< Ayup 38 >

1 Andin Perwerdigar qara quyun ichidin Ayupqa jawab bérip mundaq dédi: —
Then spake Jehovah to Job out of the whirlwind, and said:
2 «Nesihetni tuturuqsiz sözler bilen xireleshtürgen zadi kim?
Who is this that darkeneth counsel by words without knowledge?
3 Erkektek bélingni ching baghla; Shunda Men sendin soray, Andin sen Méni xewerdar qil!
Gird up thy loins like a man! I will ask thee, and answer thou me!
4 Men yer-zéminni apiride qilghinimda, sen zadi nede iding? Bularni chüshen’gen bolsang, bayan qiliwer.
Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? Declare, if thou hast understanding!
5 Kim yer-zéminning ölchimini békitken? — Sen buni bilmemsen? Kim uning üstige tana tartip ölchigen?
Who fixed its dimensions, that thou shouldst know it! Or who stretched out the line upon it?
6 Tang seherdiki yultuzlar bille küy éytishqan waqtida, Xudaning oghulliri xushalliqtin tentene qilishqan waqtida, Yer-zéminning ulliri nege paturulghan? Kim uning burjek téshini salghan?
Upon what were its foundations fixed? And who laid its corner-stone,
7
When the morning stars sang together, And all the sons of God shouted for joy?
8 Baliyatqudin chiqqandek, déngiz süyi bösüp chiqqanda, Kim uni derwazilar ichige bend qilghan?
And who shut up the sea with doors, When it burst forth as from the womb?
9 Men bulutni déngizning kiyimi qilghanda, We qap-qarangghuni uning zakisi qilghanda,
When I made the clouds its mantle, And thick darkness its swaddling-band;
10 Men uning üchün pasil kesken waqitta, Uni cheklep baldaqlarni hem derwazilarni salghanda,
When I appointed for it my bound, And fixed for it bars and doors;
11 Yeni uninggha: «Mushu yergiche barisen, pasildin ötme, Séning tekebbur dolqunliring mushu yerde toxtisun» dégende, sen nede iding?
And said, Thus far shalt thou come, and no farther, And here shall thy proud waves be stayed!
12 Sen tughulghandin béri seherni «Chiq» dep buyrup baqqanmusen? Sen tang seherge özi chiqidighan jayini körsetkenmusen?
Hast thou, in thy life, given charge to the morning, Or caused the day-spring to know its place,
13 Sen shundaq qilip seherge yer yüzining qerinimu yorutquzup höküm sürgüzüp, Shundaqla rezillerni titritip yer-zémindin qoghlatquzghanmusen?
That it should lay hold of the ends of the earth, And shake the wicked out of it?
14 Shuning bilen yer-zémin séghiz laygha bésilghan möhür izliridek özgertilidu; Kiygen kiyimdek hemme éniq bolidu;
It is changed as clay by the seal; And all things stand forth as in rich apparel.
15 Hem shuning bilen rezillerning «nur»i ulardin élip kétilidu; Kötürülgen bilekler sundurulidu.
But from the wicked their light is withheld, And the high-raised arm is broken.
16 Déngizdiki bulaqlargha seper qilip yetkenmusen? Okyanlarning qeride méngip baqqanmusen?
Hast thou visited the springs of the sea, And walked through the recesses of the deep?
17 Ölümning derwaziliri sanga ashkarilan’ghanmu? Ölüm sayisining derwazilirini körgenmusen?
Have the gates of death been disclosed to thee, And hast thou seen the gates of the shadow of death?
18 Eqling yer-zéminning chongluqigha yetkenmu? Hemmisini bilgen bolsang éniq bayan qil!
Hast thou surveyed the breadth of the earth? Declare, if thou knowest it all!
19 Nur turushluq jaygha baridighan yol nede? Qarangghuluqning bolsa, esliy orni nede?
Where is the way to the abode of light? And darkness—where is its dwelling-place?
20 Sen [buni bilip] ularni öz chégrasigha apiralamsen? Ularning öyige mangidighan yollarni bilip yételemsen?
That thou shouldst lead it to its boundary, And that thou shouldst know the paths to its mansion!
21 Hee, rast, sen bilisen, chünki sen ularning chaghliridin ilgiri tughulghansen, Künliringning sani derheqiqet köptin köptur!
Surely thou knowest; for thou wast then born! And the number of thy years is great!
