran bolidu, Uning ghezipining partlishi bilen ular yoqilip kétidu.
From the breath of God they perish, And from the spirit of His anger [are] consumed.
10 Shirning hörkireshliri, Hem esheddiy shirning awazi [bar bolsimu], Shir arslanlirining chishliri sundurulidu;
The roaring of a lion, And the voice of a fierce lion, And teeth of young lions have been broken.
11 Batur shir bolsa ow tapalmay yoqilishqa yüzlinidu, Chishi shirning küchükliri chéchilip kétidu.
An old lion is perishing without prey, And the whelps of the lioness separate.
12 — Mana, manga bir söz ghayibane keldi, Quliqimgha bir shiwirlighan awaz kirdi,
And a thing is secretly brought to me, And my ear receives a little of it.
13 Tün kéchidiki ghayibane körünüshlerdin chiqqan oylarda, Ademlerni chongqur uyqu basqanda,
In thoughts from visions of the night, In the falling of deep sleep on men,
14 Qorqunch we titrekmu méni basti, Söngek-söngeklirimni titritiwetti;
Fear has met me, and trembling, And the multitude of my bones caused to fear.
15 Köz aldimdin bir roh ötüp ketti; Bedinimdiki tüklirim hürpiyip ketti.
And a spirit passes before my face, The hair of my flesh stands up;
16 U roh ornida midirlimay turdi, biraq turqini körelmidim; Köz aldimda bir gewde turuptu; Shiwirlighan bir awaz anglandi: —
It stands, and I do not discern its aspect, A likeness [is] before my eyes, Silence! And I hear a voice:
17 «Insan balisi Tengridin heqqaniy bolalamdu? Adem öz Yaratquchisidin pak bolalamdu?
Is mortal man more righteous than God? Is a man cleaner than his Maker?
18 Mana, U Öz qullirigha ishenmigen, Hetta perishtilirinimu «Nadanliq qilghan!» dep eyibligen yerde,
Behold, He puts no credence in His servants, Nor sets praise in His messengers.
19 Uli topilardin bolghan insanlar, Laydin yasalghan öylerde turghuchilar qandaq bolar!? Ular perwanidinmu asanla yanjilidu!
Also—the inhabitants of houses of clay (Whose foundation [is] in the dust, They bruise them before a moth).
20 Ular tang bilen kech ariliqida kukum-talqan bolidu; Ular héchkim nezirige almighan halda menggüge yoqilidu.
From morning to evening are beaten down, Without any regarding, they perish forever.
21 Ularning chédir tanisi yulup tashlan’ghan’ghu? Ular héch danaliqqa téxi érishmeyla ölüp kétidu!».
Has their excellence not been removed with them? They die, and not in wisdom!”
