1 Élixu sözini dawamlashturup mundaq dédi: —
Continuing in a similar manner, Eliu had this to say:
2 «Méni birdem sözligili qoysang, Men yene Tengrige wakaliten qilidighan sözümning barliqini sanga ayan qilimen.
Bear with me for a little while and I will show you; for I have still more to say in favor of God.
3 Bilimni yiraqlardin élip keltürimen, Ademlerni Yaratquchimni heqqaniy dep hésablaydighan qilimen.
I will review my knowledge from the beginning, and I will prove my Maker to be just.
4 Méning gépim heqiqeten yalghan emestur; Bilimi mukemmel birsi sen bilen bille bolidu.
For truly my words are without any falsehood and perfect knowledge will be proven to you.
5 Mana, Tengri dégen ulughdur, Biraq U héchkimni kemsitmeydu; Uning chüshinishi chongqurdur, meqsitide ching turidu.
God does not abandon the powerful, for he himself is also powerful.
6 U yamanlarni hayat saqlimaydu; Biraq ézilgenler üchün adalet yürgüzidu.
But he does not save the impious, though he grants judgment to the poor.
7 U heqqaniylardin közini élip ketmeydu, Belki ularni menggüge padishahlar bilen textte olturghuzidu, Shundaq qilip ularning mertiwisi üstün bolidu.
He will not take his eyes away from the just, and he continually establishes kings on their throne, and they are exalted.
8 We eger ular kishenlen’gen bolsa, Japaning asaritige tutulghan bolsa,
And, if they are in captivity, or are bound with the chains of poverty,
9 Undaqta U ulargha qilghanlirini, Ularning itaetsizliklirini, Yeni ularning körenglep ketkenlikini özlirige körsetken bolidu.
he will reveal to them their works, as well as their sinfulness, in that they were violent.
10 Shuning bilen U qulaqlirini terbiyige échip qoyidu, Ularni yamanliqtin qaytishqa buyruydu.
Likewise, he will open their ears to his correction, and he will speak to them, so that they may return from iniquity.
11 Ular qulaq sélip Uninggha boysunsila Ular [qalghan] künlirini awatchiliqta, Yillirini xushluqta ötküzidu.
If they listen and obey, they will fill their days with goodness and complete their years in glory.
12 Biraq ular qulaq salmisa, qilichlinip dunyadin kétidu, Bilimsiz halda nepestin toxtap qalidu.
But if they will not listen, they will pass away by the sword and will be consumed by foolishness.
13 Biraq könglige iplasliqni pükkenler yenila adawet saqlaydu; U ulargha asaret chüshürgendimu ular yenila tilawet qilmaydu.
The false and the crafty provoke the wrath of God, yet they do not cry out to him when they are chained.
14 Ular yash turupla jan üzidu, Ularning hayati bechchiwazlar arisida tügeydu.
Their soul will die in a storm, and their life, among the unmanly.
15 Biraq U azab tartquchilarni azablardin bolghan terbiye arqiliq qutquzidu, U ular xar bolghan waqtida ularning quliqini achidu.
He will rescue the poor from his anguish, and he will open his ear during tribulation.
16 U shundaq qilip sénimu azarning aghzidin qistangchiliqi yoq keng bir yerge jelp qilghan bolatti; Undaqta dastixining maygha toldurulghan bolatti.
Therefore, he will save you from the narrow mouth very widely, even though it has no foundation under it. Moreover, your respite at table will be full of fatness.
17 Biraq sen hazir yamanlargha qaritilghan tégishlik jazalargha toldurulghansen; Shunga [Xudaning] hökümi hem adaliti séni tutuwaldi.
Your case has been judged like that of the impious; you will withdraw your plea and your judgment.
18 Ghezipingning qaynap kétishining séni mazaqqa bashlap qoyushidin hushyar bol; Undaqta hetta zor kapaletmu séni qutquzalmaydu.
Therefore, do not let anger overwhelm you so that you oppress another; neither should you allow a multitude of gifts to influence you.
19 Yaki bayliqliring, Yaki küchüngning zor tirishishliri, Özüngni azab-oqubettin néri qilalamdu?
Lay down your greatness without distress, and put aside all of your power with courage.
20 Kéchige ümid baghlima, Chünki u chaghda xelq öz ornidin yoqilip kétidu.
Do not prolong the night, even if people rise on their behalf.
21 Hushyar bol, eskilikke burulup ketme; Chünki sen [qebihlikni] derdke [sewr bolushning] ornida tallighansen.
Be careful that you do not turn to iniquity; for, after your misery, you have begun to follow this.
22 Mana, Tengri küch-qudriti tüpeylidin üstündur; Uningdek ögetküchi barmu?
Behold, God is exalted in his strength, and there is no one like him among the law-givers.
23 Kim Uninggha mangidighan yolni békitip bergenidi? We yaki Uninggha: «Yaman qilding?» déyishke pétinalaydu?
Who is able to investigate his ways? And who can say, “You have done iniquity,” to him?
24 Insanlar tebrikleydighan Xudaning emellirini ulughlashni untuma!
Remember that you are ignorant of his work, yet men have sung its praises.
25 Hemme adem ularni körgendur; Insan baliliri yiraqtin ulargha qarap turidu».
All men consider him; and each one ponders from a distance.
26 « — Berheq, Tengri ulughdur, biz Uni chüshinelmeymiz, Uning yillirining sanini tekshürüp éniqlighili bolmaydu.
Behold, God is great, defeating our knowledge; the number of his years is inestimable.
27 Chünki U suni tamchilardin shümürüp chiqiridu; Ular pargha aylinip andin yamghur bolup yaghidu.
He carries away the drops of rain, and he sends forth showers like a raging whirlpool;
28 Shundaq qilip asmanlar [yamghurlarni] quyup bérip, Insan baliliri üstige molchiliq yaghduridu.
they flow from the clouds that are woven above everything.
29 Biraq kim bulutlarning toqulushini, Uning [samawi] chédirining gümbür-gümbür qilidighanliqini chüshinelisun?
If he wills it, he extends the clouds as his tent
30 Mana, U chaqmiqi bilen etrapini yoruq qilidu, Hetta déngiz tektinimu yoruq qilidu.
and shines with his light from above; likewise, he covers the oceans within his tent.
31 U bular arqiliq xelqler üstidin höküm chiqiridu; Hem ular [arqiliqmu] mol ashliq béridu.
For he judges the people by these things, and he gives food to a multitude of mortals.
32 U qollirini chaqmaq bilen tolduridu, Uninggha uridighan nishanni buyruydu.
Within his hands, he hides the light, and he commands it to come forth again.
33 [Xudaning] güldürmamisi uning kélidighanliqini élan qilidu; Hetta kalilarmu sézip, uni élan qilidu.
He announces it to his friend, for it is his possession and he is able to reach out to it.