22 Qar qachilan’ghan xezinilerge kirip kördüngmu. Möldür ambirlirinimu körüp baqtingmu?
Hast thou visited the storehouses of the snow, Or seen the treasuries of the hail,
23 Bularni azab-oqubetlik zaman’gha qaldurdum, Jeng we urush küni üchün teyyarlap qoydum.
Which I have reserved against the time of trouble, —Against the day of battle and war?
24 Chaqmaq dégen qandaq yol bilen yérilidu? Sherq shamili yer yüzide qandaq yol bilen tarqitilidu?
What is the way to where light is distributed, And the east wind spread abroad upon the earth?
25 Yamghur kelkünining chüshidighan qanilini chépip teyyarlighan kimdu? Güldürmamining chaqmiqi üchün yol teyyarlighan kimdu?
Who hath prepared channels for the rain, And a path for the thunder-flash,
26 Shundaq qilip yamghur héch adem yoq bolghan yer yüzige, Héch ademzatsiz desht-bayawan’gha yaghdurulmamdu?
To give rain to the land without an inhabitant, To the wilderness wherein is no man;
27 Shuning bilen chölleshken, qurghaq tupraqlar qandurulidu, Ot-chöp bix urup köklep chiqmamdu?
To satisfy the desolate and waste ground, And cause the tender herb to spring forth?
28 Yamghurning atisi barmu? Shebnemni kim tughqandu?
Hath the rain a father? Or who hath begotten the drops of the dew?
29 Muz bolsa kimning baliyatqusidin chiqidu? Asmandiki aq qirawni bolsa kim dunyagha keltüridu?
Out of whose womb came the ice? And who hath gendered the hoar-frost of heaven?
30 Shu chaghda su qétip tashtek bolidu, Chongqur déngizlarning yüzi qétip tutashturulidu.
The waters are hid as under stone, And the face of the deep becometh solid.
31 «Qelb yultuzlar topi»ning baghlimini baghliyalamsen? Orionning rishtilirini boshitalamsen?
Canst thou fasten the bands of the Pleiades, Or loosen the chains of Orion?
32 «On ikki Zodiak yultuz türkümliri»ni öz peslide élip chiqiralamsen? «Chong Éyiq türkümi»ni Küchükliri bilen yétekliyelemsen?
Canst thou lead forth the Signs in their season, Or guide the Bear with her sons?
33 Asmanning qanuniyetlirini bilip yetkenmusen? Asmanning yer üstige süridighan hökümlirini sen belgilep qoyghanmu?
Knowest thou the ordinances of the heavens? Hast thou appointed their dominion over the earth?
34 Sen awazingni kötürüp bulutlarghiche yetküzüp, Yamghur yaghdurup özüngni qiyan-tashqinlargha basturalamsen?
Canst thou lift up thy voice to the clouds, So that abundance of waters will cover thee?
35 Sen chaqmaqlarni buyrup öz yoligha mangduralamsen? Uning bilen ular: «Mana biz!» dep sanga jawab béremdu?
Canst thou send forth lightnings, so that they will go, And say to thee, “Here we are”?
36 Ademning ich-baghrigha danaliq béghishlap kirgüzgen kimdu? Eqilge chüshinish qabiliyitini bergen kimdu?
Who hath put understanding in the reins, And given intelligence to the mind?
37 Bulutlarni danaliq bilen sanighan kim? Asmanlardiki su tulumlirini tökidighan kim?
Who numbereth the clouds in wisdom? And who poureth out the bottles of heaven,
38 Buning bilen topa-changlarni qaturup uyul qildurghan, Chalmilarni bir-birige chaplashturghuzghan zadi kim?
When the dust floweth into a molten mass, And the clods cleave fast together?
39 «Chishi shir üchün ow owlap yüremsen, Shir küchüklirining ishtihasini qanduramsen?
Canst thou hunt prey for the lioness, Or satisfy the hunger of the young lions,
40 Ular uwilirida zongziyip yürgen waqtida, Chatqalliq ichide turup tuzaq qoyup, [sen ulargha olja bérelemsen]?
When they couch in their dens, And lie in wait in the thicket?
41 Yémi kemchil bolup, ézip kétip yiraqqa kétip qalghanda, Baliliri Tengrige iltija qilip nale-peryad kötürgende, Tagh qaghiliri hem baliliri üchün yemni teminligen kimdu?
Who provideth for the raven his food, When his young ones cry unto God, While they wander about without food?
